But portion size was pretty small. I'll try the "extra crispy" option next time to see what that's like. I used the kiosk to order. Easy enough. When my order was ready, a few orders were ready at the same time. It was a little chaotic. It's hard to give them a rave review. The burger scene is crowded. Firebite Burger and Katsuburger are tough to beat. And Red Robin is across the street. The "haystack double" at Red Robin is only $12.99, with bottomless fries.. But if you ad a $3.99 soda, it's more expensive with the tip, but not by much, and you get a double cheeseburger, and free refills on the drink. But this is better than the fast food chains in overall quality. Ambience? I don't know what I expected. Interior was kind of spartan, yet kinda loud and hectic. They have outside patio seating if the weather is nice enough. But there is traffic noise and clowns in the parking lot with loud aftermarket pipes.

Inside, it looks pretty worn out. The best things about it are the portion size because the burritos are said to be the biggest in town, and that's probably true. All around ten dollars each, they're a very healthy size. The other good thing is the salsa bar. I thought the whole place skewed really spicy. The pickled onions are too spicy for me to eat as are the pickled carrots. All the Salsas are pretty hot. The prices aren't that great. The police looks dirty. We sat down to sticky booths that looked like they hadn't been dusted or cleaned in years. I didn't want to lean back and let my hair touch it. That kind of a booth. Next, we ordered coffee. The server said it comes with half and half and as she was about to walk away, I remembered my friend liked milk so I said, "oh don't you prefer whole milk." The server said they serve half and half with coffee and they don't have whole milk just 2% and if we we wanted anything else she could pour water in it. Normally this banter would be fine. This wasn't banter. She was annoyed. We stuck with the half and half. We looked at the menus that were COATED with sticky stuff all over the plastic and falling apart. It looked like a studen'ts notebook after a full year in grade school. We ordered a strawberry lemonade. Normally, my daughter will drink anything. It tasted like chemicals. Since two of us ordered two different types of benedict, the server came with sharper knives. She then WIPED THEM CLEAN with a towel hanging from her pocket. 20 min. later we got our order. Well 2 of us did. Mine was the wrong item so had to send back and they had to make me the correct one. No apologies from our server. We then had to ask for a third place setting. The server got it and when my daughter was using the benedict knife, the server took it FROM HER HANDS and gave it to our friend since she was eating french toast. The food was not good. The french toast tasted like dry bread coated in eggs. In other words, it hadn't soaked up any of the batter.
