Have you ever taken a bite of food and thought you'd died and gone to heaven? Well if not, come to Chopsticks! We tried the crispy shrimp sushi burrito and a big box with General Tso's chicken and Bourbon Chicken. Both were beyond incredible! Everything tasted fresh, the portions were HUGE, quick friendly service, and an unbeatable price. We only paid $15 and had enough food for two meals for two people. read more

This place is awesome. If you are looking for Chinese food and happen to be in Parma do not hesitate to eat here. It is a super clean and friendly place to eat. The owner "Quan" personally greeted me and gave me a run through of the various menu options. They have your standard Chinese noodles, rice, teriyaki chicken, kung pao, etc which are all phenomenal. But they also have SUSHI! They have a sushi burrito that any sushi fan would love. The fish is fresh and the rice rivals that of an expensive sushi place. 10/10 I highly recommend. read more

Food was great. My husband loved his sushi burrito. He said everything tasted fresh. My son loved the shrimp teriyaki. They were reasonably priced. Their box deal (one entree with rice or noodles), was only $5.45! The employees were all very nice and the restaurant was clean and modern looking, with comfortable seating. We will definitely be returning customers. read more

Nice size portions - hot fresh tasty food! Pleasant staff, very clean, bright and comfortable Enjoyed my lunch break read more

The salmon burrito sushi is awesome! Love the portion of rice, veggies, smoked salmon, and sauce. Everything is pretty fresh. The wait is a bit long but other than that, I would definitely come back! read more

Love love One of the best places to get orange chicken. Crab Rangoon is really good also. Chicken teriyaki is delicious. The wraps are pretty good also and their sushi. Keewee drinks are refreshing. One of my favorite places to eat. Thank you for always making me satisfied. read more

Drive through went fast... I got a LOT of food for the money and it was delicious! And the service at the drive though window was great... receipt shows QUAN. Friendly and fast! read more

Went and got a sushi burrito for dinner! Definitely a nice new spot in Parma - good food, good price. I was actually surprised because my boyfriend got a big box for only 7.65$, and we got so much food. Definitely going to be a new spot for carry out for us. read more

Like other reviewers I saw this place several times before we actually tried it. I am very happy we did. Ive gotten several entrees and a sushi burrito. All very good so far. The staff left a little bit to be desired except for the girl who makes the burritos, but whatever Im not hanging out with them, its about the food which is great for what theyre doing. My father in law loves it, he orders 2-3 times a week now. Will definitely be back in. read more

Stopped in instead of using the drive thru asked if the employees keep the tips I was told the tips go to the management. You are lying to your customers! I love the food and service but that sucks! and is an awful business practice. read more

The food was horrible and im not even sure if it was chicken, the rice was hard and all together it was just an horrible experience and i wont be dining there any more read more

four out of five times this place is perfect. There's a reason why they have two locations within 2 miles of each other this place is always busy and it's not expensive! Hands-down best Chinese ever have yet to find a place that is half as good. read more

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from this place. It seems the place just sprung up one day and didn't know what to make of it. My roommate and I decided to try it out, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it's Chinese mall food without the mall. The chicken teriyaki is identical to what you'd find at Sakio Japan back when it was still in Parmatown (And Parmatown Mall was still a thing!) and if that's what you enjoy, then you'll love this place. The Sushi Burrito is essentially a large sushi roll of reasonable construction. Not too much rice, not too much filling. Fairly priced for what it is, and it tasted great. Definitely not a dine out kind of place (though the whole place was very clean) for high end Chinese, but if you have a taste for it, it's a cheap, quick grab that you won't regret. read more

Four stars for what they do! It is basically a "fast food" version of Chinese. The menu is somewhat limited but does cover most popular dishes. The Bourbon chicken was quite good. Broccoli chicken was also good. Mushroom chicken was above average. The amount of food for the money was incredible. The lunch version of the "Big Box" was a full 2 meals for a little over $8.00. Parking is not the greatest but the place is easy to find and they have a drive through. Seems clean but I didn't use the rest rooms. The greeter went above and beyond to walk me through the process and I almost ate enough from her having me taste the different dishes. I will definitely go back for quick take out - well worth the money. read more

Chopsticks is the best place to go to get cheap, fast, and good Chinese. You get a large amount of food for an affordable price. Most times I have enough left over for a second meal. I love their crab rangoon and their fried rice. The workers are always friendly and work very efficiently. read more

Always between a 4-5 star. It's amazing, to go and never a let down. I get the teriyaki and it hits home more than an abusive alcoholic.

If you are pressed for time I would suggest not to come here! If you do food delivery, decline these orders because they are ridiculously slow! It's not cool at all.. The food is decent but no more decent than anything else you'll pick up on the go... It not worth the time and effort please believe me I know smh read more

Solid Chinese food. Nothing too crazy. I would say the sushi wraps are sub par but everything else is great.

This place is great! Nice portions and affordable. My only qualm was when I first went, I was a little confused on how to order, so I think they could clear up confusion if they redesigned the menu. But the food was delicious and the establishment was very clean. Chicken teriyaki is made fresh to order! read more

I thought spicy tuna "sushiburrito" would be with raw tuna not cooked can like tuna . I threw it in the trash and I had been excited about trying this for awhile now . Wish it was specified before hand . read more

I loved this place! I thought the food was very good and they give large portions and have excellent prices!!! I have seen other reviews that compare this place to the mall Chinese counters! I ordered the bourbon chicken and it is comparable to the mall but everything tasted really good! And this place is a lot better than a lot of the local Chinese restaurants around! And I wouldn't even compare it too nasty Panda Express!!! read more

Terrible service!!! This is the second time I've come and was told I needed to wait a few minutes for the items I ordered. After waiting 15 minutes my order was wrong!!! Also , it's 81 degrees outside and it's hotter inside the building than it is outside. I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh! The staff are very kind and work hard to make sure every customer leaves happy and full. Yesterday my fiancé and our kids went to get dinner. Unfortunately we didn't make it in time but as I walked out kind of disappointed, I noticed this lady and her dog stuck in the parking lot. I told a staff member, and a few minutes later the owner came outside to try to help her. Along side my fiancé, they both tried to rock her car to get it to move, to no avail. We ended up calling a tow truck for this poor lady and we took her home. The owner offered us a free meal for helping out and today we picked it up after work. I have to say, this is the best Teriyaki chicken I have had in quite some time! The food was freshly made and by the time I got home and opened the container it was still steaming! We frequented this place since we moved to Parma but with covid they had to close. I'm so glad to see them open again and THRIVING!! The owner is an absolute gentleman, and respectful! I am wondering if they franchise because I would love to be apart of a team like this! We love every food item we have tried and the sushi burritos are absolutely mouth watering! If you are looking for a great place to eat in Parma, this is the place! I will gladly support this local business because of how the owner handled the situation with the woman who's car was stuck. Kindness goes a long way and the owner and his staff truly are worth the visit in! read more

Chopsticks Express - I ordered at 6 for pick up at 7:45. My food was hot and fresh when I arrived! The owner called us amazing people and it really upped my day! - Chinese Near Me - Parma, Ohio

Two words, Sushi Burritos. Very clean and very tasty! The staff is super friendly. They have a drive through which is very convenient. Try the Green Crabzilla & Fully loaded! You won't regret going here. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was allowed. Check it out! read more

It's not s life altering experience, but the food is tasty , quick and the service was fast and friendly. After all, I didn't go to a place caller Chopsticks Express looking for White Tablecloths. I recommend the place, and I'll definitely be back. read more

Okay i was pleasantly surprised by this place. We ordered from door dash and it was a great experience. I got the General Tsos chicken and bourbon chicken with fried rice and noodles. My fiancé got the same but with white rice. My ONLY complaint was the veggies in the fried rice were like frozen or maybe even dehydrated??? Idk i just know they weren't pleasant. But seriously that's the ONLY complaint we had the meal was fantastic the bourbon chicken was to die for, they gave us everything we asked for and delivered in 30 minutes!!! read more

Way better than panda express, the fried rice is the best I've ever had! The only complaint I have is the setup, I had a hard time figuring out where my food was when it was done and none of the employees knew either, it took a minute to find my order..it was very busy and chaotic and I'm sure they will get the hang of it all someday as they haven't been open for too long.. read more

All I'm looking for if I'm eating Chinese fast food is consistency and it's pretty good here. I have tried the bourbon chicken and the sweet and sour chicken and the portions are huge, order the small size lol. I really wanna try the sushi burritos but I'm a little sketched out.. read more

This place is great when you want mall food (the Asian places obviously), but don't want to drive all the way out to the mall! My favorite here is the bourbon chicken. We had their chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and Szechuan chicken. Can't go wrong with any of them! Prices are great. The only thing is that their fried rice is a little dry for my taste. I just end up getting the white rice, which tastes just fine. read more

Ordered tonight, nothing to rave about yes the portions are large but tasteless a lot of rice ordered to different dinners couldn't tell the difference. The won ton soup and egg roll very little flavor. Truly disappointed won't be ordering from there again read more

Sushi burrito was ok but the poke bowl not that great, haven't tried their other stuff yet

The food was good, it was mall food with a twist (it was actually fresh and did not make us sick). We all ordered something different, and there are a couple of things to note; the bourbon chicken was amazingly tender and delicious, general tsos was good but not really spicy, the orange chix was good but fairly basic, and the mushroom chix was delicious and quite fresh. The egg rolls were absolutely delicious! The food was great and affordable, fast and the people working were all very friendly. read more

I've been to a lot of Chinese places. I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice. Note- I believe you must order VEGETABLE fried rice to get the vegetables in it. Other than that the orange chicken was rather weak on flavor compared to all other places I've been to. 5 maybe 6 out of ten. Really regretting buying the rice without vegetables, ended up being flavorless. Proportion wasn't terrible for only being 7.50$ but I would have rather taken my money elsewhere. read more

This is the second time going to the Pearl rd Middleburg Hts location. We ordered online both times and BOTH times they took FOREVER for our order to be ready. The first time we let slide because it was when they first opened, but today we placed an order to be picked up at 6:30 and just now got it at 7:10. We have a newborn which is why we ordered ahead so it worked for her schedule, but waiting an extra 40 min for food it was pointless. Very disappointed and it's super unfortunate because this location is the closest to my house. Never had this problem at the Day Dr Parma Hts location. read more

Only have tried the orange chicken and sushi burrito. Both were good, I liked this place when it was in a mall and now it's even better with a place to sit inside, though it is a bit small. They make the sushi infront of you and the wait is never too long. Staff are friendly. read more

Loved this place when it was China Max in the Parmatown food court. Same place, same people and the same bomb orange chicken!! Highly recommmend! read more

Place was nice and people were nice. Price was pretty good. Food was not bad some orange chicken was really chewy and kind of dry.

We went here on Sat feb26th, we got totally cheated, I used to rave about this place, not anymore, we always get a big box, double schwen chicken and orange chicken and I love the vegetables, we were cheated each 1 order of scezchwan chicken, because I know what a full box looks like. And we did not get 1 vegetable, I love the zucchini, not one, the so called manager wants me to bring the box back so they can see it, no you need to do your dam job right, how stupid is that, bring the box back, do you think my car runs on water, do the right dam thing, replace our meals, wow, never thought you would treat one of your best customers this way, be a manager, watch what your employees are doing, train them better, I wish I knew the owner, if you choose to go here, please check your order before you leave the drive thru. I hope someone from there reads this and rectify our order, nothing like word of mouth advertising, and I have praised you guys so much on Facebook, I guess that can go both ways, and I've always heard I talk too much read more
