This place is awesome. If you are looking for Chinese food and happen to be in Parma do not hesitate to eat here. It is a super clean and friendly place to eat. The owner "Quan" personally greeted me and gave me a run through of the various menu options. They have your standard Chinese noodles, rice, teriyaki chicken, kung pao, etc which are all phenomenal. But they also have SUSHI! They have a sushi burrito that any sushi fan would love. The fish is fresh and the rice rivals that of an expensive sushi place. 10/10 I highly recommend. read more

Food was great. My husband loved his sushi burrito. He said everything tasted fresh. My son loved the shrimp teriyaki. They were reasonably priced. Their box deal (one entree with rice or noodles), was only $5.45! The employees were all very nice and the restaurant was clean and modern looking, with comfortable seating. Like other reviewers I saw this place several times before we actually tried it. I am very happy we did. Ive gotten several entrees and a sushi burrito. All very good so far. The staff left a little bit to be desired except for the girl who makes the burritos, but whatever Im not hanging out with them, its about the food which is great for what theyre doing. My father in law loves it, he orders 2-3 times a week now. Will definitely be back in. read more

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from this place. It seems the place just sprung up one day and didn't know what to make of it. My roommate and I decided to try it out, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it's Chinese mall food without the mall. The chicken teriyaki is identical to what you'd find at Sakio Japan back when it was still in Parmatown (And Parmatown Mall was still a thing!) and if that's what you enjoy, then you'll love this place. The Sushi Burrito is essentially a large sushi roll of reasonable construction. Not too much rice, not too much filling. Fairly priced for what it is, and it tasted great. Definitely not a dine out kind of place (though the whole place was very clean) for high end Chinese, but if you have a taste for it, it's a cheap, quick grab that you won't regret. read more

Four stars for what they do! It is basically a "fast food" version of Chinese. The menu is somewhat limited but does cover most popular dishes. The Bourbon chicken was quite good. Broccoli chicken was also good. Mushroom chicken was above average. The amount of food for the money was incredible. The lunch version of the "Big Box" was a full 2 meals for a little over $8.00. Parking is not the greatest but the place is easy to find and they have a drive through. Seems clean but I didn't use the rest rooms. The greeter went above and beyond to walk me through the process and I almost ate enough from her having me taste the different dishes. Chopsticks is the best place to go to get cheap, fast, and good Chinese. You get a large amount of food for an affordable price. Most times I have enough left over for a second meal. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh! The staff are very kind and work hard to make sure every customer leaves happy and full. Yesterday my fiancé and our kids went to get dinner. Unfortunately we didn't make it in time but as I walked out kind of disappointed, I noticed this lady and her dog stuck in the parking lot. I told a staff member, and a few minutes later the owner came outside to try to help her. Along side my fiancé, they both tried to rock her car to get it to move, to no avail. We ended up calling a tow truck for this poor lady and we took her home. The owner offered us a free meal for helping out and today we picked it up after work. I have to say, this is the best Teriyaki chicken I have had in quite some time! The food was freshly made and by the time I got home and opened the container it was still steaming! We frequented this place since we moved to Parma but with covid they had to close. I'm so glad to see them open again and THRIVING!! The owner is an absolute gentleman, and respectful! I am wondering if they franchise because I would love to be apart of a team like this! We love every food item we have tried and the sushi burritos are absolutely mouth watering! If you are looking for a great place to eat in Parma, this is the place! I will gladly support this local business because of how the owner handled the situation with the woman who's car was stuck. Okay i was pleasantly surprised by this place. We ordered from door dash and it was a great experience. I got the General Tsos chicken and bourbon chicken with fried rice and noodles. My fiancé got the same but with white rice. My ONLY complaint was the veggies in the fried rice were like frozen or maybe even dehydrated??? Idk i just know they weren't pleasant. This place is great when you want mall food (the Asian places obviously), but don't want to drive all the way out to the mall! My favorite here is the bourbon chicken. We had their chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and Szechuan chicken. Can't go wrong with any of them! Prices are great. The only thing is that their fried rice is a little dry for my taste. The food was good, it was mall food with a twist (it was actually fresh and did not make us sick). We all ordered something different, and there are a couple of things to note; the bourbon chicken was amazingly tender and delicious, general tsos was good but not really spicy, the orange chix was good but fairly basic, and the mushroom chix was delicious and quite fresh. I've been to a lot of Chinese places. I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice. Note- I believe you must order VEGETABLE fried rice to get the vegetables in it. Other than that the orange chicken was rather weak on flavor compared to all other places I've been to. 5 maybe 6 out of ten. This is the second time going to the Pearl rd Middleburg Hts location. We ordered online both times and BOTH times they took FOREVER for our order to be ready. The first time we let slide because it was when they first opened, but today we placed an order to be picked up at 6:30 and just now got it at 7:10. We have a newborn which is why we ordered ahead so it worked for her schedule, but waiting an extra 40 min for food it was pointless. We went here on Sat feb26th, we got totally cheated, I used to rave about this place, not anymore, we always get a big box, double schwen chicken and orange chicken and I love the vegetables, we were cheated each 1 order of scezchwan chicken, because I know what a full box looks like. And we did not get 1 vegetable, I love the zucchini, not one, the so called manager wants me to bring the box back so they can see it, no you need to do your dam job right, how stupid is that, bring the box back, do you think my car runs on water, do the right dam thing, replace our meals, wow, never thought you would treat one of your best customers this way, be a manager, watch what your employees are doing, train them better, I wish I knew the owner, if you choose to go here, please check your order before you leave the drive thru. My mom and I ordered delivery. I thought it came pretty fast. The delivery fee was roughly $6. The food was so good but the box combo with lo mein noodles are a but bland and you only have your entree on top of that. No vegtables. The one reason why I gave it 4/5 is because of the price. My family doesn't have that much money but we have to order delivery a lot because of my mom's work schedule. Other then that I have no complaints. read more
