I was a client to Chloe for a couple years now. Each time I come in, it seemed to get worse. First, they like to talk about their clients in their language, but what they didn't know, is I had my Google translator on a few times to see what they were saying. Let's just say, they hate most of their clients and make fun of you. It's bad enough when you're already conscience of you own nail pit-falls, but I don't need my nail techs making fun of me or hurting me to the point I want to jump out of my chair. As well, you have to pay extra for the basic of service...they've already raised their basic mani/pedi over 30+% in the last year already. I found a new place (referred to be by a lady going there for over 12 yrs) called "Mon Mon" across the street. It gives the same luxurious service that I've received in places like Tahiti... Sorry, but not sorry. Do better, Chloe. read more

Crystal always does an amazing job with my nails and is so sweet! This has been my go-to salon whenever I would come back from college during the holidays. The service is incredible, they get back to you quickly when requesting an appointment and are always so helpful. They communicate really well before your appointment to make sure every customer has a five star experience. The salon is always very clean, and they play great music. Highly recommend! read more

I booked a Gel X appointment with Crystal via the online booking system which was very easy to use. Please note: your appointment must be confirmed by the salon before it is locked in. Crystal was very friendly and professional. She does excellent work with the Gel X. They recently remodeled so the vibe is light, soothing, and airy. New flooring, new chairs. Everyone was friendly and the whole experience was pleasant. I also had a Signature pedicure and the whole experience was fantastic. They were gentle but thorough. And that hot stone massage was bliss. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday so that was super convenient! Although I'm not from the area, this is the type of salon that I would drive for. I appreciate how clean and tidy the salon is. Lots of colors to choose from! Different brands, I noticed they have a variety on dip powder, and gel-x if that's something you want to try. I had a fill with Hannah and she was very thorough and attentive. The design I went with was a photo inspo of "aura nails" and she did great! Two nails were blotchy and I asked if she could re-do them and she did them without hesitation. Total cost for a gel fill was $65 read more

Been a loyal customer for ~4 years and refuse to go anywhere else. Chloe only hires the best, and her nail techs have schedules full of regular clients of many years. You don't see that kind of loyalty in most nail salons, so that should tell you something! I get gel x manicures and they last 7+ weeks with zero chips, not even kidding. Obviously with grow out, but I was traveling and then sick, so I got to see how long they'd actually last without falling apart completely. Super impressive. They use real Après nail tips (not the cheap knock offs), carry some Après polish and the full DND collection, and the most popular OPI colors are usually available (think Funny Bunny, Lincoln Park After Dark, etc). They do nail art, chrome, cat eye, etc...this is definitely a salon that stays on top of trends, so if you see it on a celeb, expect to see it here. Friendly staff, clean salon, nice patrons, HGTV on, good music, busy but respectfully quiet. Very fair prices for the time they spend with you and attention to detail. My friends get gel x in SF for over $100 and theirs fall off in 2 weeks...the ladies and gents at Chloe's would never do me dirty like that! read more

I needed to take days off here and there because I maxed out on my vacation days again. A coworker mentioned that she likes to get pedicures because they come with a nice foot massage and it feels so relaxing. Alright, I haven't been to a nail salon in years because nail polish generally don't last long on my nails regardless of whether it's gel or dip, etc. Anyways, I decided to treat myself to a Gel X manicure and a pedicure on one of my days off. The smell of the salon was a bit too much for me when I went in so I kept my mask on to smell less of the chemicals. Booking the appointment was simple. I done so online and they confirmed via text the day after. I checked in, and they brought me over to one of the pedicure stations. One lady was giving me the pedicure and another one was doing my nails. It was a bit hard to relax with the 2 services done at once. The water for the pedicure was rather still so I didn't get to experience the awesomeness of the foot bath thingy. The massage was short, but felt really nice. Prob the best part! Since regular gel / dip nails don't last on my nails, I decided to give Gel X a try. The technician brought over a box of them after I mentioned i wanted the square shape. There were different sizes and she picked the ones that would fit on my nails the most. Those were then prepped and my nails were prepped. The Gel X nails were cured onto my nails via LED light. Then the polish part begin after the Gel X nails were applied. That was gel polish that was cured via UV. So many layers!! I decided on a pink white ombré since I saw some on photos and I didn't want plain color Gel X nails. They painted then light pink and then did an airbrush of white to give the ombré effect. Ahh, so that's how they did it! Beautiful nails all around, and these really do last a lot longer on my nails compared to regular gel and dip. read more

I've given this place several tries because I like one of the gel polish options they offer but I'm done after today. I had an appointment for a Mani and Pedi today, made in advance to be done at the same time. I waited for 20 minutes and then had to pick a service- one only, or spend 2 hours or more there. What is the point of making an appointment??? Don't expect this business to respect your time. There are a multiple other nail salons with better service within minutes of this one. I'm switching. read more

I shouldn't have come back to this place. I gave them another chance, and I really regret it. I had a really uncomfortable experience here during a pedicure. The woman named CRYSTAL who did mine scrubbed my feet way too hard -- especially on my heel and calloused areas. It actually hurt, and I told her it was too rough, but she just smiled and kept going like it was normal. By the time she was done, my heel was sore and felt raw. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, not painful. I've never had someone be so aggressive with a foot file before. I left feeling more irritated than pampered. Definitely not going back -- there are too many other places that know how to treat clients with care. read more

One month later follow-up: My heel is till healing and will most probably have scarring. My leg above the heel has healed and has some scarring. I've had to keep my heel dry, except for antibiotic ointment. So the skin near the bottom of my heel is dry & cracking. Please be aware of the damage and lack of wound care at this facility! read more

Gorgeous location with a cute ambience. My nail tech however was terrible. Extremely heavy handed with her right side..uneven filing and flooding the cuticles. When I came in I asked for chrome nails so why put me with a nail tech that had never done chrome nails - someone else had to come over and show her and then they ended up doing it themselves. Best place to get my nails done. I've been coming here for over 15 years and I love my nails every time!! They' never lift, chip or break. I'm hard on my hands. I train dogs even broke my finger when a leash wrapped around my finger. But my nail stayed intact with no issues. A little sad that I have to leave this review- I came in on a Friday afternoon to get a polish change (done elsewhere) cause the polish on one finger came off. Henry stripped the polish off and another technician painted the polish. I told her that it looked uneven and bumpy and she told me that it's the way my nails were grown and if I wanted to have even polish, I should get gel X. I mean when I came in with just gel polish on my nails, it wasn't bumpy. I ended up going to another salon to get them redone. read more

This has been my go-to nail salon for over a year now, and everytime I receive wonderful treatment. I go to Crystal for my manicure, sometimes regular gel or GelX and she does an excellent job. The salon is well kept and the service is always great. They are kind and accommodating and do a great job. It is so well managed. Crystal did this beautiful brown GelX set on me and it's so amazing. Her sets always last me so long. Going to her has grown my natural nails out but sometimes I prefer GelX for stronger and thicker nails. I speak highly of Crystal, but take my word that all the nail techs here are talented and kind. I also got my pedicure done by Hong and she also did a great job on my gel pedicure. Saturday morning I went to this salon to treat my mom for her birthday and to have a pedicure and gel x for an event I had planned for the rest of the week. Service was great. Chloe was amazing and sweet. Sunday night when I was taking a shower I realized my toes had air bubbles and the polish was chipping off. I was not happy with this since I had just got them done the day before. Monday morning I noticed my gel x started lifting up was not cute what so ever so I had to soak off before I had to drive to work. I called the shop spoke to Chloe and asked for a refund. She denied a refund and asked me to come in which is sweet of her. Due to my busy schedule and having an event this week I can't come in and I explained that and Chole said no refund due to the work she put in and her and the team needing the money for their family. Which that's totally unprofessional. I paid for something that's only lasted for 32hrs and I don't have time to come in and plus I can't get a refund that's totally not right. Please save your time and go somewhere else! read more

Chloe nails lounge is fantastic! They have elevated the experience in this salon with premium pedicure products, and a LARGE assortment of colors in both dip and gel. Chloe has been doing my nails for years and recently opened this salon, I will go where ever she goes. She spends time filing to get my shape just right and makes sure I always leave loving my nails (she and Henry are the best in the business). Theresa also gave a wonderful pedicure! I love my nails 10/10! My favorite things about this location is none of the techs rush your experience, the salon experience is elevated and extremely clean. They also offer a rewards program if you pay with cash and if you don't have cash they offer card payment which is great if you're in a pinch. Try them out, you won't regret it! read more

Environment/ location: located in Lafayette next to the 5 little monkeys shop. Paid parking but really quiet. So peaceful inside the studio. There are 2 rooms sometimes used by the lash tech and masseuse. Inside is beautifully decorated , def has a bohemian theme going and is so peaceful. I judge businesses by their bathrooms and hers is gorgeous, clean, and I appreciate the towels instead of paper products. Facial Products : I can't speak to all the official products used during your face/body treatments but she does sell quite a few lines I love specifically SORELLA, SKINCEUTICALS & HENNÉ. I've probably invested hundredsssss in product but it's worth it and my face loves me. I have really sensitive skin, dermatitis AND I was pregnant when I started so I appreciate that I've never had a reaction, she has non-retinol products that work for pregnant women, and she's great at education. Most import army she reads cues so if you're tired , stressed, or would like to enjoy the facial and nap - she won't talk and she'll make sure anyone waiting outside your room is QUIET and not on their phones so you can enjoy it . Which reminds me - appointments are scheduled and she has to buzz you in which keeps the traffic inside to zero Events: lauren hosts pop-up events for clients and guests and they're cool. It's a great time to meet other, try products , learn something new, drink wine , eat and perhaps win something amazing in a raffle (I won a skinceutical gift set retail value :$$$ and it's been amazing) Facials: I recommend the 90-min services starting with the whole bowl in the $190range but now I get the 90-min bydrofacial which is about $365. She has the most calming and kind demeanor which already puts you at ease and while being extremely thorough, she also was excellent at explaining what part of the process we were in during the facial session. I had the Whole Bowl (90 mins) and was beyond impressed with the results. They only use the best high quality skincare such as Skinceuticals, as well as selling in store/can ship to your home too.
