Cute cafe/bakery that offers freshly made desserts and foods to choose from. Very popular and busy on a weekday but the service is still fast. My mom and I got 2 lattes (1 pistachio with hazelnut and 1 chai latte) and 2 strawberry crepes with Nutella since it was being offered on Friday and Saturday. They should change the sign to say Friday-Saturday since it only says Saturday, it would help make it less confusing. I have always recommended this place and will no longer do so. After my girlfriend and I sat down she was approached and told that her card did not go through,so she paid again and I say again because they charged her twice. She went to ask for a refund and they could not refund her the money without calling the owner to get permission to do so. Thank goodness they answered and gave permission. Then they brought us our food and I ordered the avocado toast. I got the small round end of the bread and half of a half and a full half. So disappointing, I will not send anyone to this place any longer. The new owners took out all of the decor and put in tin cups for water. I came near closing time and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend only wish they were open on Sundays too. Okay hair in the cookies whatever it's already done but what made it worse was how Tiffany handled the issue in a rude manor. Getting personal with her employees health issues to get sympathy and then saying she is taking the refund out of her employees commission when the cookies weren't even baked in the shop. I recently had the chance to visit for the first time after following them on IG for about a year! I live in Roseville but my extended family is in modesto so I stopped in on my way to visit family last Friday afternoon, bought some baked goods for me and my mom which were amazing and because of the long drive I asked if there was a public restroom, the server said no but she escorted me to the staff restroom in the back! I'm giving this place three stars due to the customer service I received. I came in right about when they opened and one of the employees, a lady with short length and blondish pinkish hair, was setting a table outside of the coffee shop. I waited for her or someone to take my order but it seemed like they didn't have an urgency to do so. I wasn't greeted with a smile from the same lady who was setting the table outside and it seemed as if she was bothered to take my order. The only smile I got was from the cook in the back as I waited for my coffee and bagel. As it was my first time here I asked her where the straws were and she just said "over there" without pointing where or showing me. I've been here 3x (always on a weekday). I love the look and atmosphere. I usually come with a friend and stay over an hour just sipping and catching up. I love the Toasted Marshmallow! Iced and Hot. The coffee is SO smooth and the flavors are amazing. They don't burn the coffee or shot, so the taste is amazing. Their drinks aren't too sweet either, so it goes down great. They have themes for their pastries, which I really enjoyed. Definitely a new favorite for my husband and I. Enjoy the Ghost Busters week photos! This is probably the cutest lil hidden gem in Manteca! I found out about this place around the beginning of last year and have gone many times to try their variety of drinks, pizzas, crepes, and baked goodies. I was recently introduced to their Raspberry White Mocha and it will probably be my go-to drink here from now on. You definitely get the taste of the raspberry and it honestly has such the cutest color when you get it with the latte art~ As for pizzas, I've tried one breakfast pizza and almost all of their regular personal pizzas. They cut into 4ths and are great to share with another person! I really like the way they make their pizzas here because they're more on the thick side (kind of like a pan pizza). Out of the personal pizzas, I highly recommend the meat lover and bbq chicken. Crepes are only served on Saturdays so if you want to get that, make sure you're coming on the right day. They make humongous cinnamon rolls so definitely get one to share! Another notable thing about this place are their cute macarons! Shout out to their macaron baker, Aly, for her cute lil macaron creations~ Chit chat does themes each week for their baked goods, so you can expect to see a variety of designs and flavors for them.
