Best coffee shop in the 209 hands down. Prices are incredible and soo many frappes to choose from! Amazing quick service as well. The sweetest girl took our order today but I didn't get her name, I wish I did! We got a blended cookies n cream mocha and a banana split blended mocha. The banana split is my fave!! It reminds me so much of the banana split dippin dots ice cream which was my favorite as a child! Drinking it brought me so much nostalgia and happiness! I love how crowded it was too because it just shows how loved this place. They were still lightening fast with our order despite the crowd. I do wish they had a drive thru though! I came thinking be slow day since it's a holiday, but boy was I wrong. Though busy the line moved quickly and staff were very nice. I ordered an ice chocolate covered strawberry latte with oat milk. To be honest this tasted like a shake too sweet and barely tasted the coffee. It's definitely a no for me, however if you a person likes sweet coffee definitely your place. They have so many options flavored coffees which is great just be mindful to expect a sweet drink. There is seating inside and outside nice for meeting and catching up with friends, as for work may not be best option since small gets crowded. I ordered the strawberry matcha no whip and they gave me what looked like a vanilla milkshake saw no green not even strawberry and tasted no matcha whatsoever, and they added the whip. I asked for the chocolate strawberry coffee instead to which they kindly replaced the matcha with however it was too sweet I didn't even taste the strawberry. read more

The coffee shop closes at three today. I was in line and the woman ahead of me ordered food. When it was my turn and I went to order a drink and food I was told that I could not order food because the grill needed to be turned off. This was at 2:45. This place was delicious and they have specials that get switched out! I don't normally drink coffee but I would definitely come here often. I've only got the mochas so far and they were both quite aromatic with a slightly creamy feel to it. Some places have their mochas a little watery so this was nice. I also got their almond croissant...which I should have taken the warm offer; would've made it tastier. Will have to try their bagels and paninis next time. Overall- Service was quick and kind. I got an iced blackberry lavender white mocha and found it a little too sweet (probably from the combination of all the syrups) but I think that's expected and on me for going out of my comfort zone. Ripon coffee house is a very popular locals spot and they are always steady with customers. Having said that, they usually always have a large staff working to accommodate the waves of customers. If you become a regular here, it is not uncommon for the baristas to remember your name and drink of choice. The staff are always happy and pleasant to deal with. All their drinks and food options are great. They have adequate indoor and outdoor seating. If you find yourself in Ripon, this is a way better option than Starbucks! read more

Went on a weekday after pilates and it was packed! They have quite a few options for coffee. Tried their Mexican coffee; don't remember the exact name of it. I would like it just a little less sweet but it was good. They also have few pastries. Service was fast as well. Would try the place again. I know they were busy and only thing I would mentioned it wiping down the tables on the side by the windows. Where we sat, the table had crumbs and I just wiped it down. Came here while passing through Ripon after seeing it had high reviews. I can say I was impressed- the customer service was excellent, taking orders ahead of the register to speed up the process. They had a lot of options for addons on the cold brew, which surprised me! That's rare to be the case. The latte was different from other coffee places, with unique flavors I hadn't seen before. Stopped by to satisfy my cookie craving and the food definitely delivered. I don't drink coffee, so I was hoping for some iced tea; they had that and more! I tried their strawberry banana smoothie, and it is so good, it has a particular satisfying taste to it. Also, their pricing is really good, it definitely beats my generic starbucks order. The employees were super friendly, telling them this was my first time in they helped offer suggestions and didn't rush me. I was worried it would take a while, but everything was done before I even got to fully take in the place! Ripon Coffee House is a must try if your just passing through it's definitely a hidden gem! Every time we end up heading to SF, Sacramento, or daily weekend outings that lead us going to Northern Cali I make it a habit to stop here, been here a handful of times and all I have to say the quality of the drinks and pastries, the customer service, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the extremely quick service for always having a line out the door is impeccable! The menu is so extensive if it's your first time I suggest looking at the menu before you order because I guarantee you will not have enough time to decide by the time you order with their efficiency! They have such a broad menu and if your watching carb/calorie intake they have keto options available as well. My personal fav is the almond joy latte and the pumpkin cheese cake muffin! I have been going to Ripon Coffeehouse for years. They have amazing drinks and danishes. On my second visit I was greeted by my name...by all of the employees. I could hear the theme song from Cheers go through my mind, " Sometimes you wanna go Where everybody knows your name. And they're always glad you came " I was so impressed. They remembered what drink I liked and how I preferred it. I have never experienced such amazing customer service and tasty drinks. I am addicted to the skinny dip as is my two adult kids. I couldn't get enough of the blackberry and lavender scone...still hoping it makes a comeback. The customer service is off the charts...astonishing. If I was asked to give them a rating between 1-10, I would give them a 10+++++. Ace, Ricki, Alexis and several others are friendly, sharp and professional. This coffee house in the small town of Ripon is poppin! It was pretty busy, but the line went quickly. We ordered a dirty chai with almond milk which was tasty. I'd probably add another shot of espresso next time as the coffee flavor wasn't too prominent. The Morning Glory is perfect with a cup of hot coffee. read more

I sat here the other day for a few hours and read my book; my whole experience was enjoyable. I tried a blackberry, lavender white mocha (it was decent, but the syrup really stood out and tasted a tad artificial to me-- but, hey, there are LOTS of other items on their menu to be tried next time!) and the cucumber, tomato Parmesan bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese (this was excellent!). We stopped by Ripon Coffeehouse during a road trip. They were pretty busy at 7am on a Friday, and even all of the outdoor tables were filled. A lot of customers weren't wearing masks, but all the workers were at least wearing masks. This coffee spot stood out to me because of all their special drinks I saw on Instagram! They currently have their fall menu out so I tried the pumpkin churro mocha. I'm not a mocha fan but it was very tasty still! I think it would be a great drink as a latte. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Banana Nut White Mocha though, which sounded like it would be super good but it was way too sweet! I think if they adjust the amount of each syrup they use in this drink, it could be really good! But unfortunately it just tasted like drinking a cup of syrup, and we didn't even finish a quarter of it. I do want to point out the service was great! The guy who rang us up was so friendly. First time trying out this cafe shop in Ripon and I got a Medium Iced White chocolate toffee nut truffle latte (recommended by barista) it had a great balance of sweet nutty flavors without masking rich coffee flavor. With the house made strawberry white chocolate muffin which was perfect with a soft and moist inside and a crisp muffin top baked with fresh strawberries and white chocolate chips, so good! Mozz-Art panini was also great with pesto, turkey, and mozzarella. Alexa was a very kind, helpful, and welcoming barista who helped me with all my questions and provided great insight. We found this place on our way back home on Yelp. The coffee house is located in a fairly busy parking lot. We walked towards the business and saw a lot of people sitting outside sipping on their coffee. Walked in and there were a lot of people working or hanging out with friends. Overall the place had an amazing vibe. They had a great selection of coffee and sandwiches. We got two iced coffees with the tomato cucumber bagel and the Gamechanger Panini. We loved it!
