The Chipotle in Webster Plaza off Holt Road is an unmitigated disaster! The place is almost always a chaotic mess of southwest flavored filth. Trash piled up and overflowing from their garbage receptacle as well as on the tables and by the drink station. Who manages and cleans these areas? How can you just let it go and get to this point? Recently purchased food and drinks for the family (to feed three it was like $50 bucks - unreal) only to find no ice in the drink machine, no lids to the cups I purchased - and what, am I suppose to wait in line again to ask one of the over worked and surely underpaid staffers to stop what they're doing to maintain the basics of the restaurant? Thats the managers job - time for a change, if you ask me. A week or two ago they had a sign on the door saying they were closing a few hours early because they didn't have the staff to stay open - for a place that always has a line of 20 people to the door, they should probably figure that out because there is not a lack of interest. I hate the way chipotle does business, and it's egregious that a location in such a bustling, centralized area isn't under better management. The food is not as fresh as it use to be, the restaurant is not clean, they run out of food, food is cold, the quantities are smaller, and then they also put signs on the door that says they are out of food when they are not. Dear fellow connoisseurs, I am appalled by the experience I just had in this chipotle mexican grill... For starters the floors and tables were absolutely filthy. I couldn't find a clean table anywhere. Next they did not have any adobo ranch... I was really excited to try it but yet I could not because this location didn't have any. Next I could not get any queso in my bowl because when they pulled out the new one it had black stuff floating in it. I was extremely upset that I could not get it. After all this I wanted to get a fountain drink and there was no ice as the ice machine was broken. They also did not accept cash as a form of payment. The trash was very full and not taken care of. This is the CUTEST Chipotle of all time with the most amazing employees. We went on Halloween around 6:30 after accompanying my nephew around Webster for some brief trick or treating! My partner and I go as salt and pepper every year for Halloween (perhaps the most basic costume of all time), and the employees were SO excited to see us dressed up. John Mulaney was hosting SNL that night and they even hit us with a salt....and PEPPAH as we ordered our bowls. Amazing. My steak burrito bowl was obviously delicious and this location is bright, clean and offers up all of your usuals. Their online ordering system seems to be down to a science with people rolling in consistently to grab their orders off a huge shelve packed to the brim. They are following all COVID safety protocols and all employees were masked. This location is located conveniently in the Holt Rd plaza just off 104, which makes it a great pit stop when we're coming from the northeast side of town. Fulfilled my evening craving for a tasty burrito bowl. This is a very nice location for a Chipotle. The exterior stands out and competes with the designs of other local Chipotle's. Went for my usual sofritas bowl. I was worried that some add-ins would be packaged away due to my arrival being close to closing, but everything was available! Tasty and filling. After being treated poorly and disconnected multiple times that night when I called, I gave up. We ate in bowls. My call to customer service the next day was answered and a discount for horrible service was to be sent to me in an email. Nothing sent as promised. Forgetting an item is understood. Being hung up on twice is rude, not following up on a discount is 3 strikes and I will never deal with them again. I may be swayed to visit Chiptole more with my most recent experience at this location. My only other time trying a Chipotle was in South Carolina and it did not live up to the standards I expected. My husband finally convinced me to give it another shot. Normally, I'm a Moe's or a Qdoba girl, so my standards were set high with Chipotle. This location is in a nice shopping plaza surrounded by stores like Target, Barnes & Nobles, and Sketchers. We showed up on a Saturday around noon and had no wait at all. It could have been the bad weather that was keeping everyone at home but I was glad to see no wait. The establishment was clean and the workers were very friendly. My picky daughter only wanted a cheese quesadilla with none of the sides like beans or rice so the staff graciously offered to make her a second quesadilla as her side. I was grateful that I didn't even have to ask and they helped make her meal just a bit bigger. I went with the salad loaded with steak and extra fajita veggies. This was where I grow a little less fond of Chiptole. I'm a veggie girl, so I want all the veggie toppings. I was a little disappointed with no options like black olives, cucumbers, and jalapeno's like when I'm at Moes. However, the quality of the meat and fajita veggies at Chipotle was far superior. The steak wasn't gritty or chewy, and it was bursting with flavor. The fajita veggies were cooked so well. Often times at Moe's, my sauteed onions are still very raw. I got the corn salsa + the diced tomato salsa which added more veggies and flavor to the mix. I opted to get guac on top instead of the dressing and I will say that the guac had a great consistency but could have had a punch more flavor to it. My husbands burrito was huge and he seemed to enjoy every last bite. We got an order of chips and queso to share. I wasn't exactly sold on the queso but I think that's just a personal preference. There was nothing wrong with the queso at all, but I'm more of a white queso girl than a yellow queso. All the ingredients were fresh tasting and the music, atmosphere of the location was nice as well. I may be a converter to Chipotle, we'll see. read more

Ordered a tortilla on the side. Worker looked at the ripped tortilla right before pressing it and acted like I didn't see that it was ripped half way down an entire radius length. I cousin believe she proceeded to press it and wrap it up in the tin foil I almost laughed out loud as if I felt my life was a joke in this very moment. She told me that corporate "would not listen" to her regarding any improvement of the online ordering system. Although this location is smaller than others such as the Pittsford plaza location the employees are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and they do not skimp on their portions. The line always moves quickly and you can get in and out fairly easily. Love that it's located next to core life bc if one person wants one thing and one wants the other there are nice options in the plaza. Also enjoy the outdoor seating in warm weather. The food was packed impeccably, the meats were done perfectly, and there was plenty of food. Paul even gave a followup call the day after to make sure everything was to our liking.
