I've been a Yelper for 16 years. I write only generally positive reviews. I find it super annoying that people write negative reviews. It seems to be a part of many Yelper's identities. Like "Hey ... I'm so miserable that I'm gonna tell the rest of the world how miserable I am, and try to take down some neighborhood commerce while I'm at it." Having said that ... I'm going to write my first two star review in... Ever. Writing this as I wait in Chipotle for them to make white rice in real time at the main station. Keep in mind they have white rice at the mobile order station, but they say they aren't allowed to share said white rice. There are six Chipotle employees standing around, and I've been given two options... 1) I can wait 10 minutes for them to finish cooking white rice and resupplying the main station, or 2) I can pull out my phone while standing at the main station and order through the mobile app (which says my order won't be ready for another 15 minutes anyhow), and then pick up ten feet away at the mobile station ... in 15 minutes. Of course... Option three is I could just say "f*ck all this," and get brown rice. Myself, I prefer brown rice. But you have to understand. I have been tasked with getting my wife and my number one best good son burrito bowls to go. They like white rice, and white rice only. I cannot show up at the house with burrito bowls for them that don't have white rice. That's not what a good husband/dad does. So I have all this time... About eight minutes left I think and so I decided to write this review. It's 7:30 PM on a Saturday and the place is empty. Again, six Chipotle employees standing around and because they have a "policy" of not sharing rice between the stations, I'm hanging out by myself here. It pretty much sucks. I'm a big fan of Chipotle's food. I eat here a lot. But fact that none of these six people have been empowered to fix this rice situation is beyond laughable. Do better, Chipotle. read more

Went in on a whim at noon and they were completely out of tortillas so they couldn't make any burritos. Pathetic and inexcusable. If you can't make a burrito you should close your doors. I go to this location 3-4 times per week and they have not been serving burritos now going on 4 weeks in a row. All they need to do is replace the machine that heats up tortillas and they somehow have been unable to accomplish this in 4 weeks time. Impossible to change anything about an online order once you've placed it. The customer service number leads to a menu of options for the company, and the chat will tell you to call the store itself, but they won't give a phone number and it's not to be found anywhere. read more

Customer service is lacking at this location. Portions are getting smaller and smaller but prices are up. Asked for a little more protein and was given a piece around the size of the tip of my pinky. I struggle to get out, but I always try on Veteran's Day, because society tends to be less aggressive to Veterans on this National Holiday. This is quite possibly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to and unfortunately we keep coming back because it's the only one even remotely in the area and my daughter enjoys her basic soft taco order. Me on the other hand, have been disappointed pretty much every time we go. 1. The white rice is often undercooked, with hard raw bits 2. Serving size is inconsistent. Sometimes it's an excess of food, not enough, or just right. 3. The operational organization seems to be very inefficient. Sometimes there will be a huge line and one person both making the food & checking out, with a number of people walking around/back and forth in the background or standing and chatting with each other. read more

There is a reason the rating is low for this store. The quality of food is horrible not to mention the portions are stingy. When you ask for additional beans, they act like you're asking for a kidney. I expect a full spoon of the items that I'm paying for. I can count the tiny pieces of chicken. This has been my standby meal for dinner whenever I am hungry and short of time...lately unless the manager is on duty the place seems out of control. A couple of days ago I stopped in for "the usual" burrito with black beans, steak and white rice and then waited while the young woman in front of me had food piled onto her bowl of the same ingredients......when the guy started to make my burrito he put so little ingredients on it that it was comical.....he reluctantly added a little more from the bottom of the containers of everything when I complained and it still looked pathetic. I checked on Chipotle ratings and see that reduced volumes for higher prices are now the standard.....this would work to increase revenues if people just accepted this crap but most, like me, won't be back...So no revenue at all from long-standing customers is what you will get. Goodbye After sending this review I was asked to contact Chipotle Customer service and then fill in a formatted questionaire about my experience. I've only eaten at this chipotle. One time and it was also the ONLY one I've been too. I had brought my crew there for lunch and that was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Behind the counter was completely filthy. They were probably five employees. There the counter was all dirty, where they're making the food most of the food containers they were serving out of were empty or barely had any food in them at all they were out of silverware if there was a manager on duty, somebody should've shut the place down for 10 minutes restocked everything cleaned it up and reopened instead of serving people From a dirty restaurant I just don't get it. I was given cold chicken in my burrito. This is fast food with 5 ingredients, give or take, and not much is to be expected except the cooked protein to be hot. ZERO STARS this is by far the WORST meal i have EVER received from a restaurant. so we ordered the meal via doordash. this is not the first time we have received food from this chipotle. the poor doordash driver went out of her way to text us, she let us know that they were skipping all the door dash orders, and doing any other orders before. My fiance and i are both door dash drivers ourselves. we have been into this chipotle before as drivers, and we have personally seen what she was talking about. Soime restaurants could care less about their door dash orders, and they actually make it very obvious to the drivers that are picking up food. read more

This biggest issue with this Chipotle is that they don't deliver on their promised time. Not sure if that's a disconnect between Chipotle's systems and the actual operation in the store - but it's really frustrating. I've ordered from this location five times, and every single time my order has been delayed by a minimum of 15 minutes. In addition, they miss small things like menu components that were ordered or including silverware and napkins when requested. Other then the issues, the location is what you'd expect from a Chipotle - interior is the same as their hundreds of other locations. One difference is that there is no parking here since it's located at the Junction so while you can try to find street parking out front, it's pretty rare so you'll most likely have to use the paid lots around the area. read more

I went in today without having seen the reviews and I am shocked at how horrible the reviews for this place was because I had probably the most quickest, easiest, ordering process ever from any Chipotle till this date. Normally, it's busy or the employees are cranky, or yet the worst is when they are super stingy with the food!! Not only the meat but they usually skimp on portions... Any who those have been about other Chipotle's and this was my first experience here at this location. Originally, I wanted to order through DoorDash but said there's a 40 minute wait and I'm like I will just go pick it up myself. I went in, no other people in line, however they had like 5-6 orders on the rack for mobile pick ups and there was another employee working on a different order but the other one freed up and helped me immediately. I ordered my usual: bowl, brown rice, black beans, chicken, EXTRA corn salsa, the pico, and EXTRA lettuce. The 5 stars is for the girl who heavy handed-ily scooped that chicken into my bowl! Woo! I love it when people aren't so stingy and I swear sometimes I get half the amount of meat a normal portion should have. She literally scooped two giant spoonfuls of the corn too and I'm like, "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH"! Haha just kidding, didn't say it out loud but that's how I felt. I only ordered one bowl and when I carried it to my car, the only thought I had was, "holy cow why is it so heavy??" That's when you know it deserves a 5 star review! P.S. Yes, it's a Chipotle, so they're all the same. Same build-your-own burrito/bowl concept that's always an easy and fast process. This location is in West Seattle in the junction, where street parking is easy to find. My former colleague and I came here for lunch, and we were the only ones dining in on a Tuesday. Therefore, service was fast and the staff were friendly. I ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas, and it was tasty. You can always count on Chipotle for when you're craving a burrito bowl to your liking, even though guac is extra. The portion was more than enough, making two meals out of one. For a quick lunch for less than 10 bucks, Chipotle always seems to be there for you. Good to know there's one in West Seattle, an area I don't often visit. But the junction is a happenin' area in this neck of the woods, so when I do visit West Seattle, I'll be around. read more

The Great: Delicious, fresh food. Helpful staff, who were patient with my mom when she wanted a quesadilla off the kid's menu. The un-Great: not a single table was clean, despite all of them being empty of guests. Place appeared fully-staffed for the robust takeout orders coming in.
