Yesterday I had a sweet tea with my order (luckily I took a sip while there) well I tell the girl at the window it tasted biter and old. She says oh yeah we know. ‍ I'm like take this back and give me another drink. If you know the tea is not tasting great why not just let customers know this before we order it. And just say our machine for sweet tea is out of order today. I'm sure I got the surcharge on the receipt anyway for the drink. Placed a mobile order and got there 10 minutes before close, cutting it close but that's why I placed the mobile order. I get there and sit at the speaker thinking they're busy or dealing with the car in front of me (who got their order!) then they shut everything off. I drove around and all the employees were hiding in the back. I tried knocking, then tried calling. When I called I was met with "Oh well we're closed now" no care in the world. It wouldn't have been as big of a surprise if they at least had the courtesy to tell me when I was waiting at their drive-thru. The food is the exact same at any other McDonald's. Not good not bad but super consistent. I know exactly what I'm going to get when I come here. The restaurant was ok. The tables were clean. They got my order right. I just always feel off after eating McDonald's. But all and all not terrible. When you go to McDonald's you know what you're going to get. The prices are way out of line though. It is as expensive as going to a much fancier restaurant. But you don't get the quality. You don't get what you pay for here. I can't eat here due to food allergies but I have, on a handful of occasions ordered my kid a happy meal. For instance, today I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and apple juice. Apple slices were not included. I know the employees work very hard and the food is available lightening fast, but I would rather wait a few more moments than keep receiving incorrect orders. I've been here a few times and had decent experiences, but unfortunately this time they forgot two of my pies, they forgot one of the patties on my double quarter pounder, and then left out my barbecue sauce for my 20 piece chicken McNuggets. We have been eating food from this place like on the regular. Always order $50 worth of dinner for the fam. Well this time we didn't get our 20pc nuggets. I drive all the way back up there on a dark, cold, rainy night because my son wants some chicken nuggets! I have gone here off and on since it first opened. I remember when it was an empty lot. As the pandemic occurred, it seems service has gone down slightly. I realize you cannot always hear well through the drive thru speaker, as I worked fast food before. I requested my drink increased to a large with my meal and they must not have heard me correctly. I told the person at the window when I got my drink I ordered a large and then asked if they could just give me a large and charge my card, but they said look atbmy receipt and just handed me the drink with no customer compliance of correcting the order. The owner of the store has always been helpful in resolving issues in the past. I have even had things stolen when left here by mistake from middle schoolers. The food is the same everywhere so quality has not gone up or down. But it would be nice to correct a mistake This has happened more than once. read more

I have previously obtained video evidence recorded on my phone of cross contamination in one of their big resteraunts. and they also got 12 of my orders wrong, despite me disclosing I have allergies. The restersunt refused a refund and when I contacted the complaints team, I was offered £25 in vouchers, later revoked by another manager because I have "already been compensated before". One star is generous for this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald's is a case-in-point example of why the company is failing - unfriendly and disinterested customer service, inconsistent quality, and overpriced, underwhelming product. You won't find many of the nationally advertised McDonald's deals at this location. And, if you do, you can bet they will be a $1 or more expensive. What you will find, however, is a price-inflated menu designed to fully take advantage of the captured audience of WS High School students coming from across the street. You'd think you were in downtown Seattle rather than suburban West Seattle based on the prices charged here. Even the so-called "value menu" has maxed out prices. As for service - well, don't expect much. The folks working here seem to be too used to dealing with the antics of high school students so you'll be treated the same. Be sure to check your order before you leave - getting an order right here is apparently pretty tough for some reason. And if they do mess up, don't expect it to remedied quickly or to your satisfaction. Overall if you have to have McDonald's, I urge you to head south to Morgan Junction or out of West Seattle entirely. read more

I've been to this location 3x and each time has been a lackluster experience. The wait times are crazy long, the food is never fresh and hot and they sometimes mess up the order. But it took about a minute for anyone to say anything on the speaker. Off to a great start. We pull up to get our meal (the 2 cheese burger meal) and wait 3 minutes. There is no one else in line, so we're wondering what's going on. Finally, we get the meal and pull away, heading west. We open the bag, and each open our "cheeseburgers". My children were at this Macdonalds today. My son was playing around with a set of keys when they went over the fence that surrounds their dumpster can area. When we asked to go in and get them the manager flat out said it was not his problem and that he didn't have the time or employees to help. I had to raise quite the issue to be let in. So 30 min later, I was finally let in and they were not there. Both of my children swear they went over the fence! I asked if I could leave my number so if they were found they could let me know. He said, once again, it was not his problem and called me honey!! Lol I already had a problem with this location as it is over priced and the front person is always an ass!
