A Saturday & cold winter day lead me to my dining experience with FIVE GUYS @ newest location in Seattle... A classic looking diner offering hamburger, hot dogs & fries all grilled or deep fried for mine and your enjoyment. I knew what my desire was and that was fries and all beef hotdog plus a Coke for washing it all down with. No here is why I docked you a star, READY??? So a Russian counter lady took my order and I share with her and she's asks what I'd like on my dog I say mustard! No mistake in that message ya know. Well, I guess it didn't translate to her brain, more to follow on that. Then after I indicated my desire for a Coke she then asks if I want a milkshake. Puzzled by this I simply say I just ordered a Coke ! Now I didn't grab the free peanuts they offer but I should have cause who doesn't enjoy peanuts. My order # 8 gets called and I open the dog and wonder WTF happened to the mustard . Now I've gotta get up and ask for some a hassle. Now back to the Russian lady a few moments ago and she translated mustard and replaced it with mushrooms. OMG YUK! Nobody with any sense eats a hotdog with grilled mushrooms. Scraped off quickly and consumed the goods... The hot dogs are simply amazing at this place should you need some help picking what to order! I highly recommend it and yes with mustard only... I ordered from this Five Guys via DoorDash and it hit the spot. My burger was a custom build-your-own sandwich and they got it exactly right. The food arrived hot and tasty. Went to the McDonald's next door for a quick burger. Nobody taking orders, had to use a kiosk, was traveling, my app wouldn't update from California location to Washington location, pushed button for help and no one came out. Weird experience. Walked next door to 5 guys. People working there! Face to face ordering. And the most delicious burger I've had in some time. But it was $80 for the burgers, a couple fries and a shake. I didn't visit this place until June 2025 and now I have returned twice already. The staff is friendly, nice and respectful. The store is clean (including the bathroom). The food is awesome. I am 99% sure that they have the best fries in town. read more

This place being brand new, it's pristine, which is nice. But nobody comes here for the atmosphere. I had the bacon cheeseburger - "all the way" -- small Cajun fries, and a shake. I should have gotten the "Little" version of this burger. This was just too much, all the way around, and the undersized bun had no hope of keeping up. I will say everything was fresh, though. The fries were tasty but extremely soggy. The shake was the best thing I had. read more

I just had a meal at five guys. I ordered the cheeseburger and regular fries I would say $20.50 is too expensive but it is pretty good. Also the free peanuts excellent service however their staffs English is not that good I said for here, they didn't understand and set my meal to go. Also, when I said extra onions, they thought I said extra mushrooms. I had to correct them twice. read more

Fire this place had such bomb fries burgers was mid not gonna lie but the people working there where busting they ass so I really can't complain I'd still recommend over the McDonald's if you can afford it. I spent a good mini stack on to burgers and a large fry. Had me rethink that McDonald's next door not gonna lie. read more

I have been to many different five guys in the past and I would have to say this way by far the worst one. The prices were very high and I had to wait 25 min for my food and it was not busy at the restaurant at the time, not to mention the staff was not that friendly. The food was still good and if you really wanted five guys It would still be an option but I probably won't be going back myself. read more

Burgers a little pricey but come fully loaded. Unlike other places you have to pick what you don't want on it! Fries are good.

I'm a huge fan of Five Guys, but this new place really needs to get better management. Every time I've been here, the order takes forever, the burger is cold and the fries are undercooked. It has a huge staff that stands around doing nothing. I really hope it can be managed better as I've been excited about having a Five Guys in the neighborhood. read more

Good food,m and service but the prices these days! WTH?! I hope people realize that this years long push for higher wages has a direct effect on the cost to the consumer. People incorrectly assume the corporations eat the profits to pay a higher wage. On top of a higher wage, everyone expects a tip as well. People are only going to pay so much for a product. I bought a lil fry, lil cheese burger and a small (regular) soda and it was $20.25. (!) Generally speaking, I am saying generally, not all, people working these jobs make the highest industry wages in history and can't get orders right. Don't believe me? Just check out YouTube. it took them ONE visit to ruin this place for me for good. i went in today to get a burger and fries. they put the wrong condiments on the burger so i walked back up there to get it remade. the cashier placed the remake order and then a girl behind the counter gets a BIG attitude about it and starts asking if he verified the original receipt all type of stuff. so then i just sit there and wait...FOR THIRTY MINUTES -- and i have RECEIPTS to verify this information -- without being served. NEW customers came and went and i was still just sitting in my seat. my number is 25. they were serving order number 28 when i walked out. so how did i get skipped???? the food here costs ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MONEY for them to be acting like this. i was never rude or anything. best of luck to this place. no wonder it's so EMPTY despite them just opening. never going back read more

I went in today with my friend to get a few burgers and dine in at this resturant. We were having a wonderful day until I accidentally grabbed someone else's order. I opened the bag, looked at the burger that was in there, and noticed it was incorrect. Went up to give it back and the register lady looked at me and then said " we have to make another one now" out loud. Keep in mind I did not touch the food at all and my friend looked to make sure it wasn't ours but didn't touch the food either. One of the females working in the burger assembly line grabbed it and threw it down in the trash looking extremely upset and irritated, and glared at me and my friend for 10 minutes, throwing up her hands constantly with irritation and kept saying out loud in front of the whole resturant, "We hAVe tO maKE aNotHEr onE". I wouldn't be surprised if she spit in my food with the way she responded. It's a new establishment, so I thought I would be treated with respect. It's not like I woke up that day and decided to mess up her day by grabbing the wrong order. When my friend went to pick up the correct order, that same woman glared at me and then gave my friend a big smile because she didn't mess up like I did. Now I'm super nervous to go back.
