I had the most disrespectful and embarrassing experience here tonight. The only reason they get 1 star is because i have to in order to review. My friend and i came here tonight after a long night of studying for finals. We came through the drive through and ordered our food with 2 separate orders which is normal, and everything is fine and we get to the window. The cashier is being super rude while we are asking for our sauces his name is Jesse by the way. Well that is what we were told. My friend asks him "are you ok" and gets super snappy with her basically telling her he is tired. I ask him for the manager the classic line follows "i am the manager" so i asked for the corporate number he tells me no I'm not giving it to you. So some other guy comes to the front from the back and claims that he, himself is the manager so i ask is the other guy a shift lead or something and he says no. So at this point we just want our money back. While we are waiting for my friends money i guess he calls the cops. Well jokes on him becuase the cops made them give us the money and the corporate number. So he decided to trespass us. Which is embarrassing and unneeded i dont need a yellow paper telling me to not come back here for a year. I will never set foot on any taco bell premises ever again. So this place used to be a 3 to 4 Star. Sadly it's gone down hill since, and this last interaction finalized going there again. Picture it, Christmas Eve 2017. A hungry guy who will spend most of his Xmas day slaving in the kitchen just wants takeout. While he understands it would be difficult, he knew not impossible. The random snowfall in Seattle added to that difficulty. He searched far and wide. Almost ready to give up he went to his tacobell app and low and behold they were open till 6pm Xmas eve. He made the order and drove another 5 snowy slippery miles to reach his destination which had a lovely sign at the drive through saying "closed at 4pm". People were inside. He knocks. Door locked. A woman comes to the door. Says kitchens closed. He asked about the order and charge on credit card. Told it wouldn't go through and will just disappear. Clearly they were closed early for holiday party. The weary and starving traveler understands and is sad (found Chinese another 4 miles south thank goddess). Then the renewed and post festive Taco Bell-less gent checks said credit card statement. Oh yeah. There it is in all it's posted glory. Easy to remedy. Call and speak with GM he thought. The GM says to drive to him with bank statement and he will refund. What??? Go 10 miles each way to fix his location screwup. It's all online. Just Contact Corp and have them reverse. Nope he says. And corporate will tell you the same way to resolve. The now frustrated but didn't lose temper gent called Corporate. They received the email from the low blood sugar weary sad tacoless snow traveller that was sent from the snowy parking lot and will get refund in 3-5 business days. Clearly this location doesn't know how to run a franchise, nor do they know the rules of the franchises and they sure as hell will not see personal credit card statements from this gent who is also a banker. read more

I am a self-admitted not fan of "Mexican" food. But lately, being pregnant, I find myself wanting to eat random food and often eating out because I have been too lazy to cook at night when I'm home. My husband (who likes Mexican food) was thrilled when I told him I think I wanted Taco Bell after hearing a co-worker make a run for the border at lunch in SODO. We found this Taco Bell location which is in White Center (always scary after dark) but it was closer than heading down to SODO and across the WSeattle Bridge. The location itself was really well lit and clean. We decided to dine 'in' since I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat (like I said, not a frequent diner of Taco Bell/Mexican). I am fully aware it's fast food and the quality is not one meant to be authentic, etc. But that's where I love it because I am not a big fan of 'authentic' Mexican food mainly due to the fact that I get violently ill when eating it. So I ordered the chicken quesadilla, regular nachos & a cheesy roll up just for fun. The thing that kills me is I used to love their nachos because it was basic chips and a cup of nacho cheese. Heaven. And cheap! But now they like to be 'fancy' and put the cheese on top of the chips and so it's not evenly distributed and/or it makes certain ones totally limp with sauce and others bare bones without it. I didn't know they had changed the recipe or else I would've asked for it to be separate in a cup so I could dip to my heart's desire. The quesadilla was 'ok' and honestly was a little disappointing for the price (it was $3+). It just didn't feel like it was filling and/or filled out to the edge for the value. The cheesy roll up however was surprisingly good even though it was also surprisingly small. The lobby was clean and it was pretty dead. Service was reasonably quick and the drive-thru appeared to have a steady flow. They did have signs you needed a key to use the restroom so not sure if they have tons of people who abuse this and they feel the need to lock it down. The fountain drinks were all Pepsi/Mountain Dew but it was fancy where it was 4 different types in one 'spout' and you could choose a variety. read more

I went there a few weeks ago and on the ride home, I noticed that everything I ordered except the pop, was hazardously old. ...Totally soggy nachos with beef that smelled sickening, tater tots that must've been made hours earlier, and tacos that were colder than room temperature.
