I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. On my first visit, they forgot an item in my order. I called and spoke with an employee named Emi, who told me I could come back the next day to get it. When I returned, I was shocked to be treated so poorly by the same person who gave me that instruction. Emi was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was trying to get something for free, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. She tried to charge me again for the item I had already paid for and completely lacked any accountability. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional--she came across as entitled, unwilling to help, and clearly didn't care about resolving the issue. When I asked for a manager, she continued to be difficult instead of trying to fix the situation she caused. read more

This particular one was newly remodeled, it was nice and clean on the inside, the employees were friendly enough, and it had an excellent food safety rating from the health department. I like this McDonald's location and yes, I definitely come here more than I should. The staff is always friendly and the food is pretty good. They have plenty of parking spaces in their lot and the inside of the restaurant is always clean. I usually come here for breakfast. Although they serve "breakfast all day", you really need to come in the morning to get the best selection. Also, if you order a hash brown in the afternoon, it takes like 10 extra minutes! Their drive thru is pretty good, but I prefer to dine in. The seating area is comfortable and there usually aren't any weirdos hanging around. Also, there never seems to be a line at the counter. Came for a McRib sandwich today and was not disappointed. Once a year I have one and needless to say disappointment was not on the menu. My order for this specialty sandwich only took a few minutes to prepare which is beneficial for a piping hot sandwich to enjoy. Fries were freshly done and perfect for the taste. No idea how McD's has the most amazing fries but they do, so thanks again. This location is very clean and has plenty of seating for patrons to relax and enjoy the fast food or they can go enter the drive thru and take it to go. I mean, it's a McDonald's - so three stars is the top of my rating scale for them. But when I have my quarterly McDonald's cravings, this is the place I have gone every year for the past three years. They always get my order right, the drive through is fast, and the times I have been inside (the inside is closed during COVID) it's been clean. Today I used the mobile app for the first time as we were biking by and had a need for a McFlurry. As I mentioned, the inside is closed, but the mobile app directed me to a mobile app parking space so I stood there for about five minutes and a very nice employee brought my order out in a carry tray and I was on my way. They do need to make sure to always have oatmeal raisin cookies on the ready, though. We were handed our food at the window and the window was promptly slammed shut without a single word. We sat waiting for someone to come back so we could get some ketchup. A minute passes and the window reopens. The worker was holding someone else's food and looked shocked and grumpy to see us still sitting there when she clearly expected us to be the next car. We asked for ketchup and she practically threw three packets at us and once again slammed the window without a word. I was also charged 60¢ for "3 slices of tomato" (as printed on my receipt) and received only a single slice. This location just made me a sausage biscuit with out any sausage. Just a biscuit wrapped up in paper. How does that even happen? Also their potato products from fries to hash browns are always under cooked. I suspect they do this to be able to keep them under the heat lamps longer at the expense of the quality and taste for the customer. This McD's has saved my behind when I've worked 60+ hours in a week and I have nothing but a can of beans and condiments in the fridge due to a lack of time to grocery shop. The prices at this location are higher than a regular McD's since they know they have you captured on an "island." That said, the various times I've been here, the staff has always been polite and/or funny with me and they don't keep me waiting. Also, the parking lot is clean and there's never a line in the drive thru. I haven't gone inside - the whole time thing. Also, my orders are always right which is a rarity in the fast food world. Bad Policy, Rude Manager Ok, so this review requires my admitting that I go to McDonald's periodically -- which I know is already not the sharpest thing for me to do if I'm trying to eat more healthily... That said, generally the people who work here are very nice. But this evening I ran smack into a *BAD POLICY* and a bit of a *RUDE MANAGER* when asking for a cup of ice water at the drive-thru. Living nearby and stopping there occasionally, I didn't think they would mind my simply asking for ice water sans buying something this time. The young man running the drive-thru said, "You have to buy something if you want water." "Even though I'm a regular customer!?" I asked? "I treat every customer the same," he said. I've been to this McDonalds a handful of times, and it's always been mediocre, their cheeseburgers have been undercooked or bland, but today made me go back for my money. I ordered chicken McNuggets and when I tasted them, (and they were still warm) they were hard as a rock and had an awful aftertaste. I called and asked if I could return them and the man said yes. When I came inside the manager didn't say anything, just grabbed the bag, took out the unused honey mustard sauces and placed them back in the unused bin (not sure if that's sanitary or even legal??) and threw out the nuggets without saying a word and just handed me my refund. Worst experience I ever had! The sign outside offer "buy one Big Mac and get one free", but when I asked for my second burger I was told that I didn't qualify because I had bought the Big Mac "meal".
