Came here for a takeout bowl. The manager questioned the bowl that I ordered that the gentleman/worker put too much chicken on there. She proceeded to tell me that this was not a single taco. I advised her that her staff made it and that's what I ordered. Karen L was her name super rude. I Do not prefer this establishment. i've had nothing but problems here with the previous management. OK, I typically don't review chain restaurants due to the discipline approach and standards that chain restaurants' adherence. However, I felt the need to make an exception for this particular location, as its standards and customer service are beyond atrocious. When a customer had to point out to the staff that there's no ice in the soda dispenser, and the fact that several soda fountains are out of syrup, the intent is trying to be helpful FOR THE STAFF so that they don't disappoint the NEXT CUSTOMER! Instead, I got a "Who Cares" reaction and look, like it's not their job. BUT IT IS! This happened before we sat down for our meal. 30 minutes later after we finished our meal, I had to check to see if this was addressed. Nope! Nada! Zip! That was strike one. Strike two was running out of carnitas, vegetables, and dressing with no grill/replenishment orders. Now you have a line of new customers that have to wait until someone decides to actually cook or replenish something. Again, attitude was that of we don't like to be bothered. Strike three was the inconsistency of the food. Left in the bin too long, thus being dry. Lettuce wilted because the ice to keep cool was melted. We have had Chipotle at other locations with much better quality and consistency. This type of ineptitude goes beyond the services workers. I fault both the management and the franchise owner for allowing these types of practices and behaviors at a chain establishment. Shame on you! read more

Where is the health department? The entire operation screams bacteria. Everything is dirty, sloppy, and untidy. From the minute you walk in till you leave, all you see is lack of hygiene. The food assembly line is dirty and just God knows how long the food has been sitting there. They just dump the rice, beans, etc., on a barely warm tortilla and pass it on. I have not been to this location since 2020, but went there a while ago to support a fundraiser for an Appo District school. If it weren't for the fundraiser, I would have left without purchasing. The burritos I bought were so bad, I just threw them away. Better that than getting food poisoning. read more

I enjoy Chipotle and moved here from NY. I must say that this is the most poorly run restaurant I've been too ever. Tonight both the been trays of beans were completely dried out and the prep station was a mess. There was not one person in there that looked capable of running the place or even cared. First off, the bathrooms have no changing table! People with families need somewhere to change their children's diapers without having to put them on the dirty floor. No paper towels OR paper toilet in the bathroom either. Restaurant was a mess. Workers were rude. read more

My wife and I stopped in to eat on Saturday night around 8pm. The condition of the restaurant was disgusting. There was not a single table that was clean. Other customers were sitting at dirty tables. Behind the counter of the food was sloppy and the floor was a mess. The entire restaurant floor was dirty with trash all over the restaurant. I am not exaggerating and I am not a neat freak. The counter where the soda fountain was littered with food. I talked to the manager and all he said was, "We are short staffed." The manager was not helpful and never had anyone or himself clean to several places I shared. The manager placed clean plastic utensils in slots where the counter of the soda fountain was teaming with food, lettuce, sour cream, etc. I lived in Middletown for 20 years and will never go to this restaurant again. The regional manager and the owners need to know much the condition was a health hazard and a literal dumpster fire. I am so thankful I did not become ill. I cannot even rate this one start, so it's zero stars. read more

Store is not actually open until 11:00pm. They tend to close 20-30 minutes early which is very disappointing.

I guess I'll start off with saying the portion sizes were good, and that's where the compliments end. The place is disgusting, literally (actual usage of the word and not hyperbole) every table inside has food and trash all over it. The staff seems like they couldn't care less, I was the only person in line and despite four or five of them up front, it took several minutes for someone to take my order while the rest just stood there and looked at me or were just having side conversations. And just to top it off, the person who rang me up made sure to pick up the bag my order was in and hold it back so I had to lean across the counter and reach to get it. read more

I ordered a chicken quesadilla with brown rice and fajita veggies on the app which was supposed to be ready at 7:50pm. I got there at 8:10 and they told me to wait 10min so they could fix it. I watched the lady throw together my quesadilla and then put it on the burrito press which I thought was weird because I see it go in another machine but I thought well maybe they use both IDK. When I got home and opened it up it looked like a sad looking taco with unmelted cheese and no fajita veggies and hard brown rice on the side. I paid over $10 for this. I order the quesadilla all the time so I know it usually does not look like this, but this location needs to get it together. There has been several times that I got a chicken quesadilla with no chicken. The inconsistency is terrible and the lack of caring is showing in the food. read more

Every time I stop here, its one disappointment after another. Finally I think I will cross it off the list entirely. I ordered from the app and when I entered the store to pick up my food it was not in the rapid pick up shelf. I had to ask for it and that seemed like a big deal, but when I opened the bag and took the cup out to get a fountain drink, there was no ice. So I told them I did not want the fountain drink. Seriously, who wants a hot soda in the middle of summer? They were nice enough to substitute a bottled soda. When I got in the car I checked my order and at least one item was missing. I went back in and I asked about the one item and they said they were out of that. OK so they let you pay for something and not put it in your bag, but when you pick up your order they don't say anything about it? Ridiculous! Don't go here if you are starving because the amount of food they give won't even fill you up. I ordered a steak bowl with white rice, corn, lettuce, cheese and the bottom of the barrel of the peppers and onions. The bowl barely even reached the brim of the bowl. For the amount of money spent their I would expect to at least have a full bowl. The rice didn't even fill up the bottom. Id rather take the drive to the mall or to bear to get an actual filling meal from chipotle. read more

I have been to this location 5 or 6 times and keep hearing from others how they are getting cheap with the food. Today was worse than before..literally about half the food they usually give. It usually comes down to who is behind the counter. I would think a chain would use a measurement system to control quantity so they don't give out too much, decreasing profits, or in this case too little, upsetting their clients. Ordered two burritos at 7:50 pm for an 8:10 pm pick up. Arrived at 8:20 and the food was not ready nor was ANYONE in the restaurant. Not the issue. The two burritos were not correct according to the order. The items contained in the burritos were mismatch to one another. Typically not an issue. But the restaurant was vacant and there was ample time to produce the correct order. Especially if you have an allergy to a specific item, this was very disappointing. Would not recommend! read more

Quick, easy, on the go! I love that they have a mini outdoor seating area. Upon entering, the premises are typically clean and a smiling face is waiting. This location can get crowded at times, however they move fairly consistently in their order completions. You also have the option of mobile ordering as well. Most of the ingredients are local, some even organic. My fav is actually the peppers and the barbacoa over a salad. Mix queso with the spicy salsa. Put the sour cream on top last and mesmerize your tongue. They have options for the kiddies as well! read more

Literally had no idea a Chipotle could be this bad. Stuff spilled everywhere, no veggies, no salsa, no forks, seemingly no interest in fixing any of this. And I came in at 7pm! It wasn't like they were about to close so they didn't want to cook things that weren't going to be eaten. I really like this Chipotle and the people there. But I was shocked when I walked in on 4/19/20 that, despite taking some Coronavirus precautions, the staff was not wearing face masks. Other restaurants are now taking extreme precautions that this one is not. There is no way to go inside without using the door handle. (They should have a FootPull or ArmPull so you can get the door open.) and the cashier was not even wearing gloves. She packed up the bag and took my credit card that way. Normally I would not be such a priss, but if restaurants are going to be open at all during the quarantine, they need to take it more seriously. Very rude staff. They provoke customers. I saw a fight there a few months ago and personally felt it was unnecessary.

While I like Chipotle, this location was horrible. I've never been in a food establishment so poorly kept up. The trash was overflowing onto the floor. Every table needed to be wiped down, every single one except for the one that we sat at. They were out of guacamole and there were no apologies that they could not provide that. The napkin dispensers were empty as well as the forks. This is all despite the fact that there were six people "working," at least six that were visible behind the counter. When I went back to the counter to indicate that there were no more napkins or silverware the person working the register simply handed me napkins and 2 forks. We are now done with our meal and she nor anyone else have been out to replenish the empty canisters. I'm baffled. Tonight's experience was one of total indifference for the customer and to the state of the establishment. Very disappointing. read more
