The menu includes a lot of standard options you'd expect, as well as seasonal releases that are more unique! I got two Chocolate Chip Cookies, a Confetti Cookie and a Cookies N' Cream Cookie. The Cookies N' Cream was my favorite, with the nostalgic taste of being like a classic chocolate chip cookie, but then the surprise richness of the white chocolate chips and Oreo crumbs. The Confetti was really good, what you'd expect and the Chocolate Chip Cookies are very standard as well, though much richer as it has large chocolate chunks. I've only had the Too Good To Go (TGTG) packages, but I do know that a lot of my peers love to go to Chip City. For me, I prefer insomnia, but I do agree that the cookies are bigger and more hearty at Chip City. The TGTG usually comes with 4 cookies (6.99$), the variety depending on the day, and it is only offered in the narrow sliver of an hour between 11 AM and noon, so I only really come when I have a dental appointment across the street in Tend, which means this is a nice treat after getting my teeth drilled. I've never been disappointed and will continue this tradition, especially since the staff are so friendly. Unfortunately, there's not really seating, but the location is good. I just wouldn't spend normal money on this since it's still quite pricey. read more

My family and I stopped by Chip City after getting sushi nearby. I had heard really good things from a friend and wanted to try it! I got the chocolate chip cookie ($5.50) and it was thick, warm and crumbly. It was so tasty and very large and filling. My family got different flavors of the thin chips cookies ($3.50 each), but we all agreed that the OG thick cookies are where chip city shines! We stopped in when it wasn't busy after dinner and the cashier was really kind and helpful. This was such a pleasant experience. I was thrilled to see that this location finally opened up after months of seeing the "Coming Soon" sign. I came here with the intention of getting 3 cookies for $15. I got the cookies & cream, red velvet hot chocolate, and the cinnamon frosted cookie. All three were equally delicious. The store is small and adorable with such friendly staff. You're encouraged to join their rewards program upon checking out to accumulate points with each purchase. This was my first time trying chip city. Great location right near the Barclays Center. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and the smell of freshly baked cookies. There is a wooden bench so you can sit and enjoy your cookies. The whole lineup of cookies looks amazing. It makes you want to buy every cookie in sight. I ordered a box of six cookies. I ordered the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cookies N' Cream, Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate and S'mores. All the cookies are gooey and chewy. Cookies are warm and nice and soft. My favorite was the red velvet hot chocolate and blueberry cheesecake. Came in on a different day just to try one of their specialty the Italian Rainbow Cookie. This was absolutely delicious. Anytime I'm in the area it's a must visit as the cookies are always freshly baked on premises, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the quality and freshness of the cookies is top notch. As soon as you enter, you're engulfed with the delicious aroma and scents of fresh baked cookies, and ordering is very straightforward and seamless. The cookie selection is also good as you can find options for all types of cookie lovers. I have been waiting for this location to carry the galaxy brownie cookie for a while but am so thankful the day has finally come! This cookie is a modern take on a cosmic brownie, my childhood favorite dessert, and the execution of the cookie is just perfect. It has a brownie texture and depth but still retains the crunchiness of a cookie. The frosting on top is perfect. Not too sweet and garnished with the chocolate crunchy sprinkles! I absolutely am obsessed with this cookie and can say it was the best one I've ever eaten in my life. I cannot wait to get another one again I definitely had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one setting. The chocolate chip cookie was also just as good! I've never tried Chip City, so the free cookie deal on National Cookie Day was a great opportunity to finally try their cookies. This is 100% how a classic American chunky cookie should be. Thick, sweet and ooey gooey. I placed the order in-app and picked up my cookies 10 minutes later at their Park Slope store. The staff was very friendly and passionate. Their store decors and merch are also super cute. ＊Oatmeal Apple Pie Cookie I was pleasantly surprised to see actual cooked caramelized apples in between the cookie. Spiced honey oatmeal cookie gave more crunch to the texture, just like the pie crust of an apple pie. A perfect flavor to enjoy in holiday season. It was also relatively less sweet than the other cookie flavors (~50% less sugar than a chocolate chip cookie). ＊Confetti Cookie You can never go wrong with this classic flavor. I just ordered some cookies and received my cookies through Uber eats but the store sent me a box that was not sealed or taped shut... cool accidents happen. Jeff was trying to fix the situation for me, which was amazing but he told me I had to re-order the cookies so he could resend them and then he will refund my previous order... it was too much chaos so I just requested a refund and he said fine he can do that... "What was the name of the GM that I just spoke to who supposed to be processing my refund" .. that's when he tells me the guy name is "Jeff". I said cool. I just needed a name because I didn't get my refund yet, keep in mind 10 minutes, have passed already. Not me hearing Jeff in the background popping off at the mouth talking about "I just spoke to here, I'm working on it.. I just spoke to her 3 mins ago". Went to the new location of Chip City last night. I didn't even know that they just opened this past Friday. I planned on posting photos but I must admit, I started to eat the cookies while walking home. Next time and, I definitely will return for more incredible cookies, I will take photos to post before eating the delicious cookies. I had two cookies, a chocolate chip cookie and a cookies and cream. They were still warm, fresh from the oven. They were both delicious, my favorite was the chocolate chip. Thick, soft, with lot's of melty chocolate, totally scrumptious! No grease, just pure yumminess! Can't wait to try other cookie varieties.
