The workers walked off of the job because their equipment failed 2 times, but this last time they just did not clean the windows as they are supposed to do. I called the office and the girl was very defensive, kept cutting me off and wanted to reschedule the window cleaning after a considerable wait--you go back of the line. No one called to apologize. We left their business. I have known since High School that the reputation of your business mainly depends on the face at the front desk. I learned this from my Dad- a Surgeon when I worked for him. I hired Chinook Services to pressure wash an aggregate driveway and walkway, which had accumulated thick moss in places. The two-man crew did a pretty good job. First they went over it with a leaf blower, then pressure washed. They had to go back over it again using an unspecified (but "environmentally friendly") chemical to get the moss off. They spent about an hour-and-a-half on it and driveway & walk look much better. A few minor points: they missed one small area of moss on the walkway (which I was able to easily scrub off with a wire brush. They weren't able to accept payment at time of service because their payment system couldn't add the tax in (I called the office next day & paid over the phone). And some of the house siding was splattered with dirt (easily hosed off). That said, I'd hire them again for similar work. The total cost was $218, which I consider money well spent. read more

We decided our house needed to be pressure washed. I looked up companies on Yelp and decided to go with Chinook. They had some good reviews so I thought let's go with them. We corresponded by email, it made everything super quick and easy! I received a call the day before to verify everything. They were on time which was nice and from 6 feet apart and wearing masks went over what was going to be done, asked if we had any questions and then went to work. A little bit into the job I asked if they wouldn't mind doing our driveway. No problem, they did it. Everything was done in about 2 hours! Recently we called them for a small number of tasks including window washing but also removing moss from our roof. There work was of high quality at a very reasonable price. A few days after they finished, they contacted us. My wife felt two small high under the roof seemed to have a small amount of streaking that was acceptable to us. The back office is well organized and using modern tech. The team showed up on time when it was convenient for me. Jordan did my windows yesterday and arrived at 3:30 when the glass !temperature must have been around 104 degrees. He paced himself doing the inner windows first, then the outer which were still pretty hot in 94 degree weather. He did a wonderful job, and even went around again to check that the windows did OK in this extreme heat and didn't streak or spot (they didn't). I would highly recommend!! I had Chinook out to do a full roof cleaning and gutter cleaning after seeing their vans in and around my neighborhood for quite some time. I called in to make the appointment and the woman I spoke to was very nice and explained everything to me up front including pricing. Since it was summer they were pretty booked up so they couldn't come out for about 3 weeks but that was fine with me. They showed up on time and completed all the work just as planned. Chinook Services did a great job. The 2 guys that showed up were friendly and on time. They explained to me what they were doing and told me what they were spraying on the roof to kill the moss. They were very efficient at what they did. My only issue was when they cleaned my gutters the windows got very dirty and they did not clean them off. One of the windows is on the upper floor and hard to get to. I did not have the windows cleaned as part of my service though. Maybe something to consider for next time. read more
