For years I was very happy with this company's service, and recommended them to friends. This year was a nightmare -- apparently Bob is now retired and their current people are far less competent, but beyond that, the office service is now abominable. They failed to clean the garage gutters or many windows, came back a total of 4 times and still kept missing things, never checked with me before leaving so I could ask about windows they missed, complained that I was asking for "tiny things" when I pointed out windows that they had clearly missed, tried to charge me twice for work they had forgotten to do the first time, claimed that leaded windows were not included when the bid never said that, repeatedly billed me for the part I had already paid for, said only "sorry you are irritated" when I pointed out all the issues I was having, and threatened to take me to collections (ultimately they dropped the incorrect charges). When I pointed out their website says "your satisfaction is guaranteed", they responded "we can't satisfy everyone". It's sad what has happened to this company. Avoid. read more

I needed a last minute outdoor cleaning before our real estate pictures were taken .... the woman scheduling was so sweet and worked hard to fit us in. Then two young gentleman showed up to clean and they worked hard and knew what they were doing. It really is hard to find someone to work manual labor jobs .... as we discovered when trying to fix up our house before listing and then IF you do find someone who is available they are booked out for 2-3 months and crazy expensive..... these guys cleaned all of our outdoor windows and one inside for right around $100 ...
