So I went to get food this past Saturday about 20 minutes before closing, and I forgot to take my ATM out of the card reader, I didn't realize it was missing until I went to pick up some pizza and my card was missing, unfortunately Sunday Chinollo was closed and this Monday morning I called the business and they were holding my ATM card , I was very Happy they kept it secured and safe , thanks to the Chinollo staff , I appreciate you all . read more

my vegan cousin drove down from the Bay Area for the weekend and bc of the 5-star rating we had to come here! not disappointed AT ALL i got the el Koreano with steak; half noodles half greens & a ginger spike. that el Koreano?! omg, AMAZING!! he had the New World burger & said that was the best burger he's ever had! i will for sure be back. i'm excited to try something else! read more

Ok so I've been hearing a lot of buzz about this place and decided to check it out. It's a mix between Chipotle and Tender Greens. I really like the menu items something for everyone. Steak, chicken, tofu and fish. From Bowls to Burgers I was impressed and already looking forward to coming back. I order the Baja bowl with steak. Next time I'm going to try the Korean Tacos. The service was great! The cashier was patient and explained the way things worked for me. They also have a tablet set up where you can order without being in line. Ok , I like this place, the food is really good however I was really disappointed and turned off by their poor planning. I wanted to order food to go, but we were told that there would be at-least a 45 minute wait because they had a large online order, some 85 bowls.. part of me feels like you shouldn't shut down your whole establishment for one order and or there should be a different plan for catering, cause clearly 85 bowls is catering.. We're here for the vegan food. We've been to their other restaurant, Rabano in Hermosa, and they're both delicious. We love what they stand. Fresh, healthy food with a lot of flavor! They use fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers. You can easily get addicted to Chinollo and Rabano. The price for the convenience and flavors are worth the price to me. If I was rich, I'd eat here everyday. I love the variety of flavors and they're literally all delicious! Great customer service, and love the community culture. Mike loves their Green Earth Burger (also comes with fries!). We love that they make the vegan patty from scratch (versus those fake soy meat). Essentially, it's a patty of beans, veggies, and sweet BBQ flavor. Love the sweet savory patty combo with a little bitterness from the arugula. Mike and I agree this is the best vegan burger in Southbay. I always get the veganized Banh Mi (now comes with a side of fries-yay!). They sub the pork belly for marinated tofu (they kinda taste like egg marinated in soy sauce-subtle flavor). I'm a sucker for Banh Mi's, and they make one of the best in Southbay. I just love the quality of ingredients and soft panini bread. We've also tried their Thai curry bowl, Koreano bowl, and Saltado bowl--veganized. Usually they'll sub the meat for tofu, but we ask for extra veggies instead and they've been very accommodating. read more

My friends really like this place and their burritos so we checked it out one afternoon for lunch. The 2 young ladies at the register were very helpful. It was my first time so I needed a little help with the menu. I ordered a burrito and it was pretty good. My husband really liked it. I liked the chips wish they gave more. Lol I had to order more. Over all I liked it here. Nice clean dinning room with plenty of seating. The restroom was nice and clean. The food tasted fresh and the price was cool. We'll be back. Really good experience. I was passing through Carson and needed a quick bite, so did a quick google search of somewhere that had vegan options. I get overwhelmed when there's too many menu items and they had just the right cross-section of choices. My boyfriend and I shared the El Vegan burrito & the Kale Berry salad without cheese. The Chong family is always trustworthy in how good quality their food is. Rabano is there first store with this type of food, and set a pretty high bar. Chinollo hit that bar! There's also so much more space than Rabano, and a TV! This is a great place to eat after soccer games at the Stubhub Center because they're quick and friendly! I got the Koreano, the jasmine milk tea, the sweet potato fries, and my favorite, edamame wontons. All to die for! And so much food! I did take out, and everything was still presented as beautifully as it is when you dine in. I definitely want to go back and try the California burrito, which sounded bomb cuz it had unconventional ingredients. Thanks for the delicious food! read more

Wow! This place blows my mind away. Farm to table concept in Carson! The food is so fresh and of high quality ingredients. I have family members with different dietary needs. They accommodate a vegan and vegetarian lifestyle so there's something for everyone here and the food is damn delicious. The inside decor is so hip and modern, wood farm tables, mismatched painted metal chairs to the black and white photo backdrop. I love it! This is one of my new favorite local spots to come grab some food! First off such a healthy spot ! So many choices from normal people like me to vegan/vegetarian options. But besides that all the food is yummy. I have gotten everything from their salad and juices to their burritos and pollo Saltado. The pollo saltado with garlic noodles is MY GO TO PLATE ! Not really a fan. The Thai ice tea is super watery and lacking of the Thai tea flavor because it's so watery plus add ice to that. The plantains is probably the best thing we ordered. The green bowl is okay with the mix of greens and grains however a small amount of sauce or dressing does not do. Very tiny amount of dressing given. About 2 quarter sizes. Vegan chili is not great. Not a fan of the spices used. read more

I made a to go order. The food was ready really fast. I ordered a vegan burrito. It was nice to be able to order a meal and know that it is 100% vegan. Next time will will ask them to hold the big chunk a of carrots. Also, the cilantro was stuffed on one side of the burrito I had to pull it out as a mouth full of cilantro is not pleasing to the palate. I would have liked the item in the burrito to mix better as I also had a mouthful of another item I donor know what it was but it was bunched together (greens maybe). Thinking about this I will not order again. I have heard nothing but great reviews so I will try something else the next time. The other flavors that were blended tasted good and the burrito was filling. read more

I've been going to Chinollo for a while and I must say that their food never disappoints! The place is neat and clean and most of the time the staff is friendly and attentive. There was only a couple of times where I went in and the person at the front was more engaged on their phone than running the front register and one other incident where a dime was found in my brother's order. It was called in and reported and whoever answered the phone was shocked (as he was as well) which was understandable but the tone implied disbelief like it was made up. Nonetheless, Chinollo prepared a new order as they should have but what made the incident a top-tier handling by management was the owner called my sister because she placed the order and apologize an provided a gift card for future use! Super popular with local workers and worthy of the praise. It's fairly new and already bursting at the seams. Hopefully it will get a chance to expand in the future. The food is top notch and there are interesting drink selections as well. It's a little pricey for its location and niche, but I think that it's worth it. read more
