I thought i was getting a healthy size combination rice. I had 4 shrimp on top to make me think this. So disappointed. Chicken wings were terrible. $16 wasted.. I normally don't eat Chinese food. I have had bad experiences. This is yet another disappointment. Seeing flip flops on his feet should have warned me not to expect much. One day I will learn. read more

Received a menu for China Wok in the mail and decided to try it for take out. We ordered sesame chicken, chicken with broccoli, chicken lo mein and two egg rolls. They offer different sizes (small or large) for most entrees which is nice. It was ready for pick up in about 15 minutes and packaged neatly upon our arrival. The food, however, was nothing special. The breaded chicken tasted like it had been prepared in the morning and sat out all day. The chicken lo mein was soggy and lacked flavor. The egg roll had a nice crunch, but was lost amongst the mediocrity of the rest of the food. Glad we tried it, but don't think we'll get it again -- could've been better. read more

I have been ordering take-out for two years now and am never disappointed. They always tell me when I can pick it up and it is always ready when I arrive and plenty hot when I get home. I don't mind the ten minute drive for pick-up, don't have to pay for delivery and I get 5% discount when I pay cash. My order today was shrimp egg foo yong, a large wonton soup chock full of wontons, and an order of the best crab rangoon anywhere. It cost $20. 56 with my discount. The deliver was quick but didn't follow directions to leave at door and the food is so full of grease. I got shrimp toast and there was a bed of grease floating at the bottom of the little bag they packaged it in. I've heard the food. I'll try again if there are steamed options. read more

This is my FAVORITE Chinese food delivery! I LOVE that they have their own delivery service rather than using doordash or Uber Eats (because those are so expensive). Delivery is extremely cheap and it is pretty much the classic guilty pleasure Chinese food that I enjoy! Food usually arrives in about 20-25 minutes and is always very hot! My favorite dish is the Beef Lo Mein! The small size is enough to fill me up, but if I get the large I can split it with someone, or save half for later! I also love that they offer a "side" of fortune cookies (it comes with 6 fortune cookies!) for only $1.00! My entire meal is usually under $10.00 WITH the delivery fee! read more

Today was my first time ordering food from this restaurant. I received a flyer in my mailbox so I thought I would give it a try..Upon entering the restaurant I notice how unappealing this place looked. The chef seemed to be working very hard. He took the order and the money, was also busy working with receipts, and answering phone . His co-worker had a cough and was not wearing a mask, and did not cover her mouth. She did put on gloves after coughing and began to prepare orders.No hand washing.. The chef/ cook proceeded to prepare the order no hand washing, used his bare hands to put the food on the grill/wok? I was afraid to eat the food after having paid for it. Plus I did not want to be rude. I brought it home and put in garbage disposal. I will not go back to this business.Cooking area did not look sanitary.In fact, the entire place left a lot to be desired. read more

I've been coming here for 20 years, obviously they're under new management and been getting my orders wrong for the past 2+ years. Delivery: I've waited over an hour and the food arrived cold. Honesty: Don't ask them how long or where is your food regarding delivery because they will lie. What happen to customer service? All I want is timely service and my food hot. My average order is $40 - $60, so here is my recent experience. Talking about getting the order wrong. No ten minute(s) here. Had to wait long time for my food. I placed my order online with simple instructions. And they got it all wrong. Glad I checked before I paid but they were offended when I asked them to read the order. There was a lady working with her child and she thought it was a smart thing to do to wave me goodbye with "both hands" as if I was rude no booboo I was clear of my expectations. They cycle people through this location like no tomorrow. How about a little respect and customer service. It's ok to get the order wrong but recover with style. read more

Good lunch menu and the only Chinese delivery that has Bourbon Chicken as a Lunch Special in our area. I have ordered from there twice in the last two months. The delivery was fast and the food was still hot when it arrived. They only require a $10 minimum order for delivery. read more

A great customer service experience when ordering over the phone saves this review from a tumble down to a single star. We just moved from Fairborn and had no idea how spoiled we were with Dragon City on Dayton-Yellow Springs. Unfortunately the food quality and flavors are everything I fear when ordering Chinese food from a restaurant for the first time. The lo mein was stringy, mushy and extremely salty. The dumplings weren't all that bad except the dough was thin and overcooked so they just fell apart. Sad to say I'll have to look elsewhere for Chinese delivery in Centerville. read more

Has been a good place for takeout/delivery in the past, but called tonight and placed an order. Wasn't given an estimated delivery time. Waited an hour (it's never taken more than 30 minutes to get it) before I called and got now answer. Waited another 20 minutes and called again, still no answer. Figured it wasn't coming and made our own sandwiches, sat down and started eating them, and the guy shows up with our food. No excuse or explanation why it's so late. WOW! We order from here 2-4 times monthly. Recently I called to place a delivery order for 10 people, I was placed on "hold" but could hear another order being taken. While on "hold" I heard the employee reading the customers ENTIRE credit card number, security code, and expiration date out loud....had I wanted to I could have written this information down, this was very concerning to me! I was told the wait for delivery would be a maximum of 45 minutes, after waiting 55 minutes I called to see where my food was. I spoke to Nancy who refused to offer a simple apology let alone a discount on my food, she said "we leave now with your food" after asking how she was going to make this right she said "we cancel your order if you wait to long" to which I said "no, I want my food but a nice apology or a discount on my order would be much appreciated" to which she refused a discount or apology and hung up. 10 minutes later (a total of 20 minutes after the time I was told it would take to receive my food) the delivery boy arrived, he was rude, as soon as he got out of his car spouting off how he hardly doubted that I was told 45 minutes and how dare I speak to "Nancy" the way I did on the phone when I asked for a discount or apology. I signed for the credit card and reminded him his tip would now be nothing and my business would be no longer. As he walked to his car he continued to state rude comments about me and my order and how I called "Nancy" as I walked back into my house. I didn't expect to receive my order at no cost, in fact I would have been more than FINE with a simple "I'm sorry" but the rudeness of Nancy and the delivery driver has forced me to take my business elsewhere.
