This is for the time my bf and I've experienced 3 months ago. Their food tastes a lot better than most Chinese joints in town-- I'll give them that, however their customer service could really use some better training--or better workers. My bf and I weren't greeted when we walked in, the lady who took our order didn't say anything to us when she came to take our order-- she just stood there and stared at us with a snobby look on her face, and what pissed us off the most was the fact that she started walking away while we were still giving her our order and just mumbled "mhm-mhm." The food is good. The people who answer the phone don't speak good English and that is a problem. You have to repeat yourself several times, and when you pick up your order some items are missing but you have paid for them. If you have a restaurant in a foreign country you should hire someone of that country to take the orders. Does that make sense? We do go there often because the food is good. read more

Got takeout. No taste, small portions, not hot. The Kung Pao chicken should be called a vegetarian dish as it was mainly zucchini and peanuts, no chicken and no Pao, only a Poof. Will not be going back. read more

I give it 3 stars because in all honesty, yes, their food can be better. But their chow mein and thai tea is really good. I've had their magnolian beef, orange chicken, beef broccoli and honey walnut shrimp here and all were good/acceptable. Although I have had better. I really like this place because they are super nice and clean. Not to mention, they do deliver and pick ups. I was very disappointed with the service today 12/28/19 @4:10 pm. I went to pick up an order of Hongkong style Chow Mein and Sesame Chicken but when I got there, they made a House style Chow mein. My son ordered over the phone and he said the person that took the order keep on saying "House Chow Mein". My son corrected several times that he wanted the Hongkong style. I asked politely if they can change it but she said no because it's already made. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, the girl in the cashier gave me an attitude. She rolled her eyes on me and she was totally ignoring me. She was talking to the other staff in Chinese while I was talking to her. Very rude!! No customer service at all. I originally gave this place 5 stars. I was in love with this place when it first opened. I called yesterday to place a delivery order. The lady put me on hold and I could hear her taking orders of other customers, this didn't really bother me but then she hung up on me. I called back and she immediately placed me on hold again. A few minutes pass where I continue to hear her take the orders of other customers. She gets on the line and asks "delivery or pick up" I tell her delivery and give her the address (which is inside the 4 mile delivery radius). She then tells me that it's going to be an hour delivery time. I was ok with this. So I start to order and she goes "actually we aren't delivering, you better come and get it yourself" at that point I had had enough and I hung up before I said something rude. read more

This restaurant should be closed down. I ordered some takeout and I got so sick 10 minutes after eating, when I mentioned it to some friends they all told me they got sick from the food there. Honestly very disappointed. The food came 2 hours after the guaranteed delivery time. Food was very OVERPRICED and it wasn't even good. By the time it got to us, it had gone cold. Personally the food lacked real flavor, it was very bland and boring food. It needed love!!! I'm kind of shocked by this restaurant only having 3 stars on yelp. I came in with my co-worker the other day and had the Hong Kong Style Chow Mein and she had the Shrimp Chow Fun. Both were completely amazing and very authentic! When we arrived the place was crowded and more people kept arriving. Had lots of noodles leftover and brought it home to my husband and kids. Food was pretty good. The waiter staff didn't seem to speak English very well which makes it hard to ask a question. The food is pretty good (except the fried rice)! We ordered 3 entrees (sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, and beef and broccoli), crab Rangoon's, and the chow mein. I asked for extra soy sauce (we've ordered here previously and they gave me one soy sauce and they keep them behind the counter so you can take them yourself) they gave me two... two sauces for all that food. After I asked for extra they only packed two. I asked when I actually picked my food up if there was extra in there and they said yes but I asked for a few more just in case... the guy handed me 1 packet. Seriously?? Very Disappointed!! Ordered dinner for pick-up last night. We spent about fifty dollars. While we were eating we all agreed that, on a scale of 1 to 10, dinner was MAYBE a 5. Flash forward to 4 am and all three of us were not feeling well at all. Stomach flu systems as I write this the next morning. Mid afternoon and all, but one, are on their breaks. (5 cooks/servers) they can't sit together, so they occupy 3 separate Booths. Then must speak loudly across the tables(in Chinese) to the delight of the "guests",which sounds like they're skinning a cat! I would have given more Stars, but that's just bad customer service. The food is okay, but their unwelcoming customer service did it for me. I have already worked my full shift somewhere else and didn't feel like driving all over town to eat somewhere else. But this really is a major turn-off for me. Don't think I'll be back. I also noticed that once they were done eating, not a single washed their hands. I am always looking for an inexpensive place that delivers. I have found one now. Full time worker and single mom so that I always dread dinner time. Too exhausted to go out and pick stuff up and some nights i just don't want to cook. Well I took a chance and I am not disappointed. The delivery is awesome especially since I am getting sick and really wanted soup for dinner but the kids wanted more. I ordered online and Not only did the prices shock me but my delivery fee was 2 dollars. I got enough food for 2 with left overs for $21. The food was fresh hot and delicious and the delivery was quick. My soup I ordered could feed multiple people and was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It made my night. read more

Tonight we gave China One another shot and they sure did deliver (literally). The house fried rice and chow main were delicious, bold flavors and shrimp were cooked perfectly (this is important to me bc I feel at some places they will over cook your shrimp, giving you gross and chewing seafood). The orange chicken was great, all white meat with just the right amount of sauce. We also ordered the fried chicken wings and they were probably some of the best I've ever had. Portions were huge, tons for tomorrow's lunch and possible dinner again. If you want good Chinese food, for a good price AND want it delivered... order now! read more
