    Fortune cookie

I've been to China Cafe several times and I love it. The food is excellent, my favorites plates are the sesame chicken and the sweet and sour chicken from the combinations menu, which comes with fried rice, a spring roll and 1 chicken wing and a fortune cookie. Everytime I'm there no one else is... so ambience it's very quiet, but it's also a very busy restaurant cause there are a lot of people coming to get online orders. The cashier is always very nice and polite. I highly recommend this place!

Sweet and sour chicken with white rice. Sauce on the side.

Delicious food, prompt and polite service. The pork fried rice was tasty and the fried chicken was tasty and crispy. The sweet and white chicken was also really delicious and the white rice was light and fluffy. We will be back for sure. Very easy to order through their website online and pick up in store.

Kung pao chicken had large vegetable pieces and not substantial amounts of chicken. No peanuts in the dish which is odd, when several area Chinese restaurants have peanuts in their kung pao. The fried rice had no hardly any veggies like peas or carrots. Mostly rice and bits of chicken. Serviceable but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I had a hankering for some Chinese food and ordered take out here. I went with the vegetable lo mein and some hot and sour soup. The hot and sour soup was okay. Not bad. However, the vegetable lo mein was very over cooked and just not up to par at all. I was very disappointed in the dish and ended up throwing it out. Apparently they have a lunch buffet here during the week. Also, waiting for my food in the dining room was like torture. I haven't seen a place so badly in need of an update/remodel/throw the whole place away. I mean, you got wallpaper from who-knows-when peeling off, it's dark and dank, and it was stifling hot in there. Just old, dilapidated booths and carpet and I was ret ta go!!! I can't go back. Goodbye. Forever.

Jumbo fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice. This rice use to be soon bomb! Today it wasn't.

Stopped in today for my usual shrimp fried rice spicy. I also ordered the fried jumbo shrimp. I was given tarter sauce with the shrimp. Today my rice didn't taste as fresh, it looked good but the delicious taste I'm use to wasn't there. I asked for cocktail sauce explaining that it was a red sauce like ketchup. The waitress went inside the kitchen and came back with a younger guy who had a lil attitude when explaining all that they had was tarter, blue cheese, ranch or sweet and sour. I calmly said well that's OK. He just didn't seem happy about having to come out. He said it in a mean way. I know this is more of a takeout place but I sat and received table service I think that's what pissed them off too. The service wasn't as kind as other times. I felt rushed and they all seemed irritated. I also believe the picture taking of my food pissed them off. Makes me wonder what they are hiding. I won't be returning I use to really love this place.

    "Orange" Chicken

Ordered orange chicken and this restaurant literally sent up fried up chicken and thicken orange juice on the side. Sauce literally smelt and tastes like orange juice.

CHEAP. DELICIOUS. Fresh and tasty, doesn't taste like they used 2+ tbsp of msg in their stuff. I likey likey! I got: -Kung pao chicken: variety of vegetables including baby corn and this crispy vegetable, $8.75 -Mongolian beef: my favorite, sweet and savory beef slices mixed with crispy white noodles, $8.95 -Peking delight: should be renamed vegetarian's delight, broccoli and mushrooms and other veggies...all FRESH, $6.95 -FREE CHINESE DONUTS WITH MY ORDER???!? (typically $2.95) -Plain white rice with the order (comes with the main entrees?) I guess if you order a certain amount you get free stuff. Not sure if the free stuff changes every time, but our order was $25 ish and I got the donuts. Sweeeet!

The menu is HUGE and has fusion from all countries so it's easy to find something for everyone. I got an ube coconut drink and then my fiance and I shared the popcorn chicken, steak lomo saltado, and their garlic noodles with salmon. It didn't take too long for everything to come out and portion sizes were HUGE! I would have never been able to finish a plate by myself lol I think even the app itself would have filled me up. Everything was super flavorful and I would definitely recommend all three plates I tried. If I had to pick for my fav it would be the garlic noodles though. The shopping center is kinda wack but I'll definitely be back at the BEP corner!

The food on the other hand was good, just slightly expensive but it's a decent portion. An entree is definitely shareable between two people. I ordered the ribeye fried rice which comes to about $24 and a salted coffee for $7. Coffee was nice and strong-- not too sweet, while the food was perfectly seasoned in my opinion. Meat was tender and the fried rice was very garlicky which I enjoyed. My only complaint is that my fried egg was slightly burnt and I did not like the cilantro sauce the rice came with but it didn't ruin the experience completely. Overall not bad place to try and I'd like to come back to try their other menu items

The ambiance is really nice and the servers are very attentive and responsive for the most part. There was a time they told us that they would bring us more rice but they ended up not bringing it and there was a slight communication barrier but nothing too crazy. The food that we ordered was pretty good. It's not spectacular or particularly flavorful but it gets the job done when you're really hungry. The shrimp appetizer and the rice paper, the fried one, is delicious. The three flavors whole fish was okay. I feel like the fish needed its own flavor and it was slightly overfried but it was fine. The other guests enjoyed their meals. We all agreed that it got the job done but we wouldn't go out of our way to come back here

It started out on a promising note, busy at 2pm was interesting. They accommodated my request for pad woon sen and even brought me fish sauce and vinegar with jalapeño condiments. Even those could not add much flavor to the dish. My hubby's veggie fried Thai rice seemed to be cooked with pad Thai type of sauce. Inedible. Unfortunately, service was lackluster as well and no one checked back. We would have returned the dish given the opportunity. Service was friendly just inattentive and disorganized. The robot delivering to go orders was cute. Skip this place, eat at home.

I've never had anything like it. We ordered the sample platter and a bowl of the crispy chicken skin. It didn't come with sticky rice, so we ordered each person that as well. The sample platter was the way to go since I don't have much experience with this cuisine! However, I will say that the depth in the flavors was perfect. In my opinion, everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! I mean, imagine this: it was so good we ordered another one of the crispy chicken skins. But then we ended up ordering extra papaya salad as well. In short, the food was so good we needed more. I would come back here again, and I highly recommend it. If you are visiting the metro area of Atlanta, this restaurant is a MUST.
