I do like the 2-for-1 drink prices every day. When you're on a budget its nice to go to the bar and get few cheap drinks. We've been coming to this Chili's every now and then through the years. On Friday nights and weekends, there is usually at least a 15 minute wait made more painful by seeing tables that haven't been cleared. It just seems they are not able to catch up with the peak traffic. Each time the food has been good enough but the last time we went on Friday night, the food was just bad. We ordered the cheese fries with bacon, sirloin steak, and baby back ribs with house BBQ sauce. The fries were really dry to the point that they looked old. The steak was hard and the sauce on the ribs had a strong sour taste. I hate wasting food but it was just not worth bringing the leftovers home as they would just go in the trash. Our server was nice and friendly but there was a different person who brought out our drinks and food. This person seemed in a hurry and mostly just slammed things down on the table. When the fries were brought out, some of the white sauce spilled out onto the table when she dropped the dish down. We assured her it was fine and she just sped away. When the same person brought the entrees, she had no idea who ordered what and just attempted to place the dishes down randomly. It was also very cold in the restaurant. We didn't mention the temperature to the staff but this was an overall bad experience. We will not be returning. read more

My bride and I visited this location on Monday, June 3rd along with her sister and her husband. This marked the fourth visit by us to this restaurant since we only come when we are visiting in Vero Beach from St. Petersburg. We are HUGE fans of Chili's and this location CONTINUES to be one of the best we have experienced. This night was no exception to the great food and service that we have come to expect from Chili's. Our server was Chelsea who stated that she had just returned to the industry following a lengthy time away. Well, she had NOT forgotten how to provide QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. She needs to be training others. She was friendly, positive, articulate, accurate, timely and professional in all that she did for the four of us this night. I had the Mango Chicken; my bride had the margarita chicken and my bride's sister and husband had the 3 for $10. The food was EXTREMELY tasty, nice temperature, and correct portions. In other words - PERFECT!!! The night was a GREAT success - GREAT FOOD, SUPERB SERVICE, and PRICELESS COMPANY. I absolutely LOVE Chili's. read more

My wife and I have been visiting the Doral Chilis for quite some time and have always had pleasurable experiences there. The wait time no matter how busy is never that bad. The service has been excellent no matter which section, waiter/waitress we have gotten. The platters are always hot & fresh and the deserts are amazing. Not sure if there has been a owner or management change but the service has horrible over the last 6 months. My daughters and I would meet here every Friday for lunch or dinner depending n their work schedules but the restaurant has gone down hill fast and it's not good. The wait staff is rude and does not keep it a secret that if you want drink refills or more chips your bugging them. They roll their eyes, make comments and take forever to get your stuff. Food is cold when it gets to your table I would assume it's cause the wait staff is goofing around you can hear them if your seating by the kitchen entrance side. Chili's typically offer a friendly atmosphere and a diverse menu and the Vero Beach eatery fits the bill; a smiling welcome at the door, relatively attentive service and good food. Not surprising the wine selection is very limited. from a sustainability perspective I was disappointed to see a straw included in the cutlery set-up regardless of need. To get internet service one as to complete a detailed survey which is annoying and I ultimately abandoned that effort. Then, when presented my check electronically, I was again asked to complete a survey. LEAVE ME ALONE. I wish the staff interaction, which was easily and annoyingly overheard, was limited to business conversation but it seems there are lots of personal side comments. read more

If you are seated there and find out that Tom is your server, run, don't walk out. He is the laziest person I ever encounted. We asked 3 times for a glass of water and I asked for 2 Bowls of endless chips because we were 6 people never arrived. I guess the meaning of endless is different in this place. I tried to get another server to help but I was told that we had to wait for Tom who was no where to be found. I spoke to the manager who told me they were short handed because tomorrow was Thanksgiving and they gave people off. Why didn't they tell me this as I was entering? HORRIBLE customer service. Called ahead of time and asked if they accepted Apple Pay because that was only form of payment we had at the moment. Was told yes. Okay perfect. Ordered and walked to the restaurant and tried to pay. Didn't work. Was told by the lady who was working the to-go that "oh Apple Pay has been working in and out for months" I asked who I spoke to on the phone with to-go then and she said she didn't know. I asked can she find out, she said "well I don't know who it was" then I asked for her manager who did offer to put in manually the card number but unfortunately Apple Pay doesn't work that way. Then I went to look at a bag on the counter and the to-go lady spoke to me like I was a dog or a toddler and said "ooop don't touch that" in a super condescending tone and then took it away off the counter. Sure you're enforcing the rules of Covid but don't speak to me like that. So I went here in hopes of having one of their beautiful enchiladas. Different kinds of cheese, cascaded in chili. Steaming hot and ready for me to devour. But what did I get instead? Onions. I got onions on my enchilada. The tiny little chopped up invisible demons you don't know are there until you take a bite. They're horrid. I sent my enchilada back three. Times. Every single time it came back with onions despite that being specifically what I requested for them to take off. Now I love chili's, so you can only guess how heartbreaking this was for me. Just got home and we are stuffed to the gill! We had excellent service, excellent food, and the atmosphere was good. We ordered upon arriving, and I decided to change my order at the last minute. Our waiter Chris, changed it with no problem. He was very nice and if we go back, which we will in the very near future, we will request to have him wait on us. We got the triple dipper as an appetizer and quesadilla's as our main course, and had plenty to bring home as a second meal for later tonight. I never was a fan of Mexican food so I never thought of trying Chili's. Then I became one of a group of people who would go to dinner every Monday night at different restaurants in Vero Beach. One Monday, Chili's was the selection. I looked at the menu and to my surprise there were many items that sounded delicious to me! I tried the chicken fajita first. The next time around, I tried the Classic Sirloin which became my favorite. Now I am hooked on the half rack of baby-back ribs! I cannot go enough times to the Vero Beach Chili's. There are so many items on the menu that I love. The waitstaff now know all of us and what we usually drink. It feels like we're treated like family and our business is really appreciated. We have so many great restaurants in Vero Beach but now I'm one of your greatest fans! Keep up the good work! read more

Went July 2015. There was a wait and we were told to sit by the bar. The hostess forgot about us and we weren't seated until we approached her to ask why. The floor from the bar to our table in the restaurant was very wet and there was a puddle right next to my seat with a 'Careful' flag next to it, essentially making it difficult to get in and out of the booth. The floors remained very wet throughout our entire meal. The server was very nice, but forgot our soup, the guacamole and even the coffee! The kitchen door was open and the floor in there looked disgusting. The worst part was our server was sweeping all around the area (the non-wet areas) which is very unhygienic. Who wants to eat with floor dust in the air? Why wasn't the floor dried? The management of this Chilis should be ashamed. The only reason I am giving at 2 stars is because the food was really good. read more
