    Edamame Hummus

Came in for the UCF game and honestly wasn't expecting the food to smack this hard, but here we are. Curfew delivered. Started with the edamame hummus and it was wild in the best way. Smoky, creamy, and plated with carrot "petals" that looked cool, but definitely needed more of them because they hid a whole secret layer of hummus underneath. I ended up asking for extra bread like a responsible adult. No regrets. For my main I got the Curfew Bowl with chicken and it was legit perfect. The cilantro lime rice, the charred corn, the sweet plantains, the avocado sauce, the jalapeños... everything worked together. It's one of those dishes that's comforting but still light enough that you don't feel like you swallowed a bowling ball. Huge portion too. Service was great. My server was on point and even brought out a frosted bottle of water like I was dining in Valhalla. And shoutout to the five dollar beers today. A blessing. Solid spot for food, drinks, and watching a game. I'll definitely be back.

This is an interesting review because I came to this place for a birthday dinner. Really nice intimate spot and atmosphere. My drinks were amazing. And I ordered the southern smash burger and it was so delicious I didn't snap a picture. I would definitely come back here as a date night

While visiting family in Vero Beach we went to Curfew not once, but twice in a week, it's that good. We actually sat at the same table and had the same server twice, Sherrie. She is very attentive and friendly, ask for her. The menu offers so many great options. Being from NY and a fish lover I had the Pompano twice because I do not see this fish typically on NY menus, it's that good LOL. Everything we had was cooked perfectly, tender skirt steak and short ribs, Sacchettini (pasta) was amazing, burrata and beet salad delicious, I can go on and on. We had the key lime pie and bread pudding for dessert, so decadent and delicious. They have a great drink menu too, loved the cocktails. We also enjoyed the playlist, lots of songs from the 70's. Just a great vibe. We met the owner Tia, she was so lovely. If I lived in Vero Beach, Curfew would be a regular spot for me.

As noted in my last review a year ago, my first experience at Curfew when it opened was fantastic. On this visit, dinner was very good overall, with one exception: the fish was grilled on only one side, and the grill grate burned the fish in the process. It really overpowered the flavor of the fish. The biggest surprise of the evening came after dinner. A double Tito's cocktail on the rocks was priced at $20. After just five drinks, the cocktail total alone came to $100. We dine out at least twice a week and almost always sit at the bar, and I have never paid $20 for a Tito's cocktail. We left feeling discouraged, and unfortunately our only recourse is to not return. It's always puzzling when a restaurant tries to maximize profit on cocktails at the expense of customer goodwill and repeat business. That approach ultimately hurts the staff and the chef as much as the guests. We typically enjoy sitting at the bar for a few hours, socializing and supporting the establishment. This was a Friday night, yet the bar was empty aside from us--which may help explain why.

We had a large group of 13 for dinner. Our appetizers came out on time, but the main courses were served very sporadically. Some people were finishing their meals while others were just getting theirs, and one of our salads didn't arrive until the very end. We enjoyed the appetizers and the drinks were fun, but the entrée bowl (with options for fish or shrimp) wasn't good at all -- no one at our table liked it.

There's no place better than Curfew. I guarantee this is the best food in Vero Beach. We tried so many different things and everything was great. We went to their happy hour from 3-6. We ordered: Angel Hair Croquettes, Braised Beef Wontons, Smash Burger and Waffle Fries, and the Jerk Shrimp. Overall, I would give the food a 9.5. The sauce that comes with the Braised Beef Wontons is phenomenal. I started smashing the Wontons and the Croquettes together and it's literally the best thing I've eaten in a long time. Mike the bartender, made a a great cocktail. The whole vibe was very friendly and seems like a great spot day or night.

I loved Curfew! I came for a Sunday Funday to listen to DJ Louie G and I was so stoked the food was great and the drinks reasonably priced! There's an option for bottomless drinks, but I decided to do a mix of different things and loved the fully loaded bloody. The food was AWESOME. Type of awesome that I kept eating everything before taking pictures Great service! A bunch of us ended up dancing the afternoon away and it was so fun!

She lined up six different recommendations and every single one stood on its own. No filler pours, no "this one grows on you" nonsense. Vibe: About one block from the beach, this place is hidden on the main road. Nice and cozy, there was still plenty of seating and for our group. Locals and regulars kept stopping by to speak with the owner and check out the wines available (or say hello to her pup). You can tell this is definitely a great place to kick back and relax with a good glass of wine. Wine: There was a very good selection of wines available. Reds, whites, rose, and even a few beers, there was something for everyone. My wife and I had a glass of white wine from New Zealand. The wine was perfect. Service: We met Dana the owner and were extremely well taken care of! She was knowledgeable with the wines and extremely happy to with anyone who walked in. Overall this place was perfect for a quick glass of wine off of the beach or a laid back hangout with locals. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone give this place a try!

We arrived around 1:00 PM and happened to be the first people there, which was nice. The indoor ambiance is very casual. It's not really a place for large groups or gatherings, but it's great for a small group looking to grab a drink. Now for the service. Our server, who was also the bartender and chef, was incredibly accommodating, quick, and provided AMAZING service given the circumstances, so kudos to her. That said, she was the only person working in the entire establishment that day. While it was manageable when it was just our party, once more guests started coming in it was clearly overwhelming. She ultimately had to close the kitchen, which was understandable, but it happened before everyone in our group was able to order food. That left us in an awkward situation where we had to leave and go elsewhere so the rest of our party could eat. We still had a great time and enjoyed our drinks, and this is absolutely not a reflection on the server at all. This falls on management or ownership. Staffing only one employee the day after Christmas is something that really needs to be reevaluated. I genuinely felt bad for her.
