My stepmom wanted to come here after meeting a couple who had visited and were raving about their food and especially their clam chowder. It's a cute little place. Their chowder was very good. Their menu has a lot of different items. But not very many options if you are looking for traditional Irish food. Nice little restaurant. Definitely worth a try. read more

The service was great. The Shepards pie was delicious and would recommend. Pricing is a little high for the portions. Satisfied with my food. Would come back. read more

If you like deep fried foods and cold beer The owners of this place are retiring and selling to another Irish company so Good Luck! read more

I always liked the fish sandwhiches but since management has changed I've had 3 fish sandwiches. One was very good and 2 where not. Both were mushy and didn't taste right (not spoiled though). Almost like it is an inferior product. I would like to know what fish they use and where it comes from? I'll be back though and try one more before I make up my mind completely. read more

Fish and chips like being in. Britain burgers everything everybody was happy also don't let the outside looks stop you looks just like a British tavern inside read more

Very good food and service, price is excellent. Bar has plenty of seating and beer is kept very cold.

Came today for the first time while visiting. The bartender, Christine was awesome. We ordered the irish nachos. It was waffle fries, nachos cheese sauce, corned beef, and green onions. So great and highly recommended. read more

We just tried this restaurant for the first time . Fried clams are great!!!! Waitress Becky was so nice and a good waitress! Went back a second time and had fried clams again- LOVED IT! Can't wait to go back - nice atmosphere too! read more

Came tonight. Had Corned beef and all the trimmings. Was very tasty and tender. My husband had the cowboy chicken. We splurged and got a chocolate lava cake. Everything was very very good. Nice family atmosphere. We'll be back. read more

The day we went , the server/bartender was like a whirling dervish, she was able to deliver great service while being everywhere in the room . The only glitch was my medium burger wound up being well done when It arrived at our table, but I have to add. we were so hungry it didn't matter. I'm all about service , so for that reason, alone, we're going back to try more items . We are definitely going back and trying the Reuben sandwich, and cabbage wraps next time ... read more

Today, based on a rave review, I decided to try the fish and chips . I regret to report that it was one of the worst I have ever had. The fish had no seasoning. The batter was undercooked, wet and soggy. The fries were cold. I do give credit to the Cole slaw which was quite tasty! Definitely was not worth $16.00. read more

Good food reasonable prices. Service was great. Nice ambiance. Food came out very quickly. Good portions

The Best Burger in Sebastian! Service is excellent as well!! Fish and chips is great also.

Really wanted it to be good because of the location but the food is below average and the service is really slow. The waitress works hard bud they only employ one person to work all the tables and the bar. Tried it a few times and a few dishes have been ok but several have been pretty bad. Closes early too 8pm. read more

Very cute pub food was fresh and delicious! Our waitress was very friendly our family enjoyed it very much!

Very cute place, the food was good and the service was also very good!! Our waitress was super sweet and attentive - We will definitely be back!! read more

I will give JJ's 5 stars EVERY time. The staff is as caring and friendly as can be. They even have a Black and Tan ready for my dad even before he sits down and places his order. (I wonder if the Black and Tan could be changed to the name of CHARLIE plus Fish and Chips) just a thought. read more

This pub is xenophobic to me. It is Clichish & In my opinion the staff is very self absorbed and rude. I have ordered from here multiple times and became ill like violently ill. The owners are sketchy and appear to me to be purposefully unfriendly to people like me. For obvious reasons I will nevelishment ever . if you want a good meal Sandy's grill is polar opposite of this pub. I cannot believe this pub is still in business such a shitty restaur read more

Smithwick´s on tap is a great start. The owners are friendly. and the food is good, plentiful, and affordable. I usually get the NE clam chowder, and the cabbage wrap app which you eat like you would eat an eggroll--dip it in the spicy mustard first. I have had the fish and chips, and it is delicious and not greasily fried, but the portion is much too much food for me. He always has wings, extra crispy, garlic parm, and he always gobbles them up. Nice place to hang out and chat and watch what sports are on the tvs above the bar. read more

This is a hidden gem!!! Service was great and food was delicious.. the burgers are fresh and not frozen!!!!Will definitely be back

JJ's is worth a try for sure. I don't drink beer/wine and that's all they have (no liquor license), but the selection seems good (fiancé always happy). The food is good and the guy who is the bartender/owner is really nice and friendly! The wings are great, I always ask for crispy on my wings and burgers are good! I genuinely disagree with the review that said that the owner doesn't care and food has gone down. It must have just been an off day because the owner knows the importance of caring for customers when you are in a town with a lot of food competition. (I do not know him personally, can't even remember his name, but have had a few chats when in there and that's what I have gathered from him). Give JJ's a try! It's definitely worth it!! read more

My 2nd time here. Great meal as usual. My Hubby's 1st visit. We will be visiting this pub frequently. I had corned beef with all the fixins & Hubby had fish & chips. We also had draft beer & dessert (which we never have). All was good. Love the atmosphere. No smoking, and can carry on a conversation with other patrons without having to scream over music like you do at the Inlet restaurants. Family restaurant & mostly mature patrons. Couldn't ask for a better bartender/waitress. Ignore any bad reviews here, the childish crowd prefers other places to act a fool at. One of the cleanest restaurants in Sebastian. Love, love, love this place. read more

Live nearby and go there for take-out. Fabulous fish and chips, real flaky, thick cod, and fresh! Better than Mulligans or Captain Hirams ! Whole body clams are outstanding but obviously expensive ! Almost twice what we pay back home in R I ! But real Ipswich clams ! Great burgers or chicken ! Never had a bad meal ! read more

I asked for a rare burger and it was but the cheese wasn't melted and the oil was old so the fried appetizers and fries didn't taste good.

It's a small Pub. Very clean and good food. A good place to eat in the Sebastian area. The owner/bartender needs to get a personality, not really a "Cheers" atmosphere... read more

This place has great burgers, lots of TV's, friendly people working. The whole body clams are too spicy for my taste, it's bar food so they may be compensating for drinkers loss of taste buds, most beer drinkers I know like spicy food so I'm not surprised. I will go back for the burgers but will ask about the batter before I try the clams again. read more
