This was our first visit to this restaurant. Drove down from Melbourne Beach with a reservation for 2 at 7pm. Arrived a few minutes early to a busy, packed dirt/ gravel parking lot with roadside only (it too is gravel/ dirt) parking available. Walked inside the main building through a very loud and crowded entry, with servers and customers blocking the way. We were promptly greeted and the young man behind the counter/ front desk started scanning the room for a table. After some 5 minutes of waiting and him walking away and back again, the greeter said "they're cleaning a table and it will be a few minutes". We watched the table he referred to get cleaned and then occupied by some folks from the bar. We waited another 15 minutes or so and were seated close to the kitchen doors - where busy servers constantly whirled around us on both sides of our table for two. Very distracting. Our server arrived soon after and took drink and appetizer orders- my date's $15.00 jalapeno margarita was good and the red dragon sushi roll was excellent. We next had a bland green papaya salad -basically carrot and papaya with fish sauce and peanuts. No spice, cilantro or basil, it had no tartness of lime, nothing. Our entree-which we split-was the crispy snapper -very good and served with red curry and "thai sauce" on the side. Although very nice, we thought the $59.00 price was a bit over the top. Interestingly, the fish was filleted, sliced in to pieces and tempura fried. The throat of the snapper was there still attached the the fish, not presented as part of the meal.... Table next to us had a pizza that looked limp as a wet rag. Not appealing. We had to hail our server several times for basics: initially no set up- fork, knife.....appetizer delivered without plates, entree delivered without the two sauces we ordered. All in, a disappointing visit for our 30th Anniversary date. Cons: Paper napkins( in a place that serves a $60.00 snapper and $150.00 steaks!) Over priced for average service offered LOUD Restrooms in another building across the parking lot Unstable and unpaved parking and walking surfaces Inconsistent service LITERALLY Walmart quality wine list- okay a Caymus Cabernet was on there, but the rest of the wine selection was not commensurate with the quality of beef presented. What a wonderful new dining venue. Former organic farm stand turned farm-to-table restaurant, Farm & Flame is a welcome addition to Vero Beach. Outside seating features a covered lanai and a roaring fireplace; inside there's a beautifully lit bar and plenty of space to accommodate many people. Service is friendly and professional. Although pricey, the portions are large so order accordingly. I enjoyed the ceviche and a sushi roll. Both outstanding. Never did I think that I would get such amazing, incredible food in Sebastian FL. First of all, the farm to table concept taking over an actual working farm is amazing to begin with, but then the actual restaurant is so lovely and well done that it makes it even better than expected. We had the bread service, calamari, and Thai wings as an appetizer. The bread service is AMAZING and absolutely worth paying extra for. You get a heaping basket of freshly grilled bread, and we chose to do both the marrow butter AND the Chimichurri and they were both excellent. The calamari and wings were good, and would probably order again, but I'd rather try one of the other amazing-sounding apps instead. For my main course I got Pad See Ew which is my favorite Thai dish ever. I was certainly not expecting to have delicious Thai food tonight but this truly knocked it out of the park. My party got spicy pepperoni pizza, sushi, and the salmon sandwich and all of those were also FANTASTIC. The best part about this spot is that you could come a dozen times and still try something new and DELICIOUS every time. Rarely does a restaurant manage to pull off insane wood fired pizza with fresh, generous helpings of sushi. The cherry on top was our server Andrew! He was beyond friendly and did such a fantastic job with everything. He was extremely attentive and made an already good dinner experience even better. Went here with fairly large group and had a wonderful dinner. It's a very eclectic mix of food. I had an amazing steak that was perfectly done in a beautiful atmosphere. Our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the food. We got the bread service-they bake their own and grill it which is different, but tasty. I think there are two critical things they don't quite get right. Food timing is *really* off which leads you to sitting with your plate of food getting cold while people you're with are still waiting on theirs (for as much as 10 minutes!). Which when you're talking about a $60 steak you're missing those first few impressions at the perfect temp. Aditionallaper napkins. I mean, come on... it's hard for people to see you as a serious culinary experience and give them a paper napkin. read more

Pretty good, but maybe not as good as the Panang. Pro tip - if you get the Salmon, get the curry on the side. We came in at 4:30 for an early dinner, it wasn't busy but it was noisy. It became even louder as more diners arrived. Perhaps the outdoor seating would have been better. The menu has quite the variety, from steak and seafood to sushi and thai and pizza too. We had Kao Soy and Pad Thai, both were flavorful, however the chicken in both dishes was bland. I ordered spicy level 3 out of 5, sadly it wasn't spicy at all. We also had a cocktail, it was good. Service was attentive. I like the natural lighting from the big windows. Finally! We had a girls lunch today and is place itself is spot on. Simple yet elegant and farmhouse wrapped in a perfect bow. We started with Fig preserve, Brie and apple flat bread. Which was perfect for 4 as an appetizer. It would also make a great dessert. 3 of us had the TomYum soup . The complexity of flavors was over the top: spicy, sweet and citrusy. I had it medium heat and my friends had mild. ( It was a small size bowl for lunch) . The other had the Tuna/tempura Shrimp sushi roll.... I first tried Farm & Flame July 2026 for a birthday. After preordering a birthday cake and coordinating with the manager plans did not go as hoped. Our cake never arrived, and my plans were sadly ruined. Last night we attempted to try again with a 7pm reservation. Arriving at 7pm we were told there are 8 reservations waiting in front of us. When questioning if it's pointless to make a reservation the hostess confirmed it makes no difference with seating. We drove 30 minutes to a non-existing reservation to drive 30 minutes back home. Sadly to say we will not be returning to Farm & Flame or their original location Mai Thai in Vero Beach. read more

The setting is so beautiful with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors all around. Views of the gardens make for a relaxing dining experience. I have been to this restaurant 4 times. I always order a Thai dish. Each dish has been delicious. Very fresh and seasoned perfectly. I can't wait for the cooler weather to arrive when dining outside by the fireplace will be a nice experience. This fusion steak/sushi/thai restaurant has to be seen to be believed. It sounds impossible, but it's actually phenomenal. Wife had picanha steak, we've never had this cut before and it was so tasty. My pad see ew was very good. We ordered the tempura fried smoked salmon roll which sounded terrific on the menu; it was very good but for me the tempura frying made it a touch too rich. Still very good though! Service was great and friendly. Everything is made fresh scratch to order, so it takes some time and they do warn you. 30-40 minutes isn't unusual waiting for the entree... so have a drink and an app! The setting is unexpected. It's off a side road in Sebastian so you don't expect much. Pass the smoke pit and pizza oven as you pull up to cute red farm buildings. Inside is very comfortable oceanside decor with a great bar, and the outdoor seating is in an enclosure to minimize the wild life. We had a great time and will definitely come again. read more

This restaurant location is gorgeous -hidden off the main roads on a family farm with multiple buildings on the property housing separate areas of the restaurant, bathrooms, open flamed fire pits cooking your fresh food to order and a store . There is both indoor and outdoor areas to dine one is screened in . Kaycie , our server , was great and all of our meals were plated beautifully for the 14 of us! We all enjoyed a variety of sangrias and martinis to start followed by delicious thai soups and salads . Things were a bit chaotic due to it being newly open and busy but everything worked out. I will return to try more things but i thoroughly enjoyed the papaya salad and cashew chicken stir fry. Great new place with familiar local thai chef influences ! read more

The place feels like you are in a Winery in Napa. Beautiful concept with Beautiful decor and Ambiance. Service was amazing and food was just Outstanding. Sorry didn't do pics for Ceviche which is a Must and Calamari was also fantastic. Thai Fish was just perfection and Wagyu Picahna was delicious and perfectly executed. We had high hopes for Farm to Flame, but the experience fell short of expectations. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation (while another table of 4 walked in after us and was seated before us), which set the tone for the rest of the evening. Service was not where it needs to be. We later found out later our server was a trainee who had not been properly trained, and unfortunately it showed. The pacing of the meal was particularly frustrating; one of our appetizers didn't arrive until after half the table had already been served their entrees, and some had even finished eating before others received their meals. While I understand the "food comes out when it's ready" approach, this was far beyond reasonable and made for a very disjointed dining experience. As for the food, it was inconsistent. The steak was frankly inedible--cut incorrectly and especially disappointing given the high price--and the sushi was mostly rice with very little substance. On the positive side, the whole snapper was excellent, and the coconut cake was a standout to end the meal. There's clearly potential here, but the execution needs attention. We sat in their lanai, where we enjoyed low lighting in a comfortable setting. The menu includes varied offerings such as prime steaks and seafood as well as tasty Thai dishes.
