It seems they change the menu monthly or so. So that is cool. This visit's coolness included some bread with butter. Odd you have to pay for that, but good for the price. I was a little put off by being charged, but at least it was good. Some of us had the Quattro Formaggio Fettucine with chicken. Delish. Like lick the bowl delish. I had the tacos. So good. Hard to beat this modern local spot. Service was attentive and friendly, helpful explaining the menu items. Monthly menu adjustments likely keep things interesting for local guests. The food was prepared quickly, came out hot and fresh, and was full of flavor. The only thing keeping this from a review is that I found the menu somewhat limited (one steak option, no burger, one seafood entree option). I started with the Baja Enchilada Soup and honestly, I should have ordered the bowl instead of the cup because it was that good. Creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. For the main course, I went with the Tri-Color Tortellini and added chicken. The homemade Alfredo sauce was the star, rich and silky and exactly what you want when you order pasta. Broccoli and mushrooms mixed in gave it that perfect balance, and the parmesan sealed the deal. Halfway through the plate I swear I heard an Italian nona in my head telling me to "mangia, you sad boy" in my ear. To finish, I had the Raspberry Donut Cheesecake. Let's just say I had to stop myself from diving headfirst into it. Sweet, tangy, and decadent without being too heavy. Even the beer pairing hit right, with the Nuthouse Coffee Porter from Hop Life Brewing. Smooth and roasty, perfect alongside the meal. The menu items and reading about their awards online on their website depicts and very distinct picture from when you walk into the establishment. There is definitely a disconnect from their marketing to their restaurant style/quality etc. It is not fine dining or even nice dining, very mediocre and plain. Stopped by for dinner recently on a trip to Vero Beach after seeing so many positive reviews. First, the good news: very easy to find parking and the restaurant is clean and extremely friendly. Service was efficient and courteous. I ordered chicken breast with Thai chili seasoning which came with "revolution rice" and some house veggies, mostly squash. The chicken breast was inoffensive but in no way was grilled. The "Thai chili seasoning" was exactly the same as one that I buy premade at Publix. My dining partner had chicken Barcelona, a chicken breast with goat cheese, and cream sauce. He stated that while it was fresh, it was also relatively tasteless. The Revolution Rice is rice cooked in beef broth and chicken broth. The star of the dinner was the Reeses Chocolate cake. In all, a mixed bag. Take note that this restaurant's choices are seasonal so they change the menu fairly often. read more

Great fresh food made to order. The queso, salsa and chips were delicious, better than any mexican restaurant we've been to in Vero! Salsa is prepared fresh daily. I had the Mediterranean Flatbread without the chicken, but took the chicken home as leftovers for the family. It was piled with artichokes, great quality kalamata olives, etc. The chesses with the pesto sauce and drizzle were a delicious combination! My son enjoyed the leftover chicken. Hubby had the Granny's Pot Roast. He was impressed with how lean the meat was and that he could cut it with his fork. The loaded mashed potatoes looked phenomenal. In addition to the food being delicious, the staff was wonderful. We had three different waitstaff checking on us throughout our meal. We watched them open doors for people coming in and leaving the restaurant. The restaurant also has a popular meal planning service. They rotate their menu monthly. Meh. The food wasn't memorable and the portions are small. I had the mahi tacos. They were good but tiny---appetizer sized. The ambiance is like sitting in a storefront diner and there was ... not kidding ... a homeless woman sitting across from us and she was coughing and sneezing the entire time we were there. While I feel for the homeless, I cannot understand why the staff allowed her to stay. The entire experience was a turn off. Award winner? I don't think so. read more

Typically, I choose the restaurant, but for Valentine's Day, my husband decided based on the reviews he read. As we drove there, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some mixed feedback. There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Upon arrival, the restaurant was only about half full. We decided to try the prime rib and the BBQ salmon. My husband enjoyed his salmon, as for the prime rib the meat was tough. I shared a piece of the prime rib with my husband, he found it to be quite tough as well. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes, which had received rave reviews, were overcooked and gluey. Overall, it wasn't the enjoyable dinner we had hoped for. On a positive note, the prices were reasonable, although there was a 4% fee for using a credit card. The service was good. It was nice to see some regulars dining there, so perhaps they know what dishes to order. read more

This was our first time in and we were excited. We perused the online menu beforehand. We were greeted warmly and offered choices of where to sit. Once seated she brought us water and asked if we wanted something else to drink. Got a sample of the Sam Adams for my wife but she stayed with her go to Yuengling. We ordered the Vero Salad and the Garlic Veggie Swirl with grilled chicken. Salad came out first per our request. It was amazing! Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, candied walnuts. We got the large and it fed us lite eaters perfectly. The GVS was piping hot and smelled amazing! Peas, pencil asparagus, red, yellow and green "cherry" tomatoes. This place has a cute bar with TVs that's tucked around the corner of tables .The food was pretty impressive overall. The portions are small and my soup was pretty salty for soup but delicious flavor -Mushroom Brie-very hard to find but anytime I do I'm getting it!! We returned a few days later and grabbed a few to go meals prepared in the fridge because the night we ate there they were sold out of the short ribs - they are good too but very fatty for short ribs and not much meat on them . The service is ok , decor and location good but the tables and chairs are a bit uncomfortable .Overall I would return to try more foods. I overheard the chef say they cooked all meals to order to another customer that came in while we were eating. Check it out for dining in or grabbing meals to go but they sell out quick! read more

Have been here 4 times in the past three months and have loved all the food. The menu changes every month with a few staying the same. Was very excited to go last night so we could try the beef Wellington. It was delicious. Love the staff always very helpful with the items on the menu. Casual, warm and friendly service as it is a family-owned restaurant with a cool modern vibe is definitely worth a try! The cajun pasta with shrimp ($19) and the triple terriyaki ($17) farm fresh veggies with chicken and brown rice were both delicious.. as was the copper beer on draft. The portion size, quality of food and type of food were perfectly in line with the price. Not too much food and price was fair as well. Many beer options on tap if you're into tasty beer selections. Located across from the heritage center of Vero attached to a nice shaded park. There is bar seating as well as table seating. We heard Dinner Rev moved to a more convenient location in downtown Vero Beach. We decided to try it after many recommendations. Dinner Revolution is in a spot that was a restaurant that went out of business. The interior is a relatively small and partitioned simple dining area with an added L-shaped counter and barstools. It is clean and not overstated. We went right to the entrees off the menu- a menu that is fixed through the month. My wife enjoyed her Southwest Bowl ($15), tortilla strips, sour cream with onions, peppers, pinto beans and corn over rice and your choice of protein (chicken was $4). A citrus chipotle drizzle was a great addition. The entree was very tasty and each ingredient complimented the others. I'm glad I didn't recant my decision to order the sesame salmon ($24). Expertly cooked and prepared over fresh sautéed spinach leaves that had a hint of garlic, olive oil and kosher salt. At the bottom was a bed of moist "rev rice". The entree was delicious,and crowned with a perfect dollop of honey butter. Lemon bars ($8) were one of a few other desserts we passed on. This restaurant's greatest asset was their friendly and helpful server and the co-owner. Genuinely cared that we were enjoying our visit. We will most certainly return. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch on Sunday. It is apparently a new location for this restaurant in down town Vero. I thought it was well appointed, spotless, modern and cool. We were immediately seated offered swayed and menus. Our sweet waitress took orders efficiently. The comprehensive menu had creative offerings. I had the a pasta Alfredo w sun dried tomatoes that was outstanding. She had mac and cheese w mahi but she said it was subpar. "The fish had a strong taste and smell as if it'd been frozen, and the mac and cheese didn't compare to what you would get out of a box." In spite of her entree I'd recommend here and will be interested to hear reviews of the other menu offerings, like the beef Wellington. read more

We really wanted this restaurant to be excellent. Great location, right by The Heritage Center. The Menu needs a rework. We ordered the Roasted Corn Chowder, which was very tasty. Bread and butter appetizer was so-so. Skip the Mahi Tacos were dry and cold, rice was ok, and the salsa was uninspiring. Interior decor was ok, nothing fancy.
