We hesitated when we walked in because the last time we ate here it was not good. We should have trusted our gut. When we walked in, it smelled musty. We sat near the kitchen. We order the appetizer, skillet queso, which was delicious and salty. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese, and corn. The Mac and cheese was clearly Kraft Mac and cheese, and the corn was not good. My son ordered cheese quesadilla and French fries. It was adequate. I ordered a triple appetizer and a salad. The burgers were not cooked and the rest was soso. The service was by Ivan, he was good. We hadn't been to Chili's in almost a year. I was expecting a decent chain restaurant meal that usually doesn't disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised that they had changed their menu. Everything tastes fresh, the service was great and they even added some technology to make the experience go smoother. With the introduction of Ziosk, a tablet based interface at every table, the hassle of waiting for stuff is eliminated. You can order dessert right from the tablet and pay for your bill right there! So disappointed with this place only had 1 guy serving tables and took 2hrs for us to be served our food and over 20minutes to be greeted at our table. When we got our food it wasn't even hot just warm completely not work the wait. I felt bad for the guy running and serving every single table while others just stood around or were completely oblivious. We will not be visiting again! read more

I went to Chili's with a few friends on a Wednesday night. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. It was reasonably full, but there was no wait for us to be seated. All of the food was very affordable. I ordered the chipotle chicken Tex Mex bowl. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but took just long enough that I wish we had ordered an appetizer. The staff was very attentive about filling our drinks whenever we were running low. The atmosphere was light and loud enough that it wasn't awkward, but quiet enough that holding a conversation at the table was easy. Overall, a good experience all around. read more

This Chili's fails on every level. Had to waiy 30 minutes for my order to be messed up and then was srved cold food. The useles manager didn't even attempt to apologize. We will never return nd tell everyone we know how terriblke it is. read more

I gave this two stars because the waiter was good and attentive but that's where it ended for a weds this place at lunch time was nearly deserted I mean i can see it was 3 we ordered a triple sampler of boneless wings egg rolls and cheese bites as they call them the wings were supposed to be mild but were extremely spicy the whole platter looked like it was prepared hours ago and reheated lunch specials stay away from their version of chili it looked and tasted like dried out taco meat they hid under cheese it was inedible now I know your not expecting gourmet here but they used to actually be good I have had my last lunch here for 40 bucks plus tip you can do better read more

I order the bacon burger no cheese and no onion medium rare. As it comes out it is well done has onions on it and I find cheese on the edges left over from the cheese the took off, mind you I told them I have an allergy to cheese. And to top it off the GM Phil was on never once came over to see what happen. My guess is because he spent his time behind the bar joking around with the staff I guess he doesn't care about customer service. read more

This restaurant has everything you could ask for from the perspective of a "family night out." A comfortable atmosphere throughout is aided by the stylish, yet unassuming booths and high-top chairs, and the playlist will have you reminiscing about your glory days (possibly literally, as the song "Glory Days" by Bruce Springsteen is on the playlist). The service is fantastic and professional--both welcoming and prompt to serve the customer. However, the true highlight of our trip was the food. The California Club looked fantastic, while my double order of Kraft Mac N' Cheese and fries was quite literally some of the best I've ever had. My only complaint (albeit a small one), the bottomless chips and salsa certainly did have a bottom, and it was after two servings. Still, an easy 5 stars. read more

Great food at a great price. Service is fast, food is served at the right temperature. Whether you like spicy or mild food it can be found here. Can even have your order modified to your liking. Atmosphere is casual. Not too loud. Bartenders make great drinks and have nice cold beer. Two 4 one is nothing to walk away from either. read more

We arrived at 5pm on Sunday 3/12. We were seated promptly, the waitress was there within minutes pouring water, and was ready to take our orders within 5 minutes. Our first time here, we had questions and she guided us with suggestions and tips on the apps and entrees. We ordered off the 2 for $22 menu, and were very pleased with the fresh chips and salsa appetizer,(included in 2 for $22 deal), which also came with a generous serving of guacamole. I had the chicken/bacon quesadilla, my husband had baby back ribs and fries. All were excellent. Overall, we felt we hit a homerun at this Chilis, and will definitely be back. Floors were filthy, tables dirty..our table had dried up ketchup on it. Our drinks were disgusting my margarita tasted like syrup and my husband's long island ice tea was clear and tasted extremely watered down! The Chilis 20 dollar for two dinner is absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. Neither of us make a whole lot of money, and this really helps us get a fun night out together from time to time. The Burgers at Chilis are fantastic and they are always delivered hot and tasty. The wait staff at my local chili's are some of the most attractive people outside of a broadway show. As long as the prices and food don't change much, I'll be returning in the near future. read more

I went here on 10 10 2015 for lunch and I got the chicken,bacon and avacado sandwich which comes with fries.The fries were a bit salty but the sandwich was absolutely delicious! It had a soft pretzel bun and was large enough to bring home the second half of the sandwich for later.We also ordered the fried cheese curds and they were really tasty but you get quite a small amount.My husband got a combo of salmon and chicken with mashed potatoes,he said they tasted really good and was a filling size for him.My father got a sirloin steak and broccoli and had some left over,he said it was very good too.Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the decor was modern and comfortable.We will definitely be back. read more

We decided to drive all the way from Rome, NY to eat/drink here. We had one time of great service and great food so we decided to return. The second time, the drinks were like juice and the food/service was still decent. The last time we went, was a few weeks ago during Aug 2011 and OMG. What HORRENDOUS service! Our waitress looked drunk or coked out. She couldn't stand up straight, was wobbling and her eyes rolling back in her head. She said she had eye surgery and had to be here. She forgot our drinks. She messed up our orders. The manager didn't send her home like they should've. She cried at our table to us and she said that she didn't want us to make her feel bad. MY GOD- what kind of service is this manager trying to display?! That made me want to tell everyone to go to the Liverpool Chili's....that was ridiculous. We will not be going there again. Sadly, I enjoyed it the first time but apparently service, drinks and food are not consistently maintained. read more
