The tacos are delicious, however per a taco they're pretty expensive. Definitely a unique dining experience to order tacos. They are delivered on one tray, you check which tacos you prefer. When delivered you have to personally distribute who ordered white taco to their tray. They also don't provide chips and salsa at the table while you're waiting with the cocktail. And no sides come with tacos like rice or beans. Portion sizes aren't huge especially for the price. But the food is delicious. read more

When we arrived we didn't see any signage for the special but they did honor the deal. Loved the vibrant XO Taco Decor With the Neon Lips and Hot Stuff signage, decked out for Valentine's Day! We sat at the bar and the service was top notch! Raspberry Blush Margarita bursting with flavor, unique for a margarita. The food was delicious, fresh flavorful salad, we loved the dressing! Macho fries were seasoned and the nacho cheddar cheese just made them over the top flavorful! We added steak quesadillas to complete our meal, and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare! We tried all the sauces, I loved the jalapeño packed some serious heat and flavor! I upped the anti to habanero, and holy hotness! I didn't dare go up to the Ghost pepper level! These are their own hot sauces that XO serves and sells! My second Rita was the jalapeño strawberry, first time doing the spice with a Rita! Served with a jalapeño kick, the server brought it down a notch by providing additional strawberry and lime that brought it to the perfect balance. I visited XO Tacos last night for Taco Tuesday, and the overall vibe was definitely A1. They offer great Taco Tuesday specials: $1 off tacos. Margaritas are half off, bringing them to just $6! They have a variety of margarita flavors, and let me tell you--they did not miss. Super flavorful and refreshing. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 45-minute wait. However, we hung out near the bar, and someone gave me their seat. Eventually, other people began to offer their seats as well. I honestly don't even know if we waited the full 45 minutes--being that we were talking and just enjoying the vibe, time seemed to go by much quicker. You can order your food at the bar, but we chose to sit at a table to have a little more room. The atmosphere is dimly lit, cozy, and full of good energy. People were friendly, and the staff--bartenders, waitresses, everyone--seemed genuinely happy and in great spirits. Definitely a good vibe all around. Now let's get into the tacos. One thing I love is that they give you the option of a soft tortilla, corn tortilla, or a lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap is such a great option for anyone eating low-carb, doing keto, or just looking for something lighter. I've never been to a taco spot that offered that, so it stood out to me in the best way. I tried three tacos: * Curry Cauliflower (lettuce wrap) * Lobster (lettuce wrap) * Fish taco (soft tortilla) The creativity was top-tier--lobster and curry cauliflower aren't your typical tacos, and I appreciated that the lobster was real and the cauliflower was fresh. They also offer about four different hot sauce options, which were actually really good and helped add a kick. That said, I do feel like the tacos lacked flavor overall. I would possibly try these flavors again, just dress them up a little more with regular taco toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, or a little extra sauce to really bring it all together. And for the record-- I weighed myself the next day and I was down 2 pounds. So I just might have cracked the code: tequila and lettuce wrap tacos might be the real fitness plan. I was a bit iffy about trying the tacos because another review said they lacked flavor but I had the black bean and the cauliflower tacos and they were very tasty. I sat at the bar, the place wasn't very busy yet so service was quick and attentive. After about half hour, things got pretty busy, but service kept up. For drinks, I had a house margarita on the rocks, a corona with lime, and a frozen margarita (I was thirsty). The ambiance of the restaurant is very instagram worthy. I find the seating could be a bit more comfortable though. I enjoyed my food for the most part. There is a QR code that you can scan to view the menu which has tacos, burritos, chicken tenders and a bunch of other items. If you want to order tacos, you will be given is little checklist where you can check of the types and quantities of tacos you want. There is also a full bar there and they serve a variety of beers, wines, mixed drinks and margaritas. I ordered a few different tacos ($5-6 each) and a beer ($4-6). The wait for food wasn't long...about 10-15 minutes...not bad given how busy they were. The tacos were delicious. They also have some tasty sauces on each table with various heat intensities. Offering handmade tortillas, specialty cocktails, fresh pepper-salsas and hot-red neon lips, XOs goal is to pay homage to traditional Mexican food with their own modern twist. One of XOs owners also owns the local fried chicken tender company SoFly, which also operates from XOs location. I originally tried XO for the SoFly tenders. They were putting them in what they called their Howlito burrito. I love chicken tenders, especially fresh, hand breaded ones, so I ordered one of the daily special burritos when they were just trying them out to guage interest in SoFly. The burrito was good. I wasn't in love with it, as I wasn't a big fan of the ginger pickles. I found them to be overpowering, but the tenders themselves were good as was their special SoFly sauce. SoFly officially began selling chicken out of XO recently, and being in the mood for some tendeez, I decided to order. My wife and I both decided to also try something from XO, so I went with the baja steak burrito while the wife chose the boom-bang shrimp burrito, and we got 10 SoFly tenders. You can get the SoFly tenders plain or what they call "dunked" in a sauce they describe as Nashville hot sauce with an Asian twist. We went with dunked, cause we love all the sauces. Everything was very good. The burritos were a decent size, and half a burrito with a couple tenders was enough for a meal. I loved the tenders. Fresh, nicely breaded, and the dunk sauce was great. I think the Asian twist is just ginger, as that seems to be SoFlys thing is a lot of ginger, but it was delicious. I ordered and everything was ready when I got there, when they said it would be. Its a nice, modernly punkish type decorated place, but small, probably a dozen tables. Prices are decent. Employees were nice enough, but it was pretty busy when I walked in. One issue I have, which you can see the photo of, is the $2 "take out fee" that was added to my order. Now, I understand restaurants have had a rough year, and it's only $2, but these made up BS fees very much turn me off as a customer, especially as one that already tips even on take out orders. These are the same tactics 3rd party delivery apps like GrubHub use to squeeze a couple extra dollars out of you with things like their "Onondaga County fee" type fees, and it rubs me the wrong way, especially when they don't even make any mention anywhere on their website or anything that there's a fee for take out, and just add it onto your order. I absolutely loved the tenders, but the shady business practices with hidden fees and already expensive prices they charge may have turned me away as a customer. read more

When they could not find it they asked me to leave my name and number (I wish I refused to leave till it was found). I immediately canceled the card when it happened. When I went back to pick up my card (to cut it up) everyone said sorry and tht is great but no compensation was offered at all.
