My family came last minute after an outing because my daughters love the queso Blanco. The dip did not disappoint. Our drinks came out while we were still ordering. Chilis is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I love their homemade tortilla chips. I would buy bags for my house if I could. Their margs are also really good. It must be their sour mix because I don't usually love drinks from the chain places. My quesadilla was the perfect comfort meal and I still had half to take home. I've been to Chili's before and had decent experiences, but this location was next-level awful. I don't know if the entire staff was having a competition to see who could care the least, but they were all winning. We walked in and waited at the host stand for a solid 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by without so much as a glance. When someone finally acknowledged us, it was with an eye roll and a muttered "Follow me" -- no greeting, no smile, just pure annoyance. Our server clearly did not want to be there. She slammed our drinks down, disappeared for long stretches of time, and got visibly irritated when we asked basic questions about the menu. At one point, we saw her chatting with other staff while our food sat getting cold under the heat lamps. When we finally got it, parts were missing and everything was lukewarm at best.Even asking for the check felt like a burden to them. It took forever, and when we politely pointed out a mistake on the bill, the response was an exaggerated sigh and a mumbled, "I'll fix it when I have time." The food was mediocre, which is expected at Chili's but the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, or even basic human decency from the staff? That's what really made this visit unforgettable (for all the wrong reasons. Save yourself the frustration. There's one word i can use to describe this experience: diabolical. We came on mother's day for a lovely time. We did not quite get that. Instead, we got slow service, alright food, and a downright disturbing experience. For starters, our waitress sat us at a six person table when there were only three of us. The table would have tipped had it been a boat. She never gave us napkins nor silverware (until we asked after making a mess with our salsa, and it still took her five minutes). On top of this, they had some sort of weird system going on. There was another woman walking around helping us out that wasn't our original waitress. She asked if we wanted more soda and we took her up on that offer. However, this woman side eyed us and placed our soda on the total opposite side of the table where NOBODY could reach it and then just skedaddled away. They also had an extremely tall man, at least six foot and a half, surveying the place and i believe he worked there, but we're still not too sure as he was doing nothing helpful. Onto the food, it was alright at best. Nothing special and i would definitely not pay that amount of money for food of that quality. My tenders were tough. Now, totally outside of the company's control, my experience with those around me. These tables were so close together that the children at the table behind me were quite literally crawling on my back. Not at all enjoyable. Now, the most appalling part of my experience? The waitress rushed us out with the check, no offer for dessert! I thought their molten lava cake was a signature? Clearly she knows nothing about Chilis culture.
