My coworker and I ended up here for lunch during a day of joint sales calls. We were seated at a booth and were greeted by our waiter who took our drink order. I ordered the prime rib prime rib bowl which was tasty and contained prime rib, lettuce, three cheeses, black beans, Pico de gallo salsa and citrus rice. What I didn't expect was a plastic bag that looked like a used condom. I flagged the manager down who apologized and explained to me that it was the food preparation bag. He took my new order of the prime rib burrito and I requested him to hold the plastic wrap. Surprisingly after that ordeal, I enjoyed the burrito, it was tasty, filling and the waiter deducted my entrée from the bill. Mishaps happen in every industry so I'm sympathetic about what happened. Decided we were craving a burger on a rainy day. We usually make our own but wanted to get out of the house. Sat in the bar area at Chili's & had a wonderful lunch! For $10.99 I had a yummy (small) Caesar salad, Special Sauce burger w/fries & a Diet Coke + free chips & salsa for being in the rewards program. That is a helluva bargain these days! Ya know, I never thought I'd have to give a Chili's 5-Stars. It's not because I don't enjoy the food and margaritas, but I don't get too excited about most chain restaurants. I've gone to this one for ages and always had a good experience and good foot, but nothing I felt the need to yelp about. This was my first time sitting down at a restaurant since COVID. There's so much bad going on in the world and I ended up here on a whim, due to not being able to get on the Freeway. Anyway, food was great as always, but our server, Brian turned and inconvenient unexpected detour into a great experience. I love seeing people treat every human with kindness. I saw him with a few tables a lot of servers wouldn't have been kind to. He sincerely went out of his way to make sure every guest was having a great experience and he is the one who made it. read more

I loved the sirloin steak and my husband loved his shrimp tacos. The chili cheese fries were a bit cold but nothing a microwave can't fix! And they were delicious even when reheated which is not something I'm used to. The only complaint I really have about my food was the sad roasted street corn they advertised. It sounded sooo good but it was absolutely awful. I'll let you judge by the Picture, it looked, smelled and tasted terrible. Won't order that ever again if we choose to eat here again. read more

Slowest server service ever. I come here all the time and they take about 35 minutes on average to come to my table to offer me drinks. The servers always come by to say ill be right with you and they come like 25 minutes later. The manager needs to stop being so cheap and hire servers to handle the amount of people that walk in. read more

Chili's used to be my go to place years ago, then they changed their menu and became more Tex-mex and I stopped coming here for years. Fairly recently I decided to give them another try. They have some good lunch specials, a 3 for $10 menu and a 2 for $25 dinner deal. There burgers and fries are always delicious so you can't go wrong with ordering one of these. I had the steak at a different chili's location and I'll never make that mistake again! They have a great kids menu and their chocolate lava cake is the best I've ever had anywhere! They make a mini one now too which is awesome because the regular size is too much for one, even two people. They now offer a $5 margarita which each time has been delish! They also have great fresh brewed iced tea and the little game thingy at the table keeps the kids entertained when you want to just focus on the adult you're with. Chili's is back on my go to restaurants... let's hope they stay on that list ;) read more

My family and friends came here Monday 21st and it was absolutely awful. Our waitress was lovely but unfortunately the establishment was disappointing. Our cups came dirty all our drinks had floating stuff inside. We had our cups replaced three times and that was enough we left because every time all our cups came dirty and gross. We spoke to management and left. None of us felt comfortable staying after all those dirty cups. read more

Been coming here for years now and have noticed the quality has depleted over time. I understand Covid restrictions but I feel it was better during the pandemic. When you order an appertiser and entree same time and specifically ask for it to come out before the entree, really is disappointing. The appertiser comes out after you are half way through your entree. People, well I usually order an appertiser in anticipation of having an entree leftovers. The staff only checks on you when they are dropping off or taking your order. I love this place the good is usually good, but the service needs a round turn. read more

I was thinking that Chili's is a little brother or sister to Applebee's, but boy, was I wrong. The food served here is nowhere near as close as good as the food at Applebee's. I went here and ordered the ultimate smokehouse combo with broccoli, a house salad, half ribs with house bbq, smoked brisket, brisket quesadillas, and apparently, it comes with Texas toast. I also got the chance to try the southwestern egg rolls. I have got to say, the best thing out of the entire order was the egg rolls. The ribs with the house sauce were okay, but the top of the ribs were overcooked, the brisket was tasty, only with the added sauce, the brisket tacos packed some serious heat. They were good but they were so spicy that I couldn't even finish one of them. I gave one to my mother who enjoys all things spicy and she couldn't even finish one. I disecg and break another open and it's mostly filled with peppers, little to no meat! The house salad was okay, the broccoli was good, I didn't eat the Texas toast because I just couldn't get to it at the time. I don't know if I'll be going back to this place. Well, disappointed after no service last visit. (The background) I have to talk my kids into coming to Chili's, so its not anyones favorite except mine so I am very disappointed in three stars I have to leave because of the effort it takes me into coercion for a fun dinner. Last time we attempted a visit a 9am on a Saturday we showed up and there was a handwritten note stating they would close at 8:30 pm due to a short staff. I guess they actually stopped around 7:30pm due to the 8:30 was crossed out and 7:30 was written in and the doors locked. So last night, again... I coerced the kids into going and we showed up with a 45 minute time wait at 9:30pm, yikes. My wife upset as we waited as the groups are leaving and we just waiting there with empty dirty tables. Hostess just sitting up front sucking on her drink, and another group comes in and are offered a clean table in the bar ahead of us. Need some reorganization on the priorities here, I understand good help is hard to find but we need to Make Chilis Great Again. Look forward to my next visit. I would like to say I have been here 4 times since covid lowered rules. Was able to eat 3 times and the servers have all shown a great attitude during service. So we at least know some of the staff are trying to kick but, we just gotta get everyone else on board. read more
