Let me start by saying our server Brian deserves 10 stars. Amazing service!!! That being said our entire dining experience was ruined by the overwhelming disgusting sewer smell in the restaurant. We asked two different staff members about it and they both said it was a known issue but that Chili's couldn't find the problem. If this was a local eatery I could understand not having the funds to properly diagnose the problem but as a corporate chain, invest in the issue. I couldn't eat my food the smell was so over powering. The tip we were given for a return visit was to sit in the bar as you couldn't smell it in the bar. It's honestly a gamble eating at this place because you never know what you're going to get. If I'm lucky the food will be cooked right but most of the time it's overcooked.The attached photos show two different to-go experiences. One day I opened up the box to find the container of mashed potatoes sitting right on top of my taco. That's just not giving a fck. Today my dad ordered a burger that was so burnt he had to take it back. How could you even place this piece of charcoal on a bun and serve it to a customer? Absolutely unacceptable and it wasn't even rush hour. I can't imagine what it would be like if it was. Update: My dad brought the burnt burger back and the girl asked him "so what do you want me to do?" My dad said "can you make me a new one?" The girl brings it back to a guy who brings out a bag in less than 5 min. My fiancé and I went to watch football in the bar this morning for the 10 am games. There were about 10 other people in the entire restaurant (all in the bar) and ALL watching football representing various teams. The bartender was super attentive but when 10:30 am rolled around, the manager ordered the bartender to change the Vikings/Bills game to GOLF. I asked to speak with the manager since the bartender was just doing what he was told and very nice about the whole thing. The manager was a COMPLETE JERK. It was clear that the only people in the bar were there to watch football and not gold. The manager said "oh we are having golf on". I proposed a compromise to change back to football until someone who wanted to watch golf actually came into the bar or restaurant. He refused. Absolutely ridiculous, rude, and unreasonable. Our food and service was very good. It was the restaurant that was a disaster. From the moment we were sat every (no exaggeration) empty table had dirty plates, cups, silverware, and trash on it. Even our tables appetizer and appetizer plates weren't bussed until our food arrived. The floor of the restaurant had food and trash around the aforementioned tables. The tables stayed the way they were during our entire dinner and when walking out we noticed the bar looked just as bad. I am very disappointed in the lack of management at this location. I gave this chilis a 5 star rating because of the amazing service from Roxy. In the beginning it took some time to get attended to but come on people if it's busy you will have to be patient. Yes the food was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. But what was most memorable was how Roxy treated us, she acted like a human and even better she seemed to be herself. App needs updating!. There is no curbside pickup. At least that I was told after sitting in the car for a while. Picked up the food and came home to food not fit for anyone. Margarita chicken was in a container sitting on shredded tortilla strips - more like crumbs and the chicken was in 3 separate pieces dried out, undercooked and disgusting. My burger had flavor but the burger was totally unassembled from the bun! $28 is a lot to pay for disgusting food! Shame on Chili's! If I could give it NO STARS I would! Not going back! read more

YUM! I parked in the curbside pick up, ordered some food and then waited barely 15min for my food even though I was quoted a 25+min wait online. Everything was packaged nicely, my food tasted bomb and they hooked it up with the ranch! Thank you Emmy for packaging my order perfectly! Went there last night with a party of 13 it was my sons 16th birthday. They burnt the crap out of my food but most of all we specifically told them it was his birthday we even waited 45 minutes outside to be seated for our reservation. I've been her on several occasions and the service and food are not bad. One observation that did bother me was in the men's restroom both soap dispensers were not working.... by law employees are required to wash their hand but if there is no soap to be dispensed how do they get their hands clean?! My husband and I always order the "Party Platter Big Mouth Bites - 12 Count" (sliders). It is absolutely delicious and comes with a party platter side of fries; it's the perfect size for our family of five. Anyway, we love it for it's taste, the price--you get A LOT for a great price. Tonight we ordered and the fry platter size was for the first time, unfortunately, wrong. We made a call and spoke to Jenna, a new manager there. She effectively and graciously handled a disgruntled customer. She offered the correct size AND also gave us/emailed us discounts. My wife wanted to come here and I was like "ugh only because it's so close and has a big Parking lot". We got the fancy new chicken and waffles with the chipotle honey dressing - it was incredibly good. Way impressed. Also got the watermelon margarita and it was deliciously refreshing and STRONG. Every sip was like a shot. I had to stumble over to Barnes and noble and hang there for over an hour to be able to drive five minutes home. It's rare a place like this makes a strong good drink.
