We made eye contact several times, and she continued talking while the other employee cleaned everything up. When she finally came over, she apologized and said she had been busy cleaning up a mess--but we had watched the other employee doing the cleaning while she stood there talking. At that point, we decided to leave. Nothing threatening or disrespectful happened; we simply left because the service and lack of acknowledgment were disappointing.
