The TVs were all tuned to various NFL games. A group of Steelers fans were in the dining room next to our group watching and cheering their team on a giant TV. Potato halves filled with cheese, bacon bits and chives. They are cut lengthwise in half for easier dipping and eating. Served with ranch and sour cream for dipping.
