The one time I did go there for dinner it was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was empty pretty much but we were seated in the back while everyone that came in after us were seated in the front. I felt discriminated against. They took forever to bring our food out so when they finally brought it out I was over it . I asked for a refill on my drink and they took 15 to 20 minute to get me that. When it was time to leave they took forever to bring the bill over so we got up and walked to the front and they assumed we were just going to run out on the bill when really we just wanted to pay and leave. Then as the server is telling us how much everything was she walks away to help someone else while we had our money out to pay. So we had tl wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes just to pay . I ordered from this Chili's as it is usually better at getting my order right and it was probably my fault for not checking the sides of my food before leaving. We get home to Lancaster that our Southern BBQ hamburger and it doesn't have the side off bbq which we wanted and I never said I didn't want it. So we get home and no bbq so I am not eating this food it's dry and we threw it away. We don't have bbq sauce and we shouldn't have to substitute, the burger comes with it but ours was dry and no side?!?!?!?! Ya now I won't be back to either Chili's EVER!!!! Haven't been here in awhile and got a gift card for Christmas, so we went to chili's to use our gift card. Right when we walked in, they have moved their hostess station (where you put in your name and how many people in your party) RIGHT in front of the door...causing a traffic jam of people waiting to be acknowledged....which took almost 5 minutes for one of the two employees to say they would be with us in a moment. Needless to say, we just said forget it and went somewhere else. Unfortunately, eventually I'm going to have to go to use that gift card. My guess is the hostess station was moved right in front of the door for greedy reasons...so they could jam another table or two to further inflate their profit. Just very odd to me. read more

Not the best place to go in the summer. Especially if you get stuck in the back room with all the windows. No air or fan, constant heat blaring through the windows. Your option is to seat right away in the heat or wait 45 minutes for something cool. Small menu, essentially mostly appetizers. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Chilis. My husband and I have been going to different Chili restaurants throughout the states due to work relocations. We had an amazing one in Florida and couldn't find one equal to them until we went to this one. After our 4th time here I can definitely say the waiters are all amazing. Riley, Bryan, Jessica, Kaylee. The food was always on point, the service was always great and everyone was so helpful and pleasant. ONE time we had to wait a while but we went during dinner at rush time and all of Palmdale decided they wanted to eat here which made the waiters have their hands full so none of that is this stores fault. Came here on Xmas eve after a long day of shopping. I was extremely hungry, and was craving their salad and my wife loves their salmon. This song we set by the bar due to our horrible experiences in the past, and still got horrible service. I cleaned my own table so me and my wife can sit. No one ever came to help. After 13 mins, someone came and sat next to bus and got service right away. After helping them, he ask if he can get drinks. I said no thank you we were here almost 15 minutes and you never once came up to us. he says he seen us walk in and sit down, and he's sorry. Worst customer service I have ever seen, we had a party of 16 and we called ahead and they said no problem will be about 1 hour and they will have a table. This was horrible. We came in and there was no one to greet us and we had to wait for someone to come seat us for about 10 minutes and the restaurant was nearly empty. I love Chili's every time I go there the food is awesome! The one waiter Nestor is just great always friendly always courteous he's just a great guy. The food is always Hot or cold depending on what you order. The hot molten cake is awesome. Went there last night with my usual group of friends. Service was awful. We ordered our drinks and our food. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The it took 35 minutes to get our food. One lady in our group orderded chili and it was never brought. Her husband finally asked about it. They said they would get it. That was 15 minutes later. When we were all done and it was time for our checks the waiter never came by to ask if we were ready for our checks or if any of us wanted dessert. We had to flag him down. Not really a fan. I'd more than likely just about never go there if it weren't for my kids. My daughter needs a gluten free diet and she loves ribs...game over. This location seems to have taken a hit in the service department over the last couple of years. I don't recall it being such an issue before, but now their down to having one attentive bartender and one good server. And regardless of who you get, it will take a long time to get your food. Now if you're there to hang out and have some drinks, fine. But if you're on the parent clock and dealing with kids, they will get impatient and ask "when will the food be here?". I have to agree with the previous reviews about the service. It seems to take quite a long time to be acknowledged and even longer to get food and drinks. I had to flag down the server MULTIPLE times to ask for more iced tea, a napkin, some more chips (they are bottomless, right?). Ate at this location last night and the waiters are anything but attentive to guests. My friends and I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged once by anybody. Finally, this guy walks up to us, not even a hello, hi, thank you for waiting, just asked how many, never told us his name. They took close to half an hour to bring me a $3 house salad. (The place wasn't packed) Finally they bring us our food and the guy asked if we needed anything else... how bout some fucking utensils dude.. are we supposed to eat with our hands. I enjoy eating the food at any Chilies restruant, but this Chilies that I am at has poor customer service. Just like Walmart with 31 aisle that are available but only use 3 that's how I felt here with plenty of tables open but only use half of the restruant. Food great. Management terriable. So we walk in 5 adults and six children and the OLDER lady that is working in the take out area says really loud "Oh SHIT" how RUDE is this person, guess the old lady never had any children so the thought of seeing children scare her.
