Walked in at 8:00pm on a Friday night, the man at the front told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait, so we think ok no problem. We sit there waiting until 8:50, when I finally stood up and looked behind me to see if all the tables were indeed taken. There were A BUNCH OF EMPTY TABLES !!! And we were told we still couldn't be seated yet. Is this a joke ? The servers didn't even look that busy, just taking their time. I'm going to guess management is bad. Or do you not want money? I can't give 0 stars. Yelp won't allow me to rate this place a complete disaster. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived. We sat in the bar/lounge area. Ordered nachos with beef and 2 salads (one for me, one for my wife). The nachos finally arrived 15 minutes later: cold, tasteless, and were served without salsa. Other customers arrived and were eating... and 30 minutes later, we're STILL WAITING FOR THE SALADS!! The server was useless: I had to ask HER where the salads were, and her response was "Gee, I don't know what happened to them". She said something about a "new guy in the kitchen" - sorry, that's a b*****it excuse for a chain restaurant. They can't hire a line cook capable of turning out nachos and salads in less than 30 minutes??? I told the server to forget the salads and just charge us for the nachos. Manager came over and told us to "forget about it - have a good evening". WON'T BE BACK - a 30-minute ticket time for salads is UNFORGIVABLE... especially when the salads NEVER ARRIVED!!! Went there for a quick lunch and ended up getting the Big Bite burgers. They were amazing! So tasty, with extra sauce on the side. The cookie in a skillet for dessert was just like a home-made cookie straight from the oven. Very satisfied. And the service was extremely good. Very friendly and very helpful. I have been to this Chilis about 6-7 times now. and for some reason I always had a negative connotation in my mind about them until I came here. Now me and my GF eat here all the time. They had good drinks, they are open late so we can go there for late night apps or dinner depending on work. you can walk in and sit in the Bar area and the servers are always prompt. The food is always good and quick. have to eat the cookie sunday. it will change your life haha definitely recommend. read more

I like this chain because they have a nice selection of menu items. I would eat lunch or dinner here. My wife has a few different salads she enjoys and I have the ribs or a sandwich. I really like that they have small service computers on the table so you can order a drink refill at your convenience and not have to hunt down the waitress. The unit lets you pay bill at table too and figures out tip and allows you to cash in reward card points. We got to the paybill screen and it informed us that we had enough points to get the appitizer we just ate free....so we did. read more

Just stopped by for some drinks and food before the patriots game and Jessica the bartender was great! I was feeling indecisive on which cocktail to order and she suggested several great choices and helped me pick the perfect one. Came here for a girls day with my aunts, cousins, and my cousins one year old daughter. The host and who seemed to be a manager were very welcoming and sat us down right away.. Long story short they messed up three out of the six of the meals and didn't even bother to ask if we would like to get anything for the baby... We ordered a skillet queso for an appetizer and it look non edible and was burnt and the cheese quesadilla that we ordered for the baby was burnt also. The broccoli was unseasoned which could be apart of the recipe but just wasn't good. Then when a different waitress brought us our food, he took the baby's plate right from her when she wasn't finished and then claimed that their was a napkin on the plate when their wasn't. Then to top it all off, my aunt went to the bathroom and there were no toilet paper in any of the three stalls. Basically this place sucks and is really under staffed. read more

We went on a Saturday night to find business slow... We should have taken this as a bad sign. The waitress was nice but, talked really loud. Boneless Buffalow wings were old, dry and cold. Steak was good. Soda flat. Both Mens and Womens bathrooms were dirty, toilet leaking water from pipes in handicap stall in women's bathroom made the whole floor wet. From the rust you could tell it's been like this for a while. We were really surprised, because any other Chili's we have been to have had much better food and cleanliness for a Chain Restaurant. Chili's is around the corner from my apartment and its my go to place. I went in last week for a date night and honestly enjoyed it more than ever. I had a beer and ribs, my fiance had her normal chicken and pasta meal, and my 10 month old even got some mashed potatoes and other soft veggies. I had lunch there today with my daughter. We will no go back. My daughter got the chipotle chicken crisper meal. The sauce was great, nice & spicy but not at all crispy. The fries so so. I had a lunch combo -- salad & chicken fajitas. The salad was fair. The lettuce was not crisp almost soggy. The chicken in the fajitas was fairly good but the onions & peppers was barely cooked and floating in oil. It would be nice if they gave salsa instead of pico de gallo which is flavorless. We also got the queso appetizer which had extremely oily nachos and thin runny queso that was barely hot. Also take issue with paying $2.79 for a coke that is mostly ice. The hostess was very nice (second day on the job), and we were seated promptly. They said the service in pairs. Our primary waitress, Sue, came over and seemed to be having a bit of a rough day. Jagged disposition, but was good at collecting all our drinks. I ordered a presidente martini on the rocks with salt. When it came a 1/4 of the rim was salted, so I asked for another one which was COATED in salt, I mean like, OVERDONE. Bottomless drinks were great for the kids. We placed our order. The fried cheese balls were tasty albeit a very small portion for four. After we placed our order two other tables came in. Not much else needs to be said when I say that they were served and were eating before we were. I ordered their new double-bacon cheeseburger. It came out cold, the cheese just peeled off the patty. It was burned underneath and it only had 2 slices of bacon. I asked Sue to please give me another. It came out within 10 minutes and was just right (lots of bacon, etc.). Sue admitted that she was being unpleasant and apologized. She attributed the foul mood to her lack of lunch. I did not excuse the behavior , but having been a waiter before, I told her I didn't blame her for the kitchen's ineptitude. The whole "we-use-2-servers" thing is really a joke, and the food was sub-par at best. I suggest you go to La Caretta or Red Robin if you want Mexican or American burgers. Usually I have no issues with Chilis, but this trip on Saturday was exceptionally horrible!! I will not be back to this location!! I will start with there was a line at 345 in the afternoon, not a busy time by any means. The hostess was so disinterested in being there, it felt like pulling teeth to sit us down. Sit down table was barely clean, there was leftover mac n'cheese in the table from the previous guest. Took about 15mins before our waitress arrived and I had seen her walk by about a 1/2 dozen times doing nothing. Gave our drink and app order, took about another 15mins for just soda to come over. I ordered a drink and that came about another 10mins later with the app, placed food order. From there it was even worse, I got the double bacon cheeseburger medium and my fiancé got the cheeseburger well done. After about at least 45 mins of waiting without the waitress saying she's checking or any explanation of why it is taking so long for just burgers! During the wait our waitress never once went into the kitchen area to check our food, I saw her walking all around just try by to look busy. Food arrived and my burger was cold bc it was still raw and my fiancé's burger was so over cooked on the outside but still medium on the inside and cold! We had to hunt down another waiter to ask for the manager, bc we were very upset at this point. The worst part of this whole thing the manager didn't even come out to talk with us, our waitress came over and asked what was wrong and we explained that after 45mins of waiting our food is cold and not cooked like we had asked and would just like to close out the check, she walked away and then came back saying we could go. I said the manager isn't even going to come out to find what is wrong!!! I am beyond disappointed and I did write a letter to corporate!! read more

My husband and I stop by Chili's once a week for a drink and a plate of apps and sweet deserts to go- it is our date night. Every other week or so we bring all the kids and girlfriends and just enjoy the time together- We are always treated well and have never felt rushed out. When we ordered a bottle of Blackstone Merlot, we were brought a bottle of what looked like the Merlot we had ordered except the bottle was opened prior to arriving at the table and a cork was put partially back in the bottle. I knew something was wrong because the manager brought over the bottle with the corkscrew in the cork as if she had just partially opened the bottle. After looking at the cork, I discovered the cork was from a Barefoot wine, not Blackstone! The wine tasted fruity like a Barefoot so I went and asked the manager what the heck was up. She said she had opened the bottle at the same time she had opened another bottle of wine for another customer. As I went back to the table I looked at every table and discovered that no other customer was drinking wine. I confronted the waitress and she said she had not been present when the wine was opened. I rechecked and confirmed that no other customer was drinking wine. The manger came back to the table and apologized and offered to buy us a desert, but I don't eat deserts and didn't trust her. Bottles should be uncorked at the table and waitresses should be trained if you offer it on your menu!!! read more
