The Southwestern Eggrolls were exactly what i expected they tasted like from somewhere near the US-Mexico border. The Baby Back Ribs jingle has been stuck in my head for the past week so i decided to try their ribs. BOY WERE THOSE RIBS EXCELLENT BEYOND WORDS! The Potatoes & Corn on the Cob were a nice pairing with the ribs. It was nice having a Summer-Like Meal on a cold arctic Winter night. My Tito's Punch & Dr. Pepper quenched my thirst. My dessert was Strawberry Cheesecake and my oh my I've never had better Cheesecake in my life. We haven't been to Chili's in a while as the restaurant's closest to us have all closed down. We were excited to dine at the Chili's in Nashua today. The restaurant was clean, the waitress was pleasant and got our order correct. However the food left a lot to be desired. The fajita had and interest sauce drizzled on top of it along with lime squirted on it. My 12 year old wouldn't eat it. My chicken crispers were kind of soggy and I wasn't fully sure they were cooked through (my ribs were perfect and yummy though). My husband ordered a burger and said it was good but ALL three of our dishes came with ice cold French fries. Now we did not say anything, we just won't be back. read more

Attempted to get lunch here yesterday and won't go back again. Walked in, the lady at the podium was so consumed playing on here phone that while she was grabbing two menus she only lifted her eyes for a brief moment to say, "right this way"...clearly we were inconveniencing her by coming in. We sat down and waited 20 minutes and were never greeted with a waitress...not once did anyone come over to our table...other tables around were being serviced but ours? First time over at the Nashua NH location. Went over to watch the Sunday Night Football Game. Pretty light crowd. The service from Amanda was awesome. Had a special request for the steak & shrimp fajita. The day time manager came over to let us know the prime rib is already prepared they buy it frozen. Can't order it any other way than well done. I'm not a fan of well done... so I asked for extra shrimp and NO prime rib. Half hour later the order came out... wrong! The new manage from the time shift change- Amanda knew we were having a challenge. She went over and above to take care of plates. She should get a raise. If you are going to use a delivery service you as a restaurant are still ultimately responsible for the quality and accuracy of the order. Spent almost $50 dollars (door dash) for 3 items -- big mouth bites (cheese burger sliders) and classic nachos and crispy cheese bites. Door dash had my order correct .... Chili's did not they took off every topping from my order and send me over cooked tortilla chips with cheese and a small amount of beef on the chips. the sliders came with meat and bread NOTHING else. cheese bites came with no dipping sauce. I immediately complained to door dash and then called chilis the rude and uncarring person that answered the phone told me I had to go thru door dash. I told her I tried and that they ultimately had my order correct the receipts taped to every container showed the restaurant entered the order incorrectly. everything was over cooked and very dry with nothing to mask the poor kitchen job.... unbelievable that the rude person on the other end of the phone would not even listen to what I was unhappy with.... I sarcastically thanked her for all of her help and hung up ..... I will NEVER go to this particular Chili's ever again. This place has given me the best dessert I've had so far- Molten chocolate cake! This thing solely drives me to go there. They have a great choice of burgers and pizzas (the guacamole burger is really good) and flat bread pizza. Their soups are absolutely delicious and quite filling. The spinach and corn egg rolls are also a must have. I've had mixed experiences when it comes to serving, sometimes they are very late at everything and sometimes on time. I am a card carrying member of the Boston food snob society - I will be the first to admit it. I love name dropping and trying the latest place and spending $100 on tapas (this has happened alarmingly often...). At the same time, I do love me some Chili's. I think this all stemmed from when I used to visit Josh in Ann Arbor. I would fly in Friday night, we would "settle in" after not seeing each other for a month and then head off in search of food. Usually that meant taking our dirt poor asses to Chili's. You can't beat the consistency, the prices are insanely reasonable (a burger, coke and fries costs the same here as it does at McDonalds...), and the food is actually good. Except for the salads (which is not really the point of Chili's), the sandwiches, burgers, various fried foods and desserts are satisfying. Good portions sizes and service. They always refill our coke and you never spend more than $10-$15 each, tops. This branch was just as good as all the others I have been to. I went to NDA down the road, and my high school friends and I would often frequent this location, so many Friday/Saturday nights were spent here, and this Chili's will always have a special spot in my heart. Maybe I am just a snob. I don't really like chains and this restaurant really is just a step above eating fast food. My family tends to get Chili's to go because it's super convenient. I couldn't have ordered anything more simple: a burger and a side salad. The burger was extremely dry and the bun crumbled in minutes. The lettuce in the salad was turning brown and some of the pieces of cheese were hard. I will say that I asked for extra pickles and they did remember, which rarely happens at a chain restaurant. My visit here was amazing. After leaving from granite state range, me and a view friends were hungry afterwards and wanted to find a place to sit down and eat, so we picked chili's. Thank god we did because not only was the good phenomenal, but our server, Stephen, provided us with outstanding customer service and came over to us to see how we were doing. I asked if he was a manager because he provided literally the best customer service but he said that he wasn't the manager and that he is working towards his goal to be a manager. If the store owner or manager is reading my review, take him into consideration he is very friendly and knows how to accommodate customers. Before we left we all gave him a well deserved generous tip, and I even helped clean the table. I took the white bin from him that all the dirty dishes from him and cleared the table myself. After that, I even sprayed and wiped the table off for him. He was very happy and grateful that I did it and thanked me a million times. I told him you deserve it and provided us with an amazing visit, I also told him you help me out I help you out and that's exactly how it was. So while I tend to hate on chain restaurants I will eat here. That said its usually from the super convenient take out service they have. So I look at it as being on par with going to pick up a pizza or Chinese. I do like that you can order and pay online so all you have to do is walk in the side door pick up your order and walk out. Went here for lunch last weekend and they did a find job. Our waitress was very attentive and always hooked us up with drinks, etc. We got - 2 appetizers. The buffalo chicken things are ok. I didn't really care for them. Cheesesticks - LOVE those things. They have not changed in 20 years and I love them here! - Chicken fried Steak - comes with mashed potatoes that are like 1/2 white gravy. That white gravy is really thick but still I love it! The only reason I keep eating here is because it's one of the cheapest restaurants to eat at in Nashua. During week night evenings there are alot of food and drink specials only in the bar area, and this also takes place all day Sunday. I am always receiving great coupons as well. Make sure to sign up for coupons through their website if you have kids because they do alot of kids eat free nights. However, the service is horrible! I have yet to have one good server there. Either they never clean off the table, they take the order wrong, or they only come back to give the bill and I am not able to get a drink refill. I will say, our service was good. Our waitress was very kind! Unfortunately, our food was not tasty. I had the spicy shrimp tacos, and my boyfriend had the cajun pasta with shrimp. The shrimp in both dishes really didn't taste like anything. The tacos had no spice flavor, and really only could taste the cabbage/cole slaw. The pasta looked better than the tacos, but after tasting it, again, there was no flavor. Lastly, we both felt off and nauseous after leaving, and I really can't attribute it to anything except the shrimp. We were disappointed, as we hadn't been to a chili's before. Honestly Chili's is a great bang for your buck place. You can get free chips (delicious) right now from their rewards program and they also have a great $10 deal that gets you a drink, an appetizer, and an entree. I've never had a bad experience with staff so far and all the server's are very friendly. Wait times can get long on certain nights. My go to right now are the chicken crispers which usually come with fries and corn on the cob on the side. The sauce selection is pretty good and they are nice and tender. This is a typical chain restaurant with underwhelming food. Every time I go in here, I feel like it needs to be cleaned. The place itself is pretty dirty and dingy. The food really isn't that great either. The last time we went in, we got the appetizer sampler to share before we went to see a movie. We got the nachos and the triple dipper. The nachos were so salty, it was inedible. The burgers were the same. They seemed to be made with very greasy, cheap beef. My most recent visit we got the same waitress as last time, and she remembered us! i was fairly shocked, imagining how many people she must serve a day to remember the two of us from a few weeks ago. i ordered my favorite strawberry lemonade, which everyone should, try its fantastic. and my waitress remembering having to bring out multiple refills on our previous visit, actually brought me to glasses full! she said she remembered how much i liked it and didn't want me to have to wait for a refill. i was floored, she was a wonderful waitress. one of the reasons i come to Chili's is for the Texas Cheese Fries, its covered in melted cheese, bacon and jalapenos. served up with a jalapeno ranch dip that brings me to my knees! its my favorite! for the meal i cant help but get the chicken and steak fajitas, my boyfriend and i ordered the fajitas for two which is 12.99 on Mondays along with 2.99 margaritas, they call it fajita-rita Mondays! the food is delicious, the service is fantastic. i will definitely go back, probably next week! read more

My friend and I wanted to get a bite to eat and thought we'd head over to chili's. When we arrived, there was no host at the front and we stood there for about ten minutes or so until someone noticed us. This was about 4:30/5ish in the afternoon and there were very few customers. When we were seated I immediately noticed how sticky everything felt. Even when I walked to the bathroom, my shoes were sticking to the floor. The toilet paper holders in the bathroom were being held together by duct tape. Our server was nice and enthusiastic and made sure to check on us every so often. Though it did take a little while to get our orders in. I ordered the "Alex's Santa Fe" burger and it was pretty okay! I'd say a slightly above average burger. However, I feel like all the food was extremely overpriced for being only pretty okay. That along with portions. If you're going to pay between 11 and 15 for a burger, I feel like you should get a little more than just a few fries on the side. The little thing on the table that you can use to pay for your meal would not split our check properly so two employees had to do it. Overall this Chili's was just an average Chili's. Nothin fancy. I wanted a good solid drink and thats what I got, I like strong drinks. I took my mother with me and she ordered a sampler she didnt like the fact they took off some item on the platter that she liked and replaced it with something else, but she ate it anyway Myself, I order a burger, I dont like cheese on my burger. of course fries come with it. 10 min later our food arrives, my moms was ok to her, she could tell the food was just ok not acceptable to me I got my burger and it has cheese on it, the waiter told me he would replace it.he was good about taking it back quickly. So i did wait longer to get my burger without cheese and they comped the meal I was told the wait was because they put food under heat lamps.Cue in the shocking music. I told him thats a no no not his fault, but that is the problem with management that has nothing to do with waiters I also explained that when the ticket is done for each table, the server should immediately go back to get the food and should be hot and fresh to go, my second burger was fresh and hot as was the fries. You have to think to yourself why a restaurant would use a heat lamp. I thought having a screen flashing advertisements at me while I was eating was distracting and obnoxious, so I turned it around to face the other direction. I've always been a fan of the Chili's Restaurant chain. Their food is decently priced, and you do get what you pay for. Usual American food and Mexican-American food, if you consider Fajitas and tacos Mexican-American. My girlfriend is a huge fan of the chips and salsa and we both love the Skillet Queso. As for the Entrees, I can never make up my mind because I do like alot of them. Whether it's ribs, or Chicken Crispers, or the Fajitas, it usually takes me until the server gets back to the table and asks me what to order to decide on what I want. Service, like and chain restaurant, is hit or miss. Busy nights, expect to be sort of rushed, even if the server does make it apparent. Speaking of busy nights, when it is busy there is usually no parking available in it's lot, so you're best parking behind the restaurant in the back of the Border's Book Store lot and walking. So if planning to be there when it is busy call ahead, you'll be happy you did. Overall, not a bad place to eat, drink and hang out.
