Longest night of our lives. We sat at 6 pm, place was half full, did not seem busy at all. Didn't get a server to take our drink order until 6:20. We ordered our drinks and food all at the same time because we had our 3 yr old with us. Asked if we could get her food out quicker..well her food came out at 7:10, app at 7:20, and two dinners didn't hit our table until 7:35! Besides bringing out the food, server came by once to refill drinks. When asked why it's taking so long, we were told they were very understaffed. Solid excuse, but no justification for poor service as well. Used to love the old Chili's down by cracker barrel but we will not be returning to this location. Food was good, but service and hour and 30 minutes for a burger and tacos is just crazy. Way better options in the area. read more

We took our daughter in tonight for her birthday. The general manager was so thoughtful and nice, and gave us free kids meals coupons. The service was phenomenal as well. I'm really impressed with this Chili's. My Family & I used to go to the Delran location and they closed back in the Spring. We were very upset since this was our favorite restaurant. Decided to give this Chili's a try. We've gone about 8 times since April and each time we have been pleased. The service has been consistently great, food arrives hot & taste amazing. We got car side service, got home half our Order was missing ( long day ) So we called - the person on the phone told us to drive back .. (Rush hour traffic on RT 73 is crazy ) We both Didn't want to deal with the traffic so we declined , he said he would mail us some coupons which never came in the mail .. his excuse which burned me up was (We are getting slammed) so that gives them the right not to fill our order .. This place is off of my list. The first time my wife was having dinner with friends next door at on the border so i called in an order of ribs for her to pick up when they were done, she got there and they told her they wouldn't have ribs ready for another hour. They never said anything when I called in the order and never called to let me know. Tonight my wife wanted me to pick up on the border for her so I thought I would give Chili's a second chance, my mistake. They got the order wrong, the soft pretzel appetizer was over baked so my son wouldn't eat them. The potato skins were over cooked, greasy and tasteless, and I ordered the crispy chicken fingers but got the regular chicken fingers, which were mushy. Decided to go out tonight, found a coupon for free appetizer so I picked the place. My wife and boys went to dinner which we live in Delran but food quality is poor I said Mt Laurel. Waitress was kind of rushing us a little but helpful in deciding when we were placing our order. We had the boneless wings which we tasty but too spicy for the rest of the family. My wife asked to have the corn salsa removed from the chicken salad which was no problem and the dressing on the side which the waitress repeated the entire order with no problems. Food came out fast, hot and we'll prepared except the dressing was on the salad. The waitress apologized and said to try it and if it's not good she would make another? We kept going which we we accepted, then the waitress came back when I asked to have my boys sodas refilled and said did I want another beverage (beer) which wasn't even 1/2"gone? I said not yet but she said I just want to put it on the ck and have it ready for me? I said ok, not sure why but I wanted another anyway. My son overhead her saying to another employee when your ready to go so am i. She dropped the ck and I noticed the price for the beer was the same price for a 22oz as the 16oz? As she was going by in a flash I asked about the price difference ? She sounded puzzled? Her reply was well it should be a dollar difference between the two and like I got a deal on the 22oz? She said she would say something to the manager. She flew by again stopped and said the temp manager? Couldn't help out so just deduct $1.00 if I wanted to? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE if you ask me! No visit from the Manager and the waitress was gone and never returned. Thus us my second time at this location and might night go back. it wasn't even busy. 1st of all I got food poisoning from this place literally was sick for 24hrs after I ate here! When we walked in we were greeted by a 6yr old child who tried to seat us until a host finally came up and put us on a wait because "they were under staffed" when we finally get seated by the 6yr old who brought us our silver wear and all we were greeted by a 9yr old lil girl (I know their ages because I asked them) who asked for our drink order so now I'm a bit confused finally a adult server comes over and takes our appetizer order as the 9yr old is bringing us our drinks now I'm beyond confused! The server takes almost a half hour to come take our dinner order. I'm literally sitting there watching these kids walk in out the kitchen they came to our table several times to ask us if we needed anything. What concerned me the most was that the 6yr old lil boy was using cleaning sanitizer to wipe the tables down and he accidentally sprayed my daughter. I work In a restaurant so I know how strong those sprays could be. This restaurant was literally operating with maybe 2 servers a bartender and 2 children please make it make sense! The service was ok considering she had every table in the restaurant and I'm watching the children attending to all of them. Worst part about this experience I also I got sick and was literally down for 24 hrs after I ate here. We had an early dinner yesterdays at Chili's at Mt Laurel... The food was OK, the service, however, was not so good. When we asked the waitress about the price for the glass of vine, she said it was "around $5.00..." which I found a lliitle ambiguous... My husband ordered a glass (actually it was half of the glass) and it turned out to be $7.50 (as we found out at the check out time)... The menu does not list prices for the vine and/or beer...Why? Tried the endless enchiladas recently. The beef and cheese options were scams, they had no particular flavor. The only variety I'd recommend is the chicken with salsa verde. Even then, unfortunately all varieties were over-laden with salt. Way too salty, and I can handle a bit, too. Had Guacamole appetizer and would have liked it better if it did not have cilantro. Also had the Prime Rib Taco and the black bean dish that came with it, both had cilantro and since I hate cilantro I did not enjoy my meal. All would have been fine without it. This was the worst Chili's ever! First of all, the waiter wouldn't let us sit in the quieter area of the restaurant because he didn't want to walk that far. All of our utensils were dirty and had old food on them. Service was slow and we had to ask for everything. It took 20 minutes to get a side of limes and I ended up with two brown, rotten ones (after I finished my food). Food was not good. The manager gave us a free appetizer and dessert because our experience was so horrible. Oh, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. Not cool. read more

My boyfriend and I ate here last night and had a very good experience! The hosts were nice and friendly. They complimented the Eagles hoodie I was wearing. They told us a 20 minute wait and it was only about 12 minutes. And let me get started on our waiter Pete! He was so nice! And a great waiter! I would request him if you go to Chili's on a Friday night, and the funny thing was that we noticed quite a few customers actually DO request him. Every single thing on our order was correct! And the food was actually really good! There's a great deal where 2 people can eat for $25. You get an appetizer, we had the classic chicken nachos which were delicious. You get 2 entrees: I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers with loaded mashed potatoes and onion petals as sides, all were tasty! And my boyfriend got Cajun chicken pasta which he enjoyed! Finally you get a dessert, we got the cookie skillet which was delicious! Honestly I was completely full from the $25 deal. That's a great deal! Only downside is it took awhile for the food to come out, nachos took about 20 minutes but other than that we had a great experience. This was my first time ever eating at a Chili's, the food was very good. However, it took way too long to be prepared and I never got the appetizer I ordered. Staff was very polite. I really liked the ziosk option for payment, this made it a quick exit. read more

The restaurant is not anything to write home about but the bar is fantastic. As a frequent traveler having staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home is amazing. The waitresses remembered that I had been there and were fun to joke around with. My friend is also very picky about Bloody Mary's and was incredibly satisfied with the one the bartender made for him. read more

As good as it gets for these kinda chains. The old spot was a 1 1/2 star, old dirty and just run down. Not the case here! Clean, new, spacious all u really could want. Typical young kids working there so double checking my order is a regular thing and the take out is for the ones they don't trust actually serving customers so mistakes almost every time but always corrected b4 I leave. read more

I don't know what it is about Chili's that produces such a wide variety of experiences from location to location. I've been to ones that are perfectly fine and ones that are a greasy nightmare. This Chili's falls into the former category. My four-year-old likes this place mainly because of the giant red pepper on the sign outside the building, so we come here every so often. I mainly stick to the fajitas, ribs or lighter grilled chicken dishes and have not been disappointed yet. Margaritas are good too. The service is mostly HS or college students, but they are always GREAT to our kids. Location is new (moved a mile or so up the road maybe a year ago) and is very nice and clean. I understand the hesitation and stigma when it comes to Chili's but this particular location is a pleasant surprise. I have no reservations about re-visiting. read more

Where to begin. Our waiter was Good. As for service. Will never go back there. For one our food took long to come so our waiter bought us chips and apologized the whole time. I've been going to Chili's now for 20 years. Not so much lately and tonight confirmed why. My ribs must have been microwaved because the ends were chewey. Today I tryed Chili's "To Go" service. I ordered around 4:30pm to be picked up @ 5:45. Of course when i got to Chili's nobody had a clue. So the bartender offered to put my order in then. Came to this Chillis hoping to have a simple Cinco De Mayo dinner, however we were very disappointed. The restaurant was not overly busy but everything took super long. They were out of guacamole, the chips they brought out were drenched in oil and not fully cook, so the waiter took them back and had them cooked a little longer. It took 20 minutes to get a refill on water after we asked. Also some portion of my fajitas were spoiled, although the manager insisted it was just a recipe change (although spoiled food is easily recognizable). Never again! read more

Yikes! Dirty, dirty, dirty! The meal wasn't remarkable - wasn't great, wasn't bad. The service was inattentive. We ate our dessert with our dirty entrée plates still on the table. I paid the check at the table-top computer. That's when my daughter noticed the buildup on the water glass. It was so thick, she could scrape it off with her finger. Upon closer scrutiny, none of the dishware appeared clean. It took forever for a server to appear in the dining area so I could request to speak to the manager. He promptly came out and I showed him the glasses. He appeared unconcerned. I was told that they were aware of the problem and were "dealing with it", then he mentioned that they had been dealing with it for "9 years" and that they "meet standards". We chose this place because they had a revised great menu and we had eaten there before at their old location and never had a problem. This time it was cold burnt coffee which we were told was made fresh, no spoon for the coffee, a freezing cold room, and we were told they would turn the air conditioner off but they didn't. Lettuce on the sandwich was limp and the fries could have killed you with the salt. Done with them. It's a shame because it seems like the corporation is trying, but they need to start monitoring their locations. No one even asks how the meal/service is when you obviously have a problem. Not sure what has happened, but the food at this place has become borderline inedible! The bartenders are still awesome, and work their tails off to run the bar, answer the phones and give out the to-go orders. But the restaurant really went down hill. Tables are not cleared and cleaned promptly, and the place just isn't as clean. New managers seem rather clueless, and their food standards are low. Thought ordering a mexican dish at a place named "Chili's" was a safe bet. Wrong! Taco was soggy and barely filled with a substance that looked like it was ground beef at some point, and rice that was microwaved beyond recognition. Plenty of hard working people at this place, but the new management regime fails them miserably. Eat before you go, because the bar staff still work hard for your business. read more

We ordered through Express Grub tonight. I paid $10.79 for the beef fajita nachos, and received a total of 4 nachos. My husband ordered the Southern Smokehouse Burger, and it was soggy and missing the side of barbecue sauce. It was too late to call Express Grub to complain, so my husband called Chili's in Mount Laurel directly and spoke with someone named Ron Bateman, who was less than helpful. He argued that I had ordered the "small" nachos for $3.59 (my receipt proves otherwise, and besides, there is no option for "small" nachos on either the Express Grub website or on the Mount Laurel Chili's website -- they only come in one size). He then accused my husband of failing to specifically request the barbecue sauce with his burger (per the menu, the burger automatically comes with barbecue sauce). We ended up spending over $50.00 for a totally unacceptable meal, and then had to deal with Mr. Bateman's argumentative attitude on top of everything else. We have always liked the Mount Laurel location, but tonight's inaccurate order, poor attitude of management, and no offer of compensation has left a very bad taste in our mouths.
