I'm not even going to lie--I was so excited to visit Chili's , and it did NOT disappoint! I had been hearing all the hype about the Nashville Hot Mozzarella with that creamy ranch sauce it was a WOW. Rich in flavor and very cheesy. It definitely lived up to every bit of it. Absolutely delicious. I also had to try the Peachy Dream Margarita (the margarita of the month), and it was just as good as people say--refreshing and perfectly balanced. But let me talk about the service for a second--top tier, 10/10. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was smooth. The staff was professional, attentive, and the kitchen was moving FAST. No long waits, no issues--just great energy and efficiency all around. After a long day at work, plans of cooking at home turned into deciding upon an affordable option for dining out. My fiancé was feeling Chili's, specifically for their Triple Dipper combo and chips & salsa. I had never been to a Chili's before. My expectations weren't very high, but you've got to try (almost) everything once, right? We arrived around 6:30pm on a Thursday evening to many guests waiting and a slightly more than half-full restaurant. We were told there'd be a 20 minute wait "to give the kitchen a chance to play catch-up" but were given no further explanation. Possibly low staffing? We eventually were seated in the bar area at a high-top. Chili's had a single bartender on shift who also waited tables in the bar area. She was doing what she could given the circumstances and was very nice, but since she was responsible for the bar and entire bar area all by herself it made service a little slow. This is definitely not on her and the service she provided. I ordered a Coca Cola. I like how they served their soft drinks in a frosty mug. Their $6 monthly special (Dragon Berry) Margarita was enticing though. We started with bottomless chips & salsa. I did really enjoy their chips. They were warm, thin, and very crispy. My fiancé ordered the Triple Dipper, which allows you to select three (3) appetizers (sliders, chicken tenders, wings, boneless wings, fried mozzarella, southwest egg rolls, etc.) She decided on the Crispy Chicken Crispers, Big Mouth Bite Sliders, and Fried Mozzarella. I asked her for recommendations and other than the Triple Dipper and chips & salsa, she recommended burgers and fajitas. I went with Chicken Fajitas and they came out sizzling on a skillet. Everything was portioned generously. Along with the bottomless chips & salsa, the fajitas gave me more than enough food to be satisfied. The texture of the chicken was a little weird. I don't know how to explain it other than a little rubbery, but it tasted fine. I wish the peppers and onions had a little more grilled texture as they seemed steamed and a little soft/soggy. The food was about what I expected which was decent for a sit down, fast-casual restaurant. We wanted somewhere that wasn't going to be too expensive. We also wanted to get in and out fairly quickly which was kind of negated by having to wait even with all the open tables. I'd visit again especially if my fiancé is craving their chips and salsa like she has mentioned multiple times in the past, but it's not a restaurant I'm going to be willingly running back to in the near future. read more

Placed an online order for pickup at 12:30, because that's when my lunch break starts. Got a text confirming the order and the pickup time, then another text saying the order was ready at 12:15?? What is the point of requesting a specific time if you're just going to make it whenever and let the food sit out. I arrived at 12:36 and my order was sitting out on the counter. Could see three people walking around in the back including one young lady who was inputting an order. Not one person even acknowledged me. Finally I called out that I was just grabbing my order (it was prepaid) since no one wanted to help me. The potato soup I'd been craving that prompted my order today, was lukewarm at best. Driving through this town today with the wifey and made a pit stop for some Mexican grub. The car basically turned itself into the parking lot with how inviting the sign was out front ! The restaurant itself looked like a standard restaurant inside but we saw a few straw wrappers on the ground and they kept coming out of the kitchen with loud fajitas that interrupted our conversation. Asked our server (I think his name was Dave?) for recommendations and he was quick to point out their signature triple dip. Everything looked so good! I decided to try something different and got a Big Smasher burger that was okay. I'm not a big thousand island dressing fan but that's my fault for not reading the menu more clearly! Wifey got a triple dip with honey chipotle chicken crispers, bone-in honey chipotle wings, and boneless honey chipotle wings. She couldn't stop raving about the sauce! Mmm mmm good she just kept saying with every bite. Only complaint is my burger didn't settle in my stomach all too well and we had to make a few stops on the way home. I eat here about once a month and EVERY time, something is wrong with my order. Most often you pay for "extra" that just isn't there. Now there's things just not there. I order typically online and you receive a text to go in, but when you go in, no one is EVER at the counter and your food just sits there. There's a window but you can only see half of people. Every time I have to get someone's attention, and it's always someone with short answers and not always pleasant. So for the value I use to think it was good, but paying extra for things you don't get....seems a little ridiculous. read more

We were seated rather quickly. Our table was off balance so much of our drinks almost spilled a few times. They tried to make it better with little benefit. In what has become somewhat normal at restaurants, our drinks came late and we never could find the waitstaff for refills. I'm not really sure how to punish the restaurant and not the waitstaff for understaffing, but it happened again here. Shame on the owners. The food was just ok. I ordered chicken fajitas. The chicken tasted almost undercooked and had no taste. No marinating, no dry rub. Nothing. The corn tortillas stuck together so badly they tore apart so I never really had a whole tortilla to put all the veggies and chicken in without it falling apart. Frustrating. She checked in on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was just right with our order. You can tell she really cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. I'm upset with myself for attempting to put up with the "service" or lack thereof. The table next to us had to walk up to the bar to get their own water refills. They made it further than us; we were never even greeted. After not getting served for over 15 minutes, I politely requested a server and was promptly ignored. Ultimately, I walked out of the restaurant without being provided water, an order, waiter, or a smile. For anyone expecting a waiter to attend your table at a restaurant, do yourself a favor and remove this specific chili's location from any consideration. To start, our server couldn't have been more sweet and did her best. We arrived at 7pm to find 17 open tables yet a 45min wait to be seated. The only reason we stayed was because we had a $50 gift card which ended my night on an even more sour note. I heard one of the three hostesses say they were short servers. It happens, but it doesn't take 3 hostesses to not sit people, turn them to servers, or 3 managers could be running tables as well instead of just standing around. Once we were finally seated our apps came out barely warm, clearly microwaved, which is kind of what I expected. It's chilies I wasn't expecting much. When it came time to pay I opened the gift card and handed it to the server who couldn't get the automated box on the table to work. Fine. She said she'd be right back her manager could run it. It's now after 9pm. She came back and reported it wasn't working for their manager and to wait and try again. At this point I said maybe the card is defective and tried to pay myself on the table machine and it again was denied. Waited for the server and she ran my card. The biggest kicker to me is that when I called the gift card company they told me that a transaction at chilies was just terminated. Which means it was run and then they stopped it. We let our server know and she admitted she thought that it tasted really off too. Hopefully a manager knows. The table next to us had to ask for a manager to get a server. Horrible service. We walked in and it was not full at all and we waited in the front for 10 minutes. All the workers saw us walk in and they just started and didn't walk up to us. Even customers that were seated were angry about them not serving us. They finally came up to us when someone said something about it and acted normal. Terrible experience 3/8/2025 4 servers chilling at the hostess stand while every table around us including my table waited on drinks after food was brought out lol never seen that before anywhere When we got our drinks no straws sorry but I don't think anyone wants to drink from a restaurant cup with their lips Order a triple dipper it was cold it sat for sure under the heating lamp. Our steaks were 100% microwaved they were dry and had a white line along the grain of the meat. Which anyone who cooked before knows that mean you let the food sit then re heated it. Our server was a young girl who apologized for everything but all we kept hearing from her as she went to other tables was to say sorry as wel because everyone order was messed up I assume. The manager came by and just gave us everything for free didn't charge us for anything which sounds cool but you can tell he just wanted us to leave I think he wanted to whole restaurant to leave he was fed up for sure. What really put the cherry on top is as we walked out to leave all the servers who were chilling at the hostess stand said "bye have a great day" Really obnoxiously as if we were the problem lol. I'm gonna be very honest, me and my family haven't been to Chili's in about maybe a year or two. Today, we want something we haven't had in a while, and drove to Chili's of Mount Laurel for brunch. It has its own parking lot, parking is definitely not a issue. Even if you are doing pick-ups or to-go orders, there are plenty of reserved spots very closed to the restaurant. We were seated immediately and our waitress came over in 2 minutes and took our drinks. We started with the Tropical Margaritas and the Triple dipper, which we chose southwest eggrolls, cheddar bites, and chicken crispers in honey chipotle sauce. We loved this combination a lot because we ate everything, i could have lick the plate clean if they didn't put paper under the chicken crispers lol. Our waitress say the Tropical margaritas is the sweetest alcoholic drinks they have, but if you like sweeter drinks, then DON'T ORDER. As for entrees, I order baby back ribs in honey Chipotle sauce. Hubby got Beef and Shrimp Fajitas and our daughter got the child's pizza. I specifically told the waitress that please make sure my ribs are juicy and tender, and for the first time, Chili's got it right. We finished our meal with the Chocolate Molten Cake, it was so good that it was gone in 5 minutes lol. We will definitely return! read more

I ordered wings and they came out drier then my humor. Disgusting vegetable oil taste. No napkins, just the napkin from my drink. No wetnaps exist here. They cost too much - not in the budget. We visited here last night 3/17/23. This place needs a serious face lift! We ordered appetizers which were just ok. The queso cheese on the loaded curly fries wasn't even completely melted. When ordering the buffalo wings we said WELL DONE. Wings came out half cooked, we sent them back to the kitchen and had them removed from our bill. The water tastes like spicket water. And the woman's bathroom had a awful smell!!! This place needs to shut down for a serious renovation!!! read more

My sister and I came for the $2 tacos on taco Tuesday. It was probably around 7:30pm and we were seated right away. I'll be honest, after reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous about what to expect. But everything was great. We ordered the complementary chips and salsa that come with being in their e-club, and we each ordered a taco with a side of rice and beans (sides were an extra $2 per order, although our server misinformed us and told us that they were $1 per order). Our tacos came out in probably 45 seconds- wow! And the chips and salsa came out about a minute later. The rice was nothing special, but the black beans had a touch of pico that made them really tasty. I opted for a vegetarian taco, I think they just made it with pico, cilantro, cheese, a slice of an avocado... and I threw in some of the salsa from our chips and salsa. This vegetarian taco was so tasty! My sister also really enjoyed her shredded chicken taco. Overall, service was speedy fast (we were in, ordered, ate, paid, and left probably in less than 15 min total!) The complementary nachos were a nice touch and tasted pretty good, and I was pretty impressed with the taco as well. I'd def return! read more
