I have previously been a restaurant manager and currently have my own meal prepping business, so what I'm about to say isn't just coming from a rude customer. Tonight's experience was less than okay. The only reason I'm even giving out a single star is because the staff was so graceful in handling every issue. First things first, we ordered 4 entrees and 2 appetizers. Everything came out wrong. My friend ordered pasta, it came out cold, as if it were just pulled out of the fridge. My friends husband, ordered a 6oz steak cooked medium, was cooked well done, almost burned. My husband ordered a 10oz steak cooked medium, it came out as a 6oz cooked well done. As for my meal, I ordered chicken fajitas and the chicken...absolutely tasted rubbery. Mind you, after waiting over 45 minutes for food, we would expect to have a somewhat decent meal and this was just not it. Definitely not coming back to this location. read more

Casual Saturday lunch, waiters was really nice and really helpful. We sat at the bar today to watch some baseball as we ate. Looks like they remodeled the inside of it and it looks amazing! Looks trendy and dim. The food was not that great to be honest. Honey chipotle crispers were 8/10 mainly cause the sauce was great! The buffalo boneless wings are 6/10 because not enough sauce. And the sliders were a tad over cooked. The honey chipotle crispers and waffles were good but I think they put too much on them and it kind of is too much going on. Flavors cancel each other out and don't compliment each other. We decided to go here for my daughters graduation dinner on the night in May 25th. The hostess at the front was a sweetheart so this review does not pertain to her nor does it pertain to the gentleman that brought us our food- you're awesome. Now the waitress in the bar area- this is for you. I take into consideration that yes we did come in 31 minutes prior to closing ( and we did leave at closing even when other tables were still finish it their meals). To make a customer feel like we are inconveniencing you by coming in late and then rushing for us to order when 3 of our guest were still coming in from the parking lot and making sure to tell us that you are closing in 39 minutes is just plain rude. read more

I really wish I can leave zero stars. I've never ever left a bad review EVER, I also work in the service industry. First of all the food got brought to us before the appetizer, we had to literally ask for it. Secondly, when we got there, there was a shift change the first bartender GREAT , super nice ... the second bartender absolutely terrible (jazmine). We couldn't even ask for stuff we needed for our food such as ranch & to top it off our drinks were empty and we had to just watch her be on her phone with a table of co workers until we could flag her down. Like I said I'm in the industry & I get it but cmon take care of your people. And not to mention there was a good amount of people (not with us) who's drinks were empty also, that shouldn't be happening. Yesterday being Covid Valentine's Day, we knew every restaurant would be crazy. Was too cold to eat out too. Thought we would just do our regular car dinner date as we often do at Chilis. We had my daughter, boyfriend and grandkids with us too. Welp, we placed our order at 6:11pm.. was kinda shocked to see the wait would be 55min for our To Go order. We placed it, killed some time driving, got there at 7:10 to check in for pick up. Guy came up told us he would get our order out shortly. Meanwhile I was watching the Many people filled inside the large white canopy for outdoor eating, and the many more still walking up to dine. Was shocked and curious why eating out in there all crammed was any better then indoors. Didnt look safe, health wise?? We waited and waited & didnt get our food till 7:33. We drove around the corner to an empty spot in the parking lot to eat. Half of Husbands dinner was COLD, mine was warm on top, COLD underneath and in the center. My pregnant daughts meal was warm, but she was so hungry she picked at it. My husband was upset and called to speak with the mgr at chilis. An employee answered, heard husbands complaint & just kept apologizing. Told husband we could bring food back to redo. We didnt want to wait an hr for them to probably just microwave it. Told them we'd go home and microwave it ourselves. We drove off n hubby was still upset. He turned arpund to go back for a refind. We returned ours. My pregnant daughter n grandkids were so hungry they ate there warm meals. When he went in he saw a tall rack of all the togo orders stacked up.. by the door, where cold air would hit and no food warmers anywhere to keep warm. He told them"Now I see why our food was so cold". Was told since we ordered online a refund would be credited within 5-7 days to our bank act. Wow.. some appology.. no compensation either. It's too easy to complain and rant on Yelp! This one here is different. Our visit started with what was supposed to be a 30min wait . And well 45mins later we were told it would be another 10 mins. We were a bit disappointed with the wait estimate but as soon as the manager was made aware she rapidly took action. She first apologized and offered to make sure we where seated as soon as possible. 5 mins later we where seated and our order was taken. Soon after the our drinks our appetizers and our entrees where delivered. Over all we where happy with our visit. I had been enjoying my time so much after finally being able to enjoy an outing with my wife because of the pandemic we won't mention by name lol that I've realized holy crap I maybe holding up the next party and I may well be the reason why they waiting estimates are so off! One star is based only on the to go service. I go all the time atleast once a month sometimes more and the to go service employees suck so bad or maybe they are never trained properly. How hard is it to get an order right? It seems like they just don't care. We ordered delivery for the first time in quite a while. My husbands order was ok. I ordered the ""Quesadilla Explosion" salad, with chicken crispers on it. Not only did it come with no salad dressing, but it came with no quesadilla. and the tenders (2) were not cut up but just laid on the top. I always have problems with this location which is why I am posting this review instead of contacting them. When I had problems in the past I called and spoke with a manager and they promised to make it right by crediting it back to my card but they never one time have. Came here for lunch with a friend, haven't been to a Chili's in years. Ordered Santa Fe salad, with avocado, and chicken. Also my friend ordered Avocado bacon grilled chicken sandwich & cup of enchiladas soup. Everything was delicious, arrived after a very short wait. Our server, Jesus was friendly and very efficient if we needed lemon for tea or honey mustard sauce. He packed our chips and salsa to go. My chili's experiences have been unpredictable Because I've been disappointed on several occasions at different chilis restaurants I've avoided chili's. Today we tried the chili's on Monte vista and the experience was terrific! From the server who took our order to the food runner who took the time to talk with my grandson about basketball this was a great example of customer service. I love that yelp has a "join the waitlist" option at this location! It's so convenient now for wait times. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the wait & there has been plenty of times when I order shrimp on the side or BBQ side and they always forget to give it to me when my food comes out and forget to bring it to me right away so I just decide to not eat it with that side in the end and ask that they not charge me extra (for the shrimp). The servers are always on top of it! Friendly, polite, & always up sell me in to an item (that's how good they are lol). The food is always fresh & delicious! So I come here all the time and I always ask for extra dressing, the girl not only gave Me attitude and when my boyfriend went a week before same girl same issue the only one .She likes to tell customers that they charge for their sauces when we already ordered extra and she messed that up. Always have bad luck with this place... Although they do have a good specials that catches my eye but customer service is always lacking here... Went in for my brothers girlfriends birthday party. We got seated and ordered our food. The special they have for $35 is definitely great (appetizer to share, two margarita, two main dish, and dessert to share) and my mom and I ordered appetizer trio to share. The foods came out at a reasonable time but problem was when the appetizers came out our server brought us the plate but not silverware so I had to get up and get it myself since I couldn't find her. We didn't get our margarita and beer that we ordered until we were about done with our main meal... So had to drink our drinks with our dessert.. Our server was the hardest person to get a hold of.. and considering it was a Monday night the place was not busy at all... Considering their special its a great deal and all that but they should do something about the speed and training of the workers there. I saw workers goofing around in the back by the kitchen. We sat down and the waiter got our drinks, then ordered our food. Our server hadn't checked in with us for about 30 minutes. We had to get the attention of another server. Before eating my food, something told me to pick at it. As I did, I found a hair in it! I lost my appetite. I told the server and told them I didn't want a remake, my siblings were just about done with their food and we had other plans to continue our evening. I ordered the Just Bacon Burger as my entree, upon getting home I noticed immediately that the burger patty was oddly shaped and falling apart into 3 pieces, barely staying on to look like a burger. I called the restaurant to make them aware and the manager provided excellent customer service, listened to my complaint and not only offered to replace my order but also included dessert for the inconvenience. It literally was served in a monkey dish. He also ordered a burger which he said was "alright".. I ordered a trio dip thing that was repulsive. There's this one dip that they call their bean dip with queso, that tastes like the inside of a store bought microwaveable burrito. And NOT THE GOOD KIND. Along with that, came my pasta, a "Cajun chicken penne Alfredo pasta". Don't get me wrong. I've HAD THIS BEFORE, and THIS ONE, was nasty. Luke warm, hard stale penne, chicken looked and tasted like it was from the night before, not freshly grilled, and I he about 3 speks of "green onion and tomato". Here right now (Monday, November 19, 2018 5:00 PM). I've never been to this Chili's before. Just killing some time while my car is being serviced at a nearby dealership. I like this Chili's much better than the Chili's in La Verne. The bar area is much nicer and larger as well. We are sitting in the bar and drinking a 22 ounce Coors light (happy hour pricing) $4. My wife is having a Sam Adams Winter Ale 16 ounce for $5 (happy hour pricing). My wife loved her bacon burger. I ordered the 1/2 pizza margarita appetizer ($5) and I thought it was awful. Tasted like frozen pizza and had some sort of green colored garlic pasty stuff drizzled on top. Terrible. I can't get that awful taste out of my mouth. I will NEVER order that again!!!!! It's super noisy in the bar here right now but that's because it's Monday night football. We are not here for that. I wish they would change the TV channel over to the Hallmark channel. Went here for happy hour before we went to a movie. We were in a rush so we weren't expecting much. We ordered a bacon ranch quesadilla, but one of the food runners brought out chicken nachos to us. Our bartender caught it right as it got to us and grabbed our correct order. We immediately had to ask for a box and our check because of the rush we were in which is 100% on us. We gave the bartender our card before he brought out the check and that was clearly a big mistake. We got our receipt which isn't itemized and was way higher than we expected. We flagged someone down and before she could even check our bill, our bartender suddenly reappeared and was like "oh I messed up your bill let me fix it". He brought back a new receipt and at this point we're past the start time of our movie so we just grab the receipt and leave. After checking our bill, I see that he had originally left the chicken nachos that he knew we didn't order on our bill which only got taken off because I questioned the high amount of our receipt. Then I also see that even though we ordered the presidente margaritas, he charged us for patron margaritas which are more expensive. That part wasn't fixed on our new bill so we called and spoke to a manager who said that it would be fixed. Our card charge has updated to the amount without the nachos but still with the patron margaritas. I don't know if that will be updated again, but this has been such a hassle. When you go somewhere specifically for happy hour, it's really irritating to get over charged on multiple items on your bill. I also understand if you accidentally put a food item under the wrong customer number but he also rang us up for more expensive drinks right after he made them for us. They weren't busy at all and it was such a short time from when we ordered our food/drinks to when we asked for our bill. Specifically that there was less than a couple of minutes between the time he corrected the food order brought to our table to when he ran our card knowing we didn't order the chicken nachos.
