I got a free balloon animal which was nice and was able to just wait and listen to the DJ. I'm now seated along an open area where servers can come out from behind the counter to the tables. Again, it's all fun and games with music and performers. I had been sitting for 15-20 minutes before finally being able to flag someone down to take my order and ask for something to drink. Mind you it was opening day but it wasn't THAT busy anymore since it was near closing time. It was more of the employees trying to organize the performer. Anyways, I'm waiting for my food (hungry) and the DJ comes in to play the bongos. You know it's a good time - complete vibe. He's trying to hype up the restaurant. Then he comes towards that open area where I'm near. The owner is having friends/people stand up to dance which is fine at a distance. My food finally comes out and I'm excited. I love seafood boil and it was about to be CHOW time. BUT THEN.. these people are crowding my table to the point where BUTTS are ON MY TABLE and they're pushing my table from dancing. I get so mad and frustrated I'm telling these people to MOVE AWAY FROM MY TABLE AND FOOD. They move but then proceed to continue harassing me, my time, my food, my table, my experience, all of it. I finally flag a server and she tells me that she's able to move me but only to a spot that's directly in front of the speaker. But the sound/music was NOT the issue, I had NO PROBLEM with the noise. My issue was RANDOM BUTTS near MY FOOD. So whatever, I move. I'm finishing the rest of my meal. DJ finishes his bongo set and walks out apologizing for "the headache" when it's not necessarily the DJs fault, it's the manager's/owner's fault for not controlling the situation. Then I get my check. On top of that whole experience they mischarge me and charge me for additional items that I did not order. I go up to the counter and ask the one and only server that has been helping me and the rest of the customers to fix the issue. However, she didn't know how to adjust it so she calls over someone from that group of the owner hanging with their friends in the corner. The food itself was average compared to most seafood boils and lacked flavor. The spiciest level was nowhere near spicy and was mild at best - if I had to compare it would be like the lemon pepper seasoning at BWW. The food had me fighting for my life the next morning. I went to the beach and I had never ever experienced such a stressful almost accidental explosive restroom moment in my entire life. That should give you an idea of the quality of the food. We stopped in for dinner the other night. There is plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself is small but charming. Love the artwork in the building. We started off with several appetizers. The golden onion rings, the delicious Cajun fries and the yummy fried green beans were all great. The best one was the crab fries. Don't miss out on those! The Captain's Chowder in a sourdough bread bowl was next. I love clam chowder but I will always get the Captain's Chowder from now on. I love the tomato base and the sausage. So warm and comforting. Everything we got was really good. We pretty much ordered almost all of the appetizers: onion rings, Cajun fries, fried string beans, garlic noodles, fries with crab meat, and captains chowder.for the seafood boil we got shrimp, corn, clams, crawfish, potato, and corn with All-in sauce and mild and it was soo good. Came here after seeing an advertisement on Instagram and decided to give it a try. The restaurant is well decorated and has a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated that the market pricing is clearly displayed on the wall so customers know exactly what to expect. Our group ordered a pound of shrimp each. Since we came on a Sunday afternoon, the wait was a bit longer than expected. That said, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since they haven't been open for very long and are likely still working through the process of a new business. While waiting for our shrimp, our fries came out first. Although I thought the portion was a little small for the price, they were crispy and well-seasoned. The shrimp was decent, not the best I've had, but not the worst. I do wish the shrimp itself had been a little higher quality, but the seasoning was flavorful. As we were leaving, the restaurant started getting much busier, which is a good sign. However, it also seemed like they were a bit understaffed. We had to wait a while to receive our check and then again for it to be picked up. Overall, I think this restaurant has a lot of potential. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, but this Labor Day visit was embarrassing for a restaurant charging almost $50 a head. Being from Florida, I eat seafood boils constantly, and what they are serving here is an absolute insult to the culture. All You Can Eat" where? They bring out tiny portions meant for a toddler, force the whole table to share, and cap reorders at a pathetic 1/2 pound at a time. To make matters worse, crab clusters are an extra $15 upcharge--and the cluster they brought out was so laughably small it made zero sense. Why are we rationing like it is the 1940s! You get ONE potato. ONE piece of corn per person. The shrimp came out completely un-deveined. I paid nearly $50 to eat shrimp poop? Absolutely not (see picture for proof). Their "mild" sauce tasted unnaturally sweet and ruined the seafood, while the "medium" was the only thing remotely decent with some flavor. To cap off the disrespect, expecting a $15 tip when the service model isn't even traditional table service takes serious nerve. The staff on duty was great, but good customer service can't disguise dirty shrimp, ruined sauce, and aggressive rationing. Don't waste your hard-earned money here!! read more

Personally I had a great dining experience here and found the food to be great! Came in on a Sunday night around 8p and it was moderately busy. I had been craving clam chowder and ended up getting a pound of shrimp with potatoes and corn, and a side of rice. I chose the sauce that was recommended by waitress as the favorite sauce. Medium hot, I didn't want anything too spicy. I was pleasantly surprised at the clam chowder and loved the bread bowl option. In my opinion good clam chowder is hard to find around here so I was very happy with it. The Cajun butter garlic seasoning was perfect and so juicy and flavorful. This was my second visit, and I probably should have left a review after my first experience--but I didn't, so here we are. This time, I placed my order online for pickup. During the ordering process, I received a notification stating that my order would be ready in approximately 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I was about 15 minutes away, so I figured the timing would work out perfectly. When I arrived, I walked up to the counter and gave the cashier my name for the pickup. Unfortunately, my order still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes before receiving it. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant and the establishment seems welcoming. However, when customers are given an estimated pickup time--especially when ordering ahead--it would be appreciated if the order were reasonably close to being ready upon arrival. Hopefully, they can improve the accuracy of their online pickup times because waiting an additional 15-20 minutes after already allowing more than the estimated preparation time defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. read more

The restaurant looks cool inside and outside! So in the AYCE, my friend and I had lobster tail, crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage and I had all lemon garlic mild spice. Everything was excellent and tasted so fresh! To wash it all down, they have Pepsi products. I did have Dr Pepper on one round, and unsweetened iced tea on another round, and they kept refilling my water! My friend and I also shared some wonderful sides of fried green beans, onion rings, which I had well done, fried shrimp, and lemon pepper fries. Their ranch dip and aïoli dip are so great with the side items. If you get a chance, please come and try this out. Come hungry and make sure you order everything that you're gonna eat so you don't get charged extra for taking it home. But if you do, you won't regret it anyways, because it was all so good. And everybody at the same table needs to please make sure that you agree on all the items that you're gonna eat so that way you can all finish it together. That also helps not get any extra charges and it also reduces waste. I also was blessed to be able to speak with the owner Margaret while she was there. She is such a sweet lady and I am definitely glad to have met and talked with her. Finally, I know seafood boil can get a little expensive, so they do have a regular menu and also a lunch menu for a little bit more cost-efficient items as I know some people are having a tougher time. The food was hella good. I dont know what anyone would give this place anything under a 5 stars. First off I am going to start by saying seafood boil is my favorite food, so when I saw Crab N Spice move in near me I was excited to try. Finally made our way over there today, the restaurant itself was very clean, but also it's recently opened so that's to be expected. We decided to try the all you can eat (shrimp, mussels, & crawfish) we asked for the seasoning to be "all in" medium. We received our food and it looked great, we started to dig in an realized there was next to no spice and an off putting sweetness to the spice, we looked and saw the "all in" included a coconut spice, so we just thought "okay that's our fault" and moved on. The mussels were *okay* the crawfish were TINY and the shrimp were huge, but it was so difficult to get the shell off because the shrimp were mushy - which is never a good sign for shrimp. We decided to do a second round and order some snow crab clusters (my favorite) and we decided to order the Cajun crab & spice mix with the lemon garlic (to try and avoid the random sweetness) we were wrong, there was still a sugar sweetness to the spice which was off putting. Especially for what we were being charged. Note that the TV was playing a WW2 graphic violence movie while we were trying to eat. Please also take all these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as they have posted EVERYWHERE to give them a 5 star review for a freebie of a Thai tea. So yeah....
