There's plenty of seating, but this location fills up quick during dinner. I love getting their shrimp skewers with veggies and adding more shrimp skewers and a side salad. Honestly whatever their sauces are are just amazing. From the garlic butter on the shrimp to the lemon dressing for the salad, it's always fresh and so so good! They also have some fun soda options that I don't find at many food spots. Staff is always friendly and food comes out ready and fresh in a good amount of time. Not loving the kiosk ordering but stopped to try their lobster roll with my son. Lobster rolls were very small but I guess for the price that's what you get. The amount of lobster meat was okay for the roll but really no flavor and chewy. I've had many lobster rolls not think this would be the best but better than it was. I write this review with mixed feeling as I do like the food they offer and for the most part, the employees are nice at this location. A recent experience changed my perception and made them loose my business and want to share that with the public. I work at one of the establishment in the area of the restaurant so I visit this location at least once a week and purchase food for my 4 family members. Needles to say, as a seafood restaurant I spend an average of at least $45 per order. A few weeks ago I placed a takeout order and once I got home realized they had forgotten to put my wife's food in the bag. Obviously I called and explained the situation and a guy by the name of Alejandro answered and was nice about the mistake and said to just mention it next time and they'll make it for me next visit. We phone ordered the week after and the same Alejandro guy took the order and remembered the situation so added the missing item and took the new order. When I showed up to the restaurant a manager by the name of Anthony greeted me with a dry tone and long face. I explained the situation and that I was there to pick up a new order and the remake of the missing item from the previous time. He said to me " aren't you here all the time for remakes?". To what I said " no. I'm here often because I work in the area and like the food. Only time I'm here for a remake is when you guys mess my order up like in this case". He turned and asked the Alejandro guy if what I said was accurate and he confirmed so Anthony proceeded to check me out. The whole time with an angry face and tone and not engaging with me at all despite my attempts at small talk. How is it possible to have a manager like Anthony at a restaurant and expect it to be successful? Your team messed up, so the least you should be doing is being apologetic and welcoming since I'm having to waste additional time of my day to pick up a correction of an old order. The food is not cheap at this restaurant and imagine the situation I had to deal with initially when I got home missing a family members full order and we dont live less than 30 minutes away from the restaurant. Because of this and other issues I've experience at this location, CFG can forget about my business. I will not support a company that is arrogant and unable to recognize when their team is wrong and have incompetent, rude, untrained managers like Anthony running the place. This location is in a busy strip mall area and is convenient when you've had a full day of shopping. Sadly, it is not on par with other locations of this franchise. We stopped by mid afternoon after what seemed like a late lunch rush. They were out of ice, on a warm day, and had to borrow ice from another restaurant just so patrons wouldn't have to drink warm drinks. Really could use an upgrade to their ice maker. The food took a bit longer than usual to come out and as seems to be the theme for this visit, not up to par with other locations. The zucchini side was very lackluster flavor wise and completely overcooked, while the grilled fish portion was smaller than that of which I have been used to receiving here. They also somehow ran out of some sauces, and this was mid-day. So we had to wait for some to be found about 20 min. later. While the employees are nice and try to be accommodating, this location is not up to par with other locations in the chain. I'd skip this one if you have other locations to compare to. read more

I had only visited this restaurant one time before many years ago. I really wanted to satisfy my taste for a fish sandwich, so, I chose this place, and that's exactly what I ordered, along with the fries. I used the kiosk so there was little interaction at the point of sale, but I did have a few questions, and the Manager (I didn't get her name) was great. The one thing I did notice, that didn't sit well with ME, is the fact that the young lady bagging the to go orders allowed them to sit way too long. On top of that, she never called one name for those orders while I WAS THERE, and 2 of the orders were for customers that were waiting when I walked up. One of those customers made friendly conversation with me, and we discussed her wait as she pondered over if that was in fact her order (which turns out it was), followed by the gentleman who appeared to be a bit bothered. Mind you, I waited a little over 20 minutes for my food, so I witnessed this, just to address any 'how do you know questions in advance.' Point is, if you place a to go order you may want to make sure you sit/stand up front so you can be mindful of what may in fact be your food just sitting, waiting to be bagged. Oh, and, 'no' she was not so busy that she couldn't take the few seconds to bag their orders. She didn't appear to have an attitude though, so no complaints there. Now, on to the food itself. The fish was light, and crispy, however, it had a lot going on-the greens, the pickled onions, the tomatoes, the sauce- a lot of different flavor components. The condiments, I'll just say, overwhelmed the fish a bit, so I found myself having to remove some of the "extras" and take a piece of the fish off just to see if it was tasty, and I did enjoy it. I love this place. It's always good and the price is very affordable in today's high cost of food. The fish n chips is as good or better than the best restaurants that offer it. Always hot crispy but not oily. The fries are fried perfect and seasoned wonderfully. You won't be disappointed. Today we had the shrimp salad on gardens greens as opposed to kale.
