Everything is house-made-- the sauces, the bread, everything is made fresh when you order. ‍ Baked Ziti Bread Bowl Huge, soft bread bowl filled with flavorful ziti pasta. Made fresh so it takes a little longer, but it's 100% worth the wait. Spaghetti Really good, but the sauce is on the sweeter side. I personally loved it, but if you don't like sweet pasta sauce you may want to try another dish or ask to taste it first. Beef Empanadas So good and even better with the two dipping sauces they serve with them. Chips & Salsa Hot, thin, crispy chips with a salsa that had great flavor and the perfect spicy kick. Garlic Bread Butter, cheese, and garlic... absolute perfection. Cannolis The perfect sweet ending. They did not disappoint. If you love Italian food AND Mexican food, this place is a must try. Went with a party of 9 on a Saturday night. Got there at 7pm and the place was almost empty. The food was decent, the prices weren't bad. The service is where things were lacking. Long story short, multiple orders were missed when they brought the food out. Couldn't get refills on drinks (beer, soda, water) unless we flagged them down. I had to walk to the bar side to ask for refills as the waitress and host/bartender were just standing there talking. Again, it was empty. We were the only party there and I had to go flag the staff down. When we left around 9, they had the lights turned off on the bar side (closes at 10pm) and the waitress was sitting up front talking to someone and they were definitely waiting for us to leave so they could close up shop early. My biggest concern was the service. The two people who we interacted with were polite and friendly, just not attentive. I would stop by again if I'm in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way to go there. I feel like Panzarello's Restaurant is the type of place that Gordon Ramsay should feature on Kitchen Nightmares. This place has so much potential. It's solid but falls short. I want to like it, I want to see it have success and it worries me how empty it was for a Saturday night. The food concept is great (Italian/Mexican fusion) but the fusion itself is lacking. I worry that maybe it won't be around much longer since desert cases are empty and Dr. Pepper is on the menu but no longer available. We ordered the Bruschetta and the presentation was nice. Everything was great both presentation and taste wise except the bread. The bread fell apart (not in a good way) and tasted old. It hit me at this point that this would be better with like a fried tortilla as the bread (fusion). The best thing about this place is their jalapeno. I have a very high spice threshold and on this particular Saturday night they were Super spicy. The Jalapeno Alfredo Pasta is solid but at the end of the day is a very bland and basic pasta dish saved by the Jalapeno. The Mexican Pizza is more CPK than Taco Bell. The one we ordered probably stayed in the oven a bit too long but it was decent. It worries me that this place was empty (literally two other parties there when we ordered) and they left the pizza in too long. The other thing that bothered me and yes I realize how snobby this sounds..is how they just leave random things out in random places. Like I feel like I shouldn't be able to see these ladders and tables from where I'm eating. It's sloppy. There was one woman working outside of the kitchen when we went. So she was the only wait staff, the hostess etc I don't know her name but she was great. Fast service, offered refills and very nice. This place has fair prices for items as well So in closing I want to see this place succeed but I fear it's gonna fall short. It's so close to being great but sadly it's just average. I think we came with the wrong expectations. I ordered the blackened salmon which was overcooked, rice may have been from a bag, big ole pieces of carrots that were rare :) my husband got the chicken Marsala, the breaded chicken is not breaded fresh, probably frozen, and the sauce was cream and white wine and it was obvious and weird tasting. The garlic bread tastes like the dirty burnt toaster oven it was prepared in. The empanadas were GREASY, and meat tasted frozen. If you're looking for a nice sit down, NOT here. We went to try out their lunch. wow, what a suprise. They have an 11:00-3:00 $10 lunch special. We ordered their peppers & sausage and a roast beef dip sandwiches; shoestring fries included. On Wednesday they have a wing special with or without bones for $.60 each minimum of 10 wings. we ordered the 10 boneless wings dipped in buffalo sauce with a dipping sauce of blue cheese dressing. the sandwiches were great; loaded with meat. the fries fresh and crispy. Over all, experience was ok. Steelers fan so I heard about this place on social media but upon arriving it seemed as though the newbies don't get the same service as the weekly regulars. An example would be, there is a sign up front that says wait to be seated so we waited and saw multiple staff members passed by, but no one addressed us. We finally decided to ask can someone see us and then we were told where to sit. Servers didn't seem to come to us regularly neither unless we called them over or went up to the front to ask. Before leaving, we also had to go up front to ask for our card/receipt back it was just sitting there on the front counter. I have been a regular at this Steeler bar for the last three years. I was just kicked out with a police escort, because I refuse to pay the 20% gratuity that they automatically add to the bill. I told the manager that the service was poor that we had to get our own drinks from the bar and I had sat there for at least 30 minutes without anyone coming to wait on me, she argued this fact with me. She also told me that I was sitting at a table where I didn't belong, even though I had called and requested that table as well as put in a request online. she told me I did it wrong. I paid the bill, excluding the 20% gratuity and she gave it back and called the cops. 4 - yes- 4 cops showed up and told us that we had to leave immediately and not return. They stood by the door and waited for us to leave. I cannot believe a business like this, with high prices, bad food, horrible service and the fact that they would risk their reputation on a $10.20 tip!! Word-of-mouth is everything and I hope that they are not around for very long to rip more people off !! They really called the cops!! Omg !! The waitress was attentive, so I will start there. Saturday afternoon, the bar was full of football fans, this was just fine. However the food was not good. Chips were thick and cold and no taste they were old. I ordered Shrimp & Spinach Dip Sautéed shrimp with a spinach and garlic cream sauce served over crostini. Bread was too crusty and hard, and the sauce was over salted My sister had the carne asada taco meal, beans had no salt and no flavor. Great little restaurant with very good prices, the menus is Mexican Italian fusion cuisine, they have a variety from chips and guacamole, Mexican pizza to delicious pastas and pizzas. Our favorite so far is the Albondigas Soup! We have not eaten in yet, only taken food to go so we can not rate the service, but one thing we can tell is that the food to go is delicious every time. The staff taking our to go order is very attentive and the place is clean and and has a very good atmosphere. They have a bar on one side of the restaurant that can seat a good amount of people. Had high hopes going in after checking out the menu on their website and seeing the pictures from yelp. After looking over the menu at the table, it seems about a 1/4 of what was on their website was missing. I was planning on trying the croquettes or the loaded fries from the appetizers, sadly neither was there upon inspection. The italian enchiladas sounded good, also missing. The The pasta boscaiola also missing. I ended up getting the carne asada plate. It came with some nicely cooked asada , long grain rice and beans, tortillas, and some sort of pasta sauce/salsa? It desperately needed something else like lettuce, onions, pico de gallo, cilantro or some guac/sour cream. The prices were decent and the service was fine, once we finally got seated. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon as I don't live very close. Otherwise I might give it another go in a few months assuming it was an off day or a transitioning period for them. read more

It was on the plate, alone. Wow. It was very average. I was really hoping for more, but this was not that. I could not recommend this. Kid's Pizza: very cheesy. Crust: very average. I hate to say it but AMC theater's pizza actually is better and I really don't like saying that, but that is the fact. The pesto pasta with chicken: average. Not remarkable. It was freshly made but no flavors to remember. They serve bread on the table with margarine. If you are into that, this would be a plus. The bread 1 sampled, was good. Many folks would prefer a vegetable as an antipasto, as opposed to bread. Like a salad, not an extraordinary ask. That should have been offered on the menu with a meal-- since that is basic, balanced nutrition. Fast food includes fries or substitutions. When did restaurants become so blah? I really wanted to like this place. It is convenient, and has a comfortable vibe. The food will not be bringing us back. Maybe we picked the wrong things . Came here today, our waitress Jovanah was absolutely incredible and the table bread was the best bread I think I've ever had. We had the empanadas as our appetizer and we couldn't decided if we wanted them baked or fried but they said they would two of them each way so we didn't have to decide. I took my grand kids to lunch here a few days ago. Nothing we had was freshly made. The kids pizza was obviously a frozen pizza, very bland. The kids chicken strips were almost burnt. My beef dip sandwich was disgusting. the roll was dry and stale. the meat was sliced very thin dry and cold. the sliced meat was cold to the touch, at best it was a bad roast beef sandwich, and even then it was inedible. The soup was bland and veggies were super mushy. Seems they serve day old soup. The service was super slow, even though we were one of two tables in the restaurant.
