I am so glad my husband made us go! Walking in, Rocio Durcal was playing, yup reminded me of mom's kitchen (RIP Mom). The buffet for 2 with a coffee was only $40!! The display was very homemade, and they didn't had a lot of variety, but I can say they had quality! I had a tostada de Tinga, Birria, chile verde, bistec à la mexicana, pozole, and fresh handmade corn tortillas. We had a cup of coffee, Bunuellos, fresas con Crema, and flan. Everything was 10/10!!! Mexican food not authentic at all not sure if they have a cook that does not know what real Mexican chilaquiles or huevos rancheros look like but if you've never had Mexican food before then maybe this would be your to go place and be fooled. Customer service was EXCELLENT and FAST!! We have passed this place 1000 times and kept saying we're gonna stop. Potato tacos brought us in but we had a little bit of everything. One vegetarian in our house. She loved the potato tacos. Also tried a chicken burrito, a sope, a cheese mulita (which is basically a quesadilla on a corn tortilla) and a quesadilla. All were excellent. And they give you a small bag of chips and salsa. Clearly the chips are homemade. They're the best part honestly.... So crunchy and thick. Every time i pass by their Mexican breakfast buffet sign, I tell myself I definitely need to give it a try. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and I loooove Mexican food. When we walked in, I was wondering why there was no buffet and was confused thinking maybe there was a selection in the back. To be fair, my mind was expecting it to look somewhat like the El Torito brunch buffet or have a lineup of items like other buffets. What we thought was like an appetizer side was actually the full buffet. The full buffet included scrambled eggs with salsa, refried beans, napales, and hash brown, similar to McDonalds hash brown, birria meat, rice, cake, fruits, and ceviche. Did not feel too much like breakfast to me, but we still decided to give it a shot. Maybe because it wasn't too warm or because we arrived a few minutes until the switch to lunch buffet. The staff was nice and welcoming. Seating was plentiful, and we helped ourselves to the food. The eggs were just ok. The birria meat was tender and had good flavor. Just needed a bit more salt. This taco sho is incredible! We placed a huge order for our family on the phone (with lots of changes and additions) and when we got there it was ready and exactly correct. My family took me out for tacos on Father's Day and we hit up Tacos Los Carnales in Upland. When we walked in there were a few people in line, but the line moved quick, and it wasn't too long of a wait for our food. I got 4 asada tacos, 2 pollo tacos, 2 al pastor tacos, and 1 grilled shrimp taco. I was happy with everything I had. The asada was my favorite with the grilled shrimp a close second. The chicken was cut thin and has crispy edges and reminded me of homemade pollo. The al pastor had hints of sweet from the pineapple, but it wasn't overpowering. I only tried their red salsa and it didn't have too much heat. My daughters had pollo and asada tacos and my oldest pointed out that she thought there was a lot of onion on the asada tacos, which is means there was a lot because she is a fan of onion. My wife ordered the tacos dorado plate with beans and rice and was happy with her order. If I go back I'd probably get a couple of the grilled shrimp tacos instead of just one. read more

My wife was in the mood for a simple bean & cheese burrito. However looking at the other offerings brought us here. Birria Tacos are all the rage right now and they seem to have that covered. Upon ordering I opted for the birria quesadilla. The taste was good if you don't mind a lil greasiness. It is kind of a hole in the wall taco place after all. The food came with chips and they had 3 choices of salsa(green, red, or picoso - red also). We tried the first two and they were good. The cashier was friendly and the order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. This place is located in a kind of shady strip mall right next to a laundromat. Big Lots and Stater Bros are the anchors. There was a guy sitting in the trunk of his car awaiting his laundry drinking a bud light. Tip: maybe park a lil away otherwise you'll be competing with the laundromat clients coming and going from their cars with hampers etc... My only complaint would be - they forgot to give me my drinks and I realized when I got to the car and had to go back. I am guessing that hiring is a challenge as it appears to be most everywhere and the cashier might have been newer as I heard her mention that was the second time today that she forgot drinks. read more

The manager was very nice and extremely helpful with recommendations and let my friends all try their nachos off their menu! He went out of his way to made sure we were good and had a great experience. We also got a chance to try their new Jarritos with tajin and it was delicious and paired well with the food. They also have really good fresh salsas with great flavor that paired well with the tacos. They also had the inside decorated which felt really welcoming and festive.
