Definitely not for me, especially with all that oil that is served. Would you like some chicken with that oil?! The chicken was a little weird too. I went when they opened and the oil may have been old. The French fries were a dark color instead of golden brown.

I wanted to do a quick follow up to my previous post. I ate the sandwich that was "remade" which was only meat added to the bread but I appeared to have previously had vegetables on the sandwich (since there was lettuce and some sort of veggie residue on the box). I wasn't trying to be difficult so I just ate the sandwich. A few hours later, I got sick. I hadn't eaten anything after this meal and had expressed consistently that I cannot have any of their veggies in my food due to severe allergies. If a sandwich is remade, gloves and knives must be changed. The remnants of veggies on my sandwich was evidence that they hadn't prepared a new sandwich. I had digestive issues for two days.

I am totally disappointed right now. First, let me say that the restaurant itself is clean, well maintained, and looks great. Second, the staff was extremely friendly and on point, helped me through my order since this was my first time here, and there was plenty of courtesy. But it's the food that makes any restaurant successful, and frankly, I don't see how they are still in business after seeing what I ordered. There's the photo. Look at it. This is exactly how I saw it when I opened the box. The meet and cheese are seriously lacking here. Doesn't even cover the bread. I'm not saying that the sandwich has to be overstuffed (even though that's how most cheesesteaks look when I get them), but this is only enough meat and cheese for maybe half of that bread. I reluctantly ate it (I was in a hurry-never a good time to try something new) and it at least tasted good, bread was toasted and warm, meat and cheese had decent flavor, wasn't the best but it was acceptable, but there was so much bread and not enough substance. In my opinion, they would need to double the meat and cheese (and not for an extra free either) before I consider coming back here.

Got the pepperoni cheesesteak large but when I opened it the meat was just on one of the buns had to divide the meat myself and add it to the other bread. Also got a 10 pc boneless wings and they weren't burnt. The fryer they used as well taste like old oil that hasn't been cleaned out.

I chose the drive through and there was a reasonable wait for freshly made food. Ordered the beef and the Chicken Philly cheesesteaks. It was a nice change of pace from a burger joint or a sub sandwich. Overall we gave it a four out of five

Don't waste your money- Was so excited to try this place but am completely disappointed in the quality and quantity. Portions are incredibly stingy with the meat. I ordered one small Philly cheesesteaks one small bacon 3 cheese cheesesteak with extra meat. I don't know what I got but it wasn't that. The amount of meat you get on a sandwich is pathetic. I can't even tell the difference between the extra meat and regular portions. There is literally 4x more bread. Also I'm not sure what they think bacon is but this isn't it. It was like a slice of cooked ham. Paid 24$ for food that subway could have made better and paid a lot less. Staff was polite. Went through the drive-thru.

Came by for lunch with a buddy, kimberly helped us out, probably one of the best Charley's workers I know because the service was absolutely phenomenal . I've been to other Charley's before but this one is different, I'll definitely be returning and recommending my friends and family thanks to kimberly

The Philly cheesesteak was disappointing. It had far more bread and cheese than meat, and didn't resemble a traditional Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich felt mostly like a roll with cheese and very little beef. I wanted to try this place as you would think if it has cheesesteak in the name it gotta be good. Well the need to visit places doing it right and change it. I hate soending $$ for food that disappoints. It could of had more beef. It is a cheese steak.

I've been waiting for this place to open and I finally had a chance to stop by. I purchased a large cheesesteak sandwich and paid approximately $3 extra for extra meat. What I got was a sandwich that unfortunately had tons of mayo, a lot of lettuce, a lot of tomatoes, and a lot of bread, a little bit of unseasoned meat and clumped cheese. The entire sandwich almost cost me $20 and I was unfortunately let down. All I tasted was mayo which was dripping from my sandwich. This place just opened and if they don't make changes ASAP, they will go out of business. So sad..... If I could have given this place a zero star review, I would've. Last picture is what this place advertises what their sandwiches look like...don't be fooled!!

Staff is friendly , store is clean , Grabbed a regular Philly cheese steak and cheese fries with a regular peach lemonade . Everything was hot and tasted delicious . Will be back . So glad this location is close to where I live .

This was my first time trying this place. It will be my last. I'm sorry to say. First off I got a kids meal for my granddaughter. It says pick your sauce ranch or whatever so I picked ranch. I got charged $.99 for the ranch. THE wings were overcooked. The french fries were the best part of the meal just strange everything about this place is just a NO for me. The cashier was nice really nice. But he was talking to somebody else regarding the $.99 for the ranch. He was confused and probably should've been trained more but he was absolutely polite. read more

Stopped by Charleys Cheesesteaks and was pleasantly surprised. The cheesesteak was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I like it. The steak was flavorful, the bread was soft with a nice toast to it, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm craving a good cheesesteak. Highly recommend giving it a try! The food was OK. My wife and I ordered cheese steak sandwiches. They didn't have a lot of meat in them. My wife ordered a plate of hot wings and fries which she thoroughly enjoyed. The place was empty, and so the surface was good. We asked the young lady behind the counter how long they've been open and she said since Thanksgiving of last year. We told her we drive by it all the time and wanted to finally stop in and support our local businesses. Would we go back? My wife says she would go back for the wings, I would not go back. read more

The food was absolutely delicious and came out within 10-15 minutes. It was super flavorful and they added a good amount of meat. It also kept well until we got home. The service was also really good! The servers were very kind and helped us out a lot. Both separate times we came in the same day... ANYWAYS, the ambiance was also really nice! The food was good and the young man that helped me was nice but the manager was being very rude to his employees because they did not give me the right cup size. He belittled them right in front of me and I felt like that was not appropriate to do in front of a customer and they way he did it seemed disrespectful to his employees. read more

The restaurant is very clean, the staff was very friendly - those are the reasons this place gets 3 stars from me. The sandwich I was served was cold. Bread was legitimately cold. The meat was barely warm, the cheese couldn't even melt on it. I had high hopes but after that experience, I can't see the point in spending money on something like that. Again, staff was wonderful and the place was very clean. But the food... the whole reason people come to a restaurant? Not worth it. read more

I believe this place is under new management, the Customer service is excellent! We ordered the philly cheesesteak sandwiches and the bacon loaded fries, everything was excellent! Got to experience this place for the first time tonight and I was not disappointed! My sandwich was delicious, perfectly portioned and full of flavor. Jayden went out of his way to assist us, which made the experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. Came back the next day and tried their meatball. It was fine, but enjoyed the other two subs a lot more. The location has no indoor seating but they have three tables outside. The lady making the sandwiches is very friendly and professional. No public restroom though. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and craving a good sandwich!

Yep- Safe to say that your favorite Yelp correspondent has gone SWEET on Sourdough & Company and its lineup of well-made sandos on that incredibly satisfying bread! Over five visits spread between the three stores, I've ordered their pastrami, brisket, chicken salad and peppered turkey breast sandwiches, always in the largest size, which clocks in at 8" long. Tonight, my first foray to its Upland branch, I returned back to the order that shot my foodie heart with its well-aimed arrow- A hot pastrami and provolone served with the house spread (a balsamic mayonnaise) and onions on their unctuous sourdough. The staffers, two young men of hugh school age, were kind enough to let me use the restroom even tho it was close to closing time and they'd just freshly mopped the floors. The decor of all the S&C stores is the same- Farmhouse Americana. Pro Tip #1- S&C will sell you loaves of their just baked sourdough. $4.99/loaf but each loaf is 16-18" in length (check out my photos for an eye-opener!) and reasonably healthy.... Pro Tip #2- Each loaf of S&C's chief moneymaker is packed w/ 12g of protein and its sourdough composition actually makes them a much smarter choice for diabetics because they offer a better glycemic index. Translation? The glucose is released into the bloodstream at a slower, steadier pace, averting a rapid sugar/carb spike. Suffice to say that I'm an ardent fan of Sourdough & Company and am rooting for their continued success! Make sure you get to your nearest branch (Monrovia, Yorba Linda, Upland and soon to be Chino Hills) and discover a healthier alternative to most sandwich shoppes!
