Where to begin.... We ordered a salad. How can you mess up a salad? It was a slice of sandwich meat and slice of American sandwich cheese. There may have been plastic left on the cheese!! I've got a soft spot for mom and pop places, and Angelo's 6 Burger is one of them. The food is super tasty and you do get your money's worth. The loco fries come with a heaping pile of pastrami, beef, and cheese, and you can ask for salsa to add some additional flavor. The burger is huge and you can opt for a single or double patty (which can easily feed two). They even put avocado in it, which adds a nice creaminess and complements the dressing. The employee who helped us proactive offered to cut it in half for us, which was appreciated. Drive through and dine-in available. Cash and credit card accepted. Free parking available. I ordered French toast, eggs, sausage, and bacon--the French toast was watery, eggs barely seasoned, and overall lacked flavor. For $10-12 it'd make more sense, but at current pricing it misses. Not sure if the prices went up or not but I spent $50 for three burgers and some onion rings and zucchini. We got the burgers home and the buns were hard! They tasted old. The burgers were dry and there was way too much lettuce. The onion rings and zucchini had way too much breading on them and they tasted just ok! Not to mention that they cost $9.00! Not worth it! I love this little place, not too far from home. Today I had a machaca burrito with salsa. The burrito was so big that I could only eat 3/4 of it! Looks like tomorrow i am eating the last 1/4 as leftovers. The people at the cash register were really nice when I picked it up as a GrubHub order. They say, "don't judge a book by its cover" but in this case, you get a pass after getting food here. We did a quick errand and wanted a quick dinner. Dropped in for a charbroiled chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Omg. The bread thou... it had to have been more than a week old. It was so hard. The chicken was like a small cutlet. My wife and I went there for breakfast. I've personally never had anything else other than their Chicken and Waffles. The waffles have a homemade taste that is delicious! The butter and syrup were a great addition. Whatever batter they fry their chicken is beats any Chicken spot. My wife had their Pastrami Chili Cheese Fries but she wasn't impressed.
