Chile verde nachos
Sheri C.

Still one of the best nachos we've had. We also get the chili verde burrito but didn't get a pic. Highly recommend.

I always drive by this place and finally stopped to give them a try. The lady at the register was nice. The ambiance was nice. They had a TV on with some music playing. The seating area was clean. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, which came with fries and a can of soda. I also ordered a carne asada burrito. The food wasn't bad. Thank you!

Torta de asada.

Great spot if you are in the area and are craving a Torta. The food was great, you really pay for what you're getting. Staff was friendly and very quick to take order and make it. Restroom was also clean especially if you need to make more room if you know what I mean. Not from the area but if I ever was in the area again I would return.

Supreme Burrito that fills up the whole container! AND IT IS DELICIOUS!

I am so happy I found this spot. It is within walking distance of my house. I came here the first time when my better half and I were signing three escrow papers. The first time I got red chili fries. It's like chile Colorado. They were delicious. My wife got a tostada, and loved it. Yesterday I took my son there. I got the same and he got the Supreme burrito. I thought that $16 was way too much for the burrito before we got it....Boy was I wrong..... You get way more than you pay for!... My high schooler couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. I ate some the next day and it was delicious. Tender asada, tasty beans, amazing guacamole! I an fed the three of us plus have leftovers for all of us. The restaurant is small and both times it was warm inside. The first time we sat inside and ate. The secund time we took the food to go. Each time the cashier had a hard time ringing everything up. These are minor inconveniences. Please support this small business. They work hard, and turn out some great food!

This reminds of a place I grow up eating. A nice lowkey spot. I throughly enjoyed the pork chili fries. Next time I'll be sure to order a medium.

Super delicious food. Food portions are insane and pack a great punch. Chile verde nachos are bomb. Service is quick.

No favor when it comes to burgers and more lettuce than anything else. Fries are ok but need more salt. I would stick to the Mexican food.

Anyone know if they will open back up and when?

They're back open! Hours are still Monday-Friday from about 10:30/11am to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 6pm and closed Sundays.

Has Choice Burger closed permanently? Yesterday evening it was closed and it's closed again today?…

Saturday's they close at 6pm, rest of the week at 7pm. Sunday's they are closed. No problem :)

Casa Díaz serves some of the best, tastiest, most authentic Mexican flavors on this side of the…read moreUS-Mexico border. The owners are from Jalisco and that reflects in their cooking. Their "carne en su jugo" is legitimately delicious! I'm not usually a fan of carne asada but a friend ordered the carne asada plate and offered for me to sample from her plate and I was absolutely floored. This place does not skimp on quality. The cut of the meat was top quality. None of those awful cuts with lots of chewy nerves here. Pure tender deliciousness. Me and my wife LOVE teje shrimp burrito. Again, the ingredients are top quality and fresh. This is not a budget restaurant but it's not obscenely expensive. Expect to pay about $30-$50 per person here. This is one of the few restaurants that is worth every penny. On Sundays around brunch time, there is live mariachi, which is great if you're into that sort of thing. They also regularly have dance events, live music, and DJs. There are many reasons to visit. Check it out!

First of all, the decorations are amazing. The first thing that caught our eyes were the hanging lit up butterflies. They really make a statement. Next to them is a tree covered in Christmas lights, and next to that is a lit up aquarium looking thing. Even when I went to the restroom, I noticed that the cement floor had sparkly gold specks and something that looked like the Milky Way. As a vegetarian, I was so happy that the menu had leaf symbols so that I could quickly tell which items I could ask for without meat. The food came out fast. It felt like we had barely ordered them and the waitresses were suddenly coming out with them. The portions were huge, like my sister ordered the grande nachos and it really was grand. It looked like an appetizer that was meant to be shared with a group of people. The food tasted good. I enjoyed my meal so much that as big as it was, I devoured the majority of it and only stopped because I was too full. Towards the end, one of the employees asked if he could take away my plate and even though I knew he wasn't our waitress and it probably wasn't his job, I asked him for boxes instead. When our waitress came to our table to ask if I wanted boxes, the other employee at that moment handed us the boxes. I thought it was nice that the other employee did that for us even though he probably wasn't expected to. Overall, we had a great experience here.

The dining area is a very clean and comfortable. Once seated, an aji verde salsa and cancha was brought to the table. The cancha is a nice touch, the corn is crispy and light. I ordered the Pollo Saltado with an extra portion of rice and a Chicha Morada. The beverage was very refreshing. The meal came out quickly. The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish. There was plenty of sauce from the stir fry for the extra portion of rice I ordered. I plan on ordering the Lomo Saltado next time. The staff were polite and efficient. Plenty of parking in their lot. Definitely on the list for the next time I am in the area.

They give you corn nuts and a spicy sauce on the house. We tried the yuca fries which came with a cheese sauce and it was tasty. The ceviche had a perfect lime tang to it. I've only ever had Mexican ceviche so this one was different but delicious. There was sweet potato, red onion, corn and corn nuts. For the entrees, we tried the pesto pasta with beef. The pesto was a bit heavy but the beef was SOLID. So tender and flavorful especially if you drizzle the spicy sauce they give you at the start of the meal. The other dish we tried was the lomo saltado - beef with rice and fries. Also a very good option if you prefer rice/fries over pasta.
