I was surprised with the level of service. I usually don't bring up service in the first sentence but the entire team exhibited a friendly service throughout the entire dining experience. My accomodations were met and all the meals were made right. For us, while Chili's was good and service was top notch, the value for the money is not there in terms of the menu selection. Maybe we missed happy hour or didn't see the specials but when compared to other locations nearby, Chilis was a more expensive experience for us. read more

Been awhile since been to Chili's. Wait was longer than normal due to kids out of school and last minute shoppers. 20 minutes wasn't too bad. Definitely a lot louder but everyone seemed in good spirits. Our server was exceptional!! Tried the Tex Mex Fresh bowl. Super yummy and filling. Although not a fan of the red pesto. Husband had chipotle chicken basket with fries. The highlight of his meal was his drink w/the very cute mustache straw. Daughter had the Triple Dipper: sliders, mozzarella sticks & Nashville hot chicken. Overall a good night with some tasty food!! read more

We love chilies for weeknight dining with the kids. We popped in here the other day and the place was so busy they told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the wait. We put in our name and they gave us a pager, which allowed us to go back to the car to wait. Good thing because the lobby was overflowing and the front door was being held open. I suspect many people didn't stick around when they heard how long the estimated weight was because15 minutes later our pager went off and we were seated at a table for six. Service was great and we enjoyed ordering from the new menu. We indulged appetizer, sides and meals but because portions are large, we were able to share and got out of there under 100 bucks for our family of five. What a bargain. read more

I was so excited to attend the Meridian Chilis Annual Unemployed Conference and chat with some friends over the infamous "Triple Dipper." Let me just say, the thrill did not last more than five minutes in this God-forsaken establishment. For starters, I had to wait a fortnight and a half to be served my "Triple Dipper" order. I had been seeing the Cheese Pulls from the Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks ALL over my Facebook Reels feed, and I was incredibly dissatisfied when my mozzarella stick had absolutely zero stretch and buoyancy. Additionally, my server profiled my entire table and accused us of trying to dine and dash. I am unsure whether this was a racial microagression, but I was incredibly disappointed that this event occurred. This ruined the ambiance of the entire trip. I could not even crack a smile during the birthday celebration of the table across the room, which is out of character for me. I love birthdays, especially mine, as I share a birthday with the late podcaster and activist Charlie Kirk. Finally, I ordered a Cookie Skillet for the table, and it had an extremely metallic flavor to it. I am still unsure whether this will be beneficial, as I have low iron, or poisonous, as it tasted more of lead to me. I plan to get my bloodwork done after this experience, as I may have been severely poisoned at this Chilis location. I will try to update this review accordingly as new information is released. Entering this location, it's the standard Chili's flare. We were greeted with a big smile and quickly seated in the bar. That was the only thing that kind of irritated me, only because I feel that sitting in the bar should be a patron choice and unluckily for us, there was a loud party in bar area that made it difficult to converse with my husband due to the noise. Our friendly server came out immediately and drinks magically came out moments later with our chips and salsa. Chips were crispy and fresh with a generous salt sprinkle and the salsa was great. I ordered the Santa Fe Salad and hubby had the chicken tenders with fries and Mac & cheese. Again, dinner came out within minutes, followed by prompt drink refills. My salad was impeccable; dressing was spicy yet delicious. All toppings and lettuce were crispy and fresh. Husband loved his tenders-hot and tender (no pun intended), fries were perfectly cooked and the Mac and cheese was creamy. We gobbled everything up at a feverish pace. Service was always attentive, prompt and friendly. The food, service and ambiance is always consistent. Everyone tries so hard here to make it a good experience. We regularly eat at this establishment and usually have a pretty good experience with service, food quality, etc. but this time we went in and were charged $1.50 for water and we have never been charged that in any of our prior visits. Overall decent food but I've been here a few times for pickup orders recently and every single time there is no one at the to go counter. I end up having to stand around for 10-15 min before I get acknowledged by anyone and they give me my food. We only came in since we had a redemption gift card and our expectations were low after our last Chili's experience, but we decided to give this location a try. We were immediately greeted by the sweetest host, Sam and she asked us how we were doing and if we had any plans. She promptly sat us and recommended we sign up for the rewards program, which we did. Came in for dinner and Monday night football. We normally don't eat this early so it was dope to see how busy they were! There a good amount of people out eating dinner, it was fantastic. We sat in the bar tonight so we can catch the game. We were greeted pretty quickly. Our server grabbed our drinks and food orders and got the party started for us! Our chips and salsa came out quick! Not too long after our queso got delivered. Both items are pretty consistent as every other time, they were good. My chicken enchilada soup was tasty! It had huge chunks of chicken in it. For dinner I got the triple dipper. I like the variety of things you can get! I grabbed the southwestern eggrolls and the honey Chipotle chicken crispers. The egg rolls did look differnt to me. I don't remember the wrapping of the eggroll to be so thick and the filling had such a small amount in it. The egg rolls have changed and you totally get your money's worth of egg roll wrapping that's for sure. Not impressed. The honey Chipotle chicken had good flavor. The texture of their chicken is something I can't seem to like. I remember the chicken crispers being fire back in the day but they changed it and it's never been the same. So we were forced to pay for a salad that wasn't eaten due to an inaccurate description on the menu - it said nothing about being spicy but it was VERY spicy. The salsa wasn't spicy but still had good flavor. My boyfriend and I had the triple Dipper. It was very good and the food had grest flavor. I have to give this place a thumbs up. We had the 3 for me specials. The Special Sauce burger was very tasty. After cutting it in half, it was very manageable. The fries were large and not battered (a plus for me). The potato soup was tasty. I had the Mango Tea and it was yummy. The crispy chicken sandwich was very big. For $11 per meal, it is a very good deal. The chips and salsa were a fail. Lackluster salsa that seemed to be equivalent to the boring crap on grocery store selves. Chips were very thin and not very good. I would advise people to skip them. Service was great and the speed of the food from the kitchen was correct. For the money, the tri-fajitas meal is the best. Beef, chicken and shrimp and we also add in the guacamole! Legitimate question for the restaurant; what do you folks cook your food in! Margarine, butter, tallow, real extra virgin olive oil, canola oil or other seed oils? It makes a huge difference health wise. Typically restaurants opt to use the cheapest and unhealthy oils, which is of great concern to us. I have also read that fast food places and restaurants are allowed to sell fake meats like lab grown meats as there is no law against this, yet! Grocery stores must disclose by law though. We stopped by for dinner after a long day trip drive. The food was superb; I had the Chipotle Chicken bowl which tasted fantastic and all ingredients were fresh. Wife had the Oldtimer burger with cheese and it was very flavorful, juicy and cooked medium well - no pink. The bun and topping were all fresh. The seasoned fries are always excellent but we can't fully enjoy them because they are so loaded with calories. The signature chips and salsa are excellent, although very mild. We love their thin, fresh homemade corn chips that don't fill you up. And we ordered the beef queso which is always a tasty favorite. It is served plentifully in a skillet and we weren't about to leave the leftover on the table. Our service Rebeca was extremely well trained and always came by at the right time to check on us. She gave us a full bag of chips, a full cup of salsa as well as a box and extra cup for the queso! Outstanding. we enjoyed that queso and chips the next day. After a long drive I relaxed with the Presidente Marguerita, served in a martini glass but with the bulk of it in the mixer so you can refill at your table at your convenience. It was delicious. Its a noisy but popular place; typical sports bar atmosphere. But everything was clean including a well maintained restroom. They have some specials on the menu that save money but selection is limited. We are old fans from 40 years ago but I am impressed how this chain is staying relevant. We will make the half-hour drive from home in the future as a destination for dinner or lunch. read more

Haven't been to Chili's in years. When we found out that there was one in the area I thought I'd take my daughter for lunch. First off, the restaurant bathroom was clean. The ambience despite how busy it was perfect for a family and friends. Service was friendly, informative and quick. Food was ready in less than 10 min and tasted excellent. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. It tasted just like I remember. Nice and fresh, not greasy. For dessert we got the chocolate molten Lava cake. Still great after all these years. My friend got the monthly margarita it was mango she said it was good. I ordered a black bean burger, when the food arrived, I was served a regular burger which I did not accept (the plate never left the servers hands). She took it back to the kitchen to get a black bean burger for me ..... 15 minutes went by and still no black bean burger, my friend slowly picked at her dinner since mine was so late. Finally, my black bean burger arrived, the server said she was sorry it took so long.
