Top tier chilis experience here. We went on a Sunday evening and had no wait at all. We were able to be seated on the patio, with a nice view of the water. While we were still in the process of ordering our drinks and food, they brought out my margarita. I was shocked at how fast they were (the server was inputting drinks/food on a tablet) and the service remained speedy during the rest of our meal. I don't think the food was any better than other chilis we have been too, but it was really solid. My son told the waitress it was the best chilis ever as he chowed down on his chicken crispers. I split a burger with my husband as part of the 3 for me and we upgraded to the dip trio. Super solid and although it's a bit of a drive, we will go back. read more

Sometimes you just have a hankering for Chilis and this one didn't disappoint. The views on the patio are beautiful and they allow dogs on the patio. Service was great. Very clean inside, Subways are usually sort of messy when I go for lunch. Staff was very upbeat and asked me as they built my protein bowl if I had enough sauce, cheese, lettuce, etc. that was a first for Subway! They also told me I had a $2 off coupon and a free cookie I'm the app that I was unaware of. The app is paying off and I appreciate them reminding me. This is the best Subway I have visited to date and will definitely be back on my next visit to Marble Falls. read more

Arrived at 4:25. We were sat quickly in the high traffic area by kitchen even though there was a lot of open seating. Waited 10 min for waitress to get our drink order. Turns out she was the bartender. Then another waitress/to-go lady brought us our unsweet iced tea and water. After 5 min, got up and asked for sweet n low. Had menu folded on table ready to order. Terrible service. Terrible manager. Had to wait forever just to get 1 refill. The waitress was not attentive at all. Then to top it all off, she ran my card for a ticket that wasn't mine. When asked to fix her reply was "oh let me see if my manager can fix it". I asked to speak to the manager about it afterwards and he was aggressively rude. Not a way to do business. This Chili's is always very clean, very comfy temp, not too loud of music, and good service. The food is typical chilis food (I prefer Applebees but I do like some chilis stuff and there is no Applebees within an hour drive) and the drinks - alcoholic or not are always perfect. I have been in there many times over the past 5 years since I moved to the area and always good. I wish I had thought to do a review after being waited on back at the end of summer by the bartender-- that dude makes a killer martini (weekdays, mid day, he's white with blondish hair....id recognize him again but don't know his name). I love the patio when it's not hot out but will sit out there if it's loud or crowded inside or if they are going to do fireworks over the lake. I know that chilis fajitas aren't 'fresh' made in the truest sense tho still always good which is a bummer but I've never been disappointed by the food when I want chilis food. read more

Some of the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life waitress took 20 mins after asking 2 times where our waitress was they couldn't do one thing right food was wrong order a margarita got it 35 mins later after we got our meal it was wrong had to wait another 25mins for them to fix it food was served cold order a beer and waited another 15 mins just to get it and it was wrong to then another 10 just to get the right one ***DO NOT GO OR EAT HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE*** and all this happened with a 2 and 4 year old so you can imagine the stress every time we ordered something we had to keep asking where it is and did she forget. Drinks were good, service was good food was horrible. Probably the worst food experience at a Chilis ever. Party of 6 with two kids. Our bill was around 150.00. They even messed up the burger we ordered. It definitely had been sitting under the warming lamps and was so dry. Not even edible. The chips we got with our triple dips were greasy and not cooked. After driving we all decided it was time for a stop.. We stopped in at the Chilis and it was a great first time experience. My husband and I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadillas, they were not good at all. It was mostly tortilla and it was too fried. For the price, what a rip off! We got home and we still had a bad after taste in our mouth. Our daughter had the chicken tenders and she didn't like them at all. Her fries were about the best thing on her plate. Our waitress was very nice, attentive and checked on us quite a bit. The menus were very dirty, I didn't want to touch them while looking at the menu. The restaurant was pretty clean, except for under our table, there was a lot of food on the floor. We only came here because we arrived around 8:40 pm and every where else in town closes at 9:00. The view is the best selling point. We stopped in after Blue Bonnet Festival in the next town over. The food was all superb, and managers were active. The only odd thing was the host and server. The host said they were bringing a high chair and never came back, and then the server essentially did the same thing. Ended up, standing around up to 10 minutes waiting for the chair. I get it could sit down and wait. The problem is my toddler will flip and cause a scene if we offer the adult chair, then throw him in the high chair. Its not that big of a deal but it was enough time to make a difference on the experience. The server was a little slow on service throughout the meal. After experiencing a new place in Kjngsland giving terrible service we decided to leave and drive 25min to chili's . From the moment we walked in to be seated we received 5star service ! Tommi the manager and waiter both went beyond our expectations! Never walking by without checking on us. Our shrimp fajitas came out just as ordered hot and sizzling . The buffalo wings had a nice kick and everything was quick with all the sides we asked for ! The presidente margaritas went down smooth after a hot day . Absolutely trash!! Rats, roaches and danger zone soup! This is a absolute joke of a restaurant. They have interior from the 80's and leakage from the AC unit which is asbestos falling on top of food and guests. The patio is falling apart, even after they have "remodeled" it has black mold and dry rotted all underneath the patio. The bathrooms are beyond refurbishing; need to truly be remodeled completely, this restaurant needs to truly be broken down and re done. read more

This is my absolutely favorite Chili's! The patio is right over the lake and the view is beautiful! It is a must whenever we are in Marble Falls! The food is Chili's. Solid and like any other Chili's establishment. Great value and toddler approved. They also have one of the best kid menus, IMO, because they allow a lot of customization and have fun mocktail-esque drinks for the kiddos. My usual order is always the honey-chipotle crispers. My favorite thing on the Chili's menu and obviously delicious because I even converted my husband to my order. All in all, it's a great value and good food, but the real reason is to enjoy a beautiful lake view. read more

This place is a hit or miss when it comes to service and the works. Some days it's great and some days it's as of the waiters are "just there" and some days (can feel it in the air) like it use to be in late 90s early to mid 2000s "them colored folks" are here. I don't know what the procedures are as a waiter/ess but I remember when you walk by a table, even if it's not yours but as a curtesy, stopping and asking if everything is ok or if anything is needed...that wasn't the case here. The place wasn't busy, steady but not slammed ad it can be. Our waitress was nice but some "common sense" wasn't there. Case in point, if a person/family/group has plates, finished at that, stack at the end of the table that might indicate to "take them away" especially when checking on that table. Clearly, that didn't happen. Not even the other waitstaff walking by didn't ask or mention if we needed these taken. Is it a "big deal" no.. but this basic duty of a waiter/ess is basic knowledge. One waiter would check on his table in front of ours... then go check on the table behind us not once checking on us or even acknowledging us, which we were in the middle of the two tables. Maybe he wasn't supposed to .. I don't know... but that too from a customer service lane has changed. The food was ok, however, what I got was not that impressive. I believed it was called "Carne Asada Lime...something"(Pictured). Anyway, it should be called "Mexican Rice and Black beans with four strips of Carne Asada" because the rice and beans took over most of the plate! $15 for that! No way, never again. Who ever decided that was a good idea clearly didn't think it through. I mean, add MORE meat then I'd agree, but if I wanted rice and beans with a side of steak ... then this is the plate to get. The steaks were "tasty" but not enough to "water" my mouth. Not docking the chef or the workers from this location, but this items on that menu needs to change to meet that asking price. It's disappointing actually. The rest of our food was decent. The triple dipper is still a fan favorite of ours. I'd still go back to eat there. read more

Visited October 11, 2023, lunchtime, with a group of women. We sat outside. Really disappointing. WAY Downhill from a few years ago. The restaurant wasn't crowded (apparently for good reason). The restaurant was dirty, with poor service and mediocre food. (I had a salad.) Nice view of the lake, but that was the only thing I enjoyed. I'm surprised they still have the franchise. This restaurant is RIGHT on the water! Great views, but unfortunately the service was subpar. Our waiter continuously got our orders wrong and then jumbled up the separate tickets at the end. The ambience here is nice and there is quite of view of the lake. It seems to always be packed, I have never had a problem with the service. I don't care for Chili's much just because when I'm through eating my mouth feels like it is coated with an inch of grease. But it is conducive to large groups and it is a lively place. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a few drinks and some appetizers and enjoy the company of your friends with a good view then this would be the place for you. read more

Saw all the bad reviews and decided to leave my 2 cents. I got a burger and fries both of which were good. My wife got their new chicken strips and I attest that they were great as well. Unfortunately COVID hit the restaurant industry hard, and it takes a talented management staff to overcome the obstacles such as staffing shortages and supply disruptions. This Chili's most certainly lacks that management! This location will continue to suffer as long as current management stays in place. The only reason this isn't a one star rating is because our waiter tried very hard to provide us great service. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have been to in a very long time. It was 10:30pm on a Friday night. The place was dead, maybe 6 tables occupied inside. Every open table was covered in dishes except the one where we were seated. Almost the entire bar was covered in dirty glasses. The floors had visible food and napkin litter on them. We had to wipe the table with wet-naps to get it clean. Our waiter was great. He apologized for the mess, said they were doing the best they could and handled himself professionally. Our order was correct, the waiter was attentive to refills, and our food was hot. The meal was typical Chili's, not awesome but ok for the choices we had there in Marble Falls. It's proximity to the Hampton Inn next door made it super convenient but it was very disappointing. read more

The sign on the door that they had reduced hours due to staffing issues should've been my first red flag. Ordered a burger and what I got was raw bloody hamburger meat slopped on a bun. This picture doesn't do it justice. The other side of the burger was even worse, falling apart pink hamburger meat dripping blood. I can't believe she even served this.
