I tried the double patty old-timer burger and it was okay but the rest of the meal had plenty of opportunities. We tried the smokehouse pick-two sampler with ribs, brisket quesadillas, and fries. The ribs were extremely dry and had a jerky toughness. Meanwhile, the quesadillas were really soggy--a disappointing dining experience. The service at the bar was a miss, the bartender seemed to be stretched thin ans needed help. We got help from someone help I g at the bar and she was pleasant and engaging, kudos. The bar area was a bit dirty and needed to be wiped down. read more

We went to go eat on a Sunday, it didn't appear very busy. But yet our server only came to our table once and to get refills on our drinks we had to ask another server to get them. Additionally the food runner who delivered our food handed the food onto our hand instead of placing it on our table. As my mom grabbed the plate she burned herself. The manager came over and did apologize and left she just said she will take care of the plate which my mom burned herself. Definitely will not be coming back the service needs to be fixed and managers need to retrain their food runners in how to properly deliver the food. 0/10!!! read more

During a family gathering, Chili's gift cards were offered up. Chili's was the spot back in the day. I quickly looked up this location, and decided to give them a try again even with all the bad reviews. We ordered online for in person pick up. It was poorly lit inside and the smell of an old rag was circulating throughout. This location felt like it had definitely given up. The girl working the counter was friendly and the food was ready when I arrived. I got to the car and I was a bit shocked when I checked the food to make sure there was no cheese on my burger. I ordered a medium burger and it was completely overcooked and strange looking. Portion size was ridiculous for the price as well. I decided to suck it up and drive home. Maybe the taste would win me over. Four meals were ordered and all were either over or undercooked. Both burgers had meat that crumbled and fell apart. The fries tasted as if the oil was reused a thousand times. The chicken tenders were a soggy mess and lastly the ribs were undercooked. The health department needs to give this place a visit. I decided to call the customer service number and report. No response yet from the restaurant itself. Everything was thrown away. read more

Casual dining in an excellent location, steps away from Manhattan Village and The Point. Orders take too long. Food presentation was not good and meat not cooked. 3 stars (and not one) because Salsa and chips were fresh. Mashed potatoes were really tasty. Drink was good. Enjoyed the Triple Dipper. No customer service. They will leave you sitting at the table 15 mins even if it's not busy. Entrees and appetizer came out together. Unprofessional environment. Staff standing around talking to each other and or scrolling through their phones, disinterested in being at the restaurant. Had to find someone to take payment. Enter at your own risk. read more

This had to have been one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. First and foremost, my girlfriend and I love Chili's. However, this location is TERRIBLE. They're understaffed, and the one's who are working are high school kids who don't care about this job whatsoever. I had to ask 12 different times (yes, I counted TWELVE TIMES) for a margarita. I wound up walking up to the bar myself and getting it straight from the bartender, which is absolutely insane if you think about it. The staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Food was lackluster, and did not have the specifications we asked for (sauce on the side). My waitress did not care at all about my poor experience. Just a quick "sorry, here's your check" Overall just disappointed. I understand mistakes can be made, but when there's a clear lack of care or effort to remedy, it's sad and frustrating. read more

My husband and I went to this location recently, about 6:30pm. We were not greeted upon arriving and, flyer waiting for about 7 minutes, decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. We walked to an open booth and we're not greeted by anyone so we stopped a hostess to ask if we could seat ourselves and was told that it was ok. Upon sitting down, we noticed that the seats were uncomfortable and worn but, at this point, we decided to stay. Our feet kept sticking to the floor because the floor was dirty, and we waited for almost 10 minutes before our server addressed us. She seemed to be the only server in the area at the time, and was serving 3 tables simultaneously. Her service was ok, we felt rushed as we gave her our orders. When our appetizer was brought to our table, we had no napkins, utensils, or plates to use. We had to repeatedly ask for everything we needed to eat our food. When my order of SIZZLING fajitas was brought to the table, it was NOT sizzling....it was barely warm. We had to flag someone down to ask if it could be taken back to the kitchen to be warmed up and thankfully, the server assisted us. My husband's shrimp were also cold and needed to be sent back to the kitchen as well. Overall, the visit was less than pleasing. Thankfully, we had some assistance from the staff but it was annoying to have to ask for things that should have been readily available. Also, looking at an overflowing trash can and dirty dishes and counters is not a good view. It made me loose my appetite so I packed up the majority of my meal to enjoy at another time. Our friend group usually does trendy spots for birthday occasions but this year the birthday boy opted for a pragmatism and nostalgia thanks to the hype created by Jake Jonez. The manager, Ricardo was super helpful over the phone and in-person accommodating a group of 25 on a hump day. Saint was a great server that kept such a large group under control. Chilis is a place for when you're starving or wanna share a plate. Don't be fooled by the menu the portions sizes are crazy for what you purchase. If we could rate this a ZERO star we would for LACK of cleanliness! Taste - We ordered the chicken tenders (original and crispy) and ribs. Both were cooked well and tasted good. Atmosphere - They are following social distancing seating. We were seated near the bar which was filthy! There were used glasses and dishes stacked everywhere. Given the issues with COVID-19, this has to be a health code violation! The server was also the bartender and used her BARE HANDS to place the limes on the rim of the glasses! EWWW! LAmazing Service with Great Vibes!! My date and I had an awesome time at Chili's in Manhattan Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ashley G! We were having a blast, joking around and being a bit silly, but Ashley rolled with it and kept the positive energy going the whole time. This restaurant has become my kids favorite to come to! It is clean, the staff is super friendly, and our food always comes out quick and super delicious. We've had Nini as a server a couple of times now and my kids love her! They always run to her and say hi if she is working. Don't usually review huge chain restaurants like these but I was actually impressed by the food. I LOVED the Alex's Santa Fe burger with a black bean patty ($11.29). A "big mouth" burger for sure...there's no way to bite into this I literally ate it's separate components, lol. BF got the shrimp fajitas ($16.99) and commented the shrimp was sort of charred (well...it comes on a sizzling platter so understandable). Cheesy enchilada soup was delicious per usual ($3.99 with an entree). Place was PACKED on Saturday evening and they do not take reservations (only for large groups). We waited about 25 mins but had fun wandering around the surrounding shops. Service was friendly and fine. Easy plaza parking. read more

We came in on Friday night, Jun 28. I came in with my coworkers as a farewell dinner as our employer closed the business. The place was busy but we were lucky and were seated in a few minutes. I'm really surprised it only has a 3 star rating! The service is good, it's a newer location it has a lovely vibe with multiple TV's, awesome music and the food is great, too. What can I say about this restaurant.... If I wanted to be ignored, I can have that done to me for free at the DMV. It is painfully obvious that the service staff probably MUST be here as some sort of work-release program. No one wants to be here. Between the really bad food (cold, old, tasteless) and the bad service (waited for someone to even notice that we walked in), I'm really wondering how this place is still here. They need to be put out of their misery so hopefully the last thing we remember was Chili's in their heyday in the early 90s. This place is as happy as the COVID wing of a hospital. Never coming back 0/10 would never recommend to friends The only thing that wasn't bad was my wife's iced tea. It truly takes effort to fail this badly. read more

First time to this location in a very long time. We arrived at a busy time (early Sunday evening). We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes and the waiting area looked pretty packed. We also tried another nearby restaurant and they had the same wait time so we figured we would stay here. In about 10 minutes we were told our table was ready! Great! We were seated in a half booth and there was enough room on the side of the table to park our stroller. We didn't plan to bring in the stroller but our daughter fell asleep and we didn't want to wake her unless we needed to. We ordered the dinner for two special for 30 bucks. It included an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert! The list of approved items was fine. We easily found choices for all the meals. To start we ordered the chips and guac and I ordered the chicken fajitas. My husband ordered the mango chicken and for dessert we chose the cookie skillet. My dad ordered a neat deal: meal for 1, which included a drink, appetizer, and entreé. My dad had a unique order for the chili. He wanted the sauce poured on top instead of mixed in. And they got it right! The only hiccup was that our chips and guac appetizer was never brought to our table. It would have been helpful to snack on them because the food took awhile to arrive. Even when our food was finally brought to our table we had to remind the server we ordered the chips and guac with the meal deal. So after we said something they brought the chips and guac out much later. Oh well. They weren't that good anyway. The chips were so thin you couldn't even have a small scoop of guac on your chip. You had to use a fork and carefully place it on the chip...and it might still break! The mango chicken and the chicken fajitas were fine. Nothing special. I noticed mostly onions for my grilled veggies, I wish there was more of a variety with that. The dessert cookie was delicious! Freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream. Can't do much better than that! Perfect size for sharing. All in all, even with the appetizer mishap we still had a nice dinner and we would be happy to return here again. read more

He's been coming to this location since before I was born and I'm damn near 40. But this time I came alone and the place was packed. They don't have a big seating area. It's like a bar with about four seats to the right and four seat seats to the left so it doesn't accommodate many people, so people order to go. And that was my plan. I walk in and the server (with his chef at and money taped to it) and I grab the same menu. He allows me to have it, and he grabs another and gives it to one of the customers. I say all this to say that he definitely knows exactly when I arrived. However, A white man walks up less than a minute later and for some reason he decides to ask him if he ready to order, as if I'm invisible. This was the second time that this happened to me today and God knows how many times has happened to me in life. So at some point, I just have to stop ignoring the fact that Black people aren't welcome in certain spaces. Maybe we are by law, but not at all met with respect! That is all!

I opted for the green salad as my side, which was served separately (which was nice), and filled with fresh mix lettuce, carrots and cherry tomatoes, cucumber and ranch dressing. The restaurant had some games for kids to entertain them which is great for families, especially while away from home. They offer a full bar and specialty coffees as well. Antonio shared they have a new breakfast menu that I hope to try in the morning.

Chili's is a well-known sit-down restaurant and bar. It was started by Larry Lavine, who was the first to open one around the area of Dallas, Texas, right on the corner of Greenville Ave. Even with a slow start, Chili's began to pioneer its casual dining experience all around the world. I'm often told to try it out because of their delicious crispy bacon burgers and cajun chicken pasta. Their burgers are known for their juicy and tenderness flavor. It was around 7 pm on a Sunday when my friend and I couldn't decide what we were in the mood for eating. As we walked around Manhattan Village shivering from how cold it was we realized we had a diverse amount of options to pick from such as Olive Garden, Islands, California Pizza Kitchen, Chili's and much more all in which sit in the Village. As we walked around we heard a loud glimpse of laughter and conversations coming from the right side of where we were walking. We turned to the side and we see the restaurant Chili's we thought why not eat there, it looks as though everyone is enjoying themselves! As I walked into Chili's a breeze of clean mopped floors delightfully hit my nose as I was being greeted by an employee. I noticed how clean everything was as soon as I came in, from mopped floors to clean windows everything was at its best you would be impressed. I told the waitress "table for 2 please". As I began to walk to the waiting area I hear a loud yell "Table for Valerie," I thought to myself, wow that was quick! I followed the waitress to our table to be seated. Everything was so clean, the booth and table looked as if it had just been wiped down. I then began to read the menu, finally, I told the waitress the drinks we wished for as she brought our utensils and ice cold drinks we continued looking over the menu I saw a deal "2 for $24" it was 2 entrees and 2 desserts. I thought to myself ,"Wow what a great deal!". The waitress then came back ready to take our order, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger that came with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and a slice of melted American cheese and a side of fries. We waited about 10 minutes then finally our food was brought to us. I could smell the charcoaled cooked meat as it was approaching our table. Ranch and barbeque were brought to me without the request. I then cut my burger in half only to see how juicy and mouth watering the meat wrapped in bacon was. My fries were so soft and tasteful and not too briny. I finally bit into my burger tasting a tender, succulent piece of meat filled with crunchy fresh lettuce and tomatoes and a slice of melted warm American cheese leaving a tasteful aftertaste melting in my mouth. The bacon was very crisp and juicy not too dry nor too seasoned which left me satisfied. Lastly, the buns were flavorful and soft topped with sesame seeds. We then got to dessert, the waitress told us they were known for their molten cake which is what we chose to order. Five minutes after ordering our dessert it arrived...a warm chocolate cake topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream followed by a chocolate and caramel drizzle, you would love it! I then began eating the cake, and as I got to the middle of the molten cake warm chocolate fudge started gushing out from the center of the cake almost like an erupting volcano. The cake was well dulcified, as I ate the cake it would nearly melt in my mouth each time. I highly recommend this friendly restaurant to you and your family or even a group of friends. read more

I was once a avid fan of Chili's. I'd come here any chance I'd get. This location is probably my favorite, due to the cool bartenders and the fact it's close to my house. I've been to several Chili's locations and they're all more or less the same. Decor may differ slightly at each location, but the level of service and quality of food stays pretty much consistent. The food here is tasty. The burgers are delicious, as are some of the appetizers. I love that they do a late happy hour from 9pm to close, and happy hour ALL DAY on Sunday. Hallelujah! The only thing I can knock this place for is this...on more than a couple occasions, the food took a LONG time before it was served. Not sure if this was due to the server forgetting to put our order in or if they forgot to bring the food out to us. I remember one particular incident when we'd placed our order and then waited 30+ minutes. The server happen to walk by our table to ask how everything was. She immediately had that look on her face that cries "Oh Sh**", told us our food would be right out and bolted for the kitchen. The food was pretty cold by the time we got it. We were so hungry, we didn't want to chance another delay by asking them to heat it up again. So we just ate it the way it was. I will say that I've had many fine meals at this establishment and these incidents aren't really that common. But they've happened enough times to lower my opinion of them. Despite this, I still enjoy an occasional visit to Chili's every now and then. Usually for a quick lunch or just to grab a beer. The staff here is super friendly, prices are decent, food is good.
