Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Staying at the hotel next door and WOW have we been hearing mixed reviews of this Chili's! Naturally we had to come in and see for ourselves. Our experience with the service at this location was stellar. We were seated immediately, which doesn't typically happen on a Friday night. Our waiter was PHENOMENAL. We unfortunately did not catch his name (dark brown hair, under 21). He was extremely personable, timely, and so much fun. He had us laughing every time he came back to check on us. He really made our experience here a great one. As for our food, it was pretty standard for a chain restaurant. To drink I ordered the infamous Presidente margarita. It was well mixed and is definitely worth the price. We shared the Dip Trio as an appetizer and selected the white queso, salsa, and guacamole. The guac was a little too thick, but everything else about this app was perfect for three people. For my entre I ordered the Santa Fe Salad. It was the perfect amount for the entre and had a great ratio of toppings. If you're down for some spice the Sante Fe sauce that comes on the side is the perfect amount of heat for a simple salad. My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla. In my opinion it's pretty hard to mess up a quesadilla and as you can see from the photo, what she received was pretty standard. For dessert we decided to dive into the Molten Chocolate Cake. If you're a chocolate person this dish will not let you down. Needless to say the plate was cleared seconds after the photo was taken. I'm pleased to say that this location was relatively clean in comparison to what some of the other reviews say. We even had a woman in the elevator of our hotel say she couldn't believe we came here because she "saw a roach crawl across the bar" during her visit. We can say that we did not witness anything disgusting or dirty in any way, so maybe this spot has cleaned up their act a little (pun intended). read more

We got the 3 for me the 15.99 deal and the quesadilla had no flavor and was almost cold. The soup we had to wait 15 minutes for was cold and the potatoes in it were not done. The waiter was super busy with other tables but was really good with checking in on us. read more

This location is dirty. Food is decent enough but if the dinning room is as filthy as it is the kitchen can not be any better. Just look at the dust and debris under the booths...this just after they opened. The walls in our booth were dirty as well and the glass had all kinds of marks and smeets. Unkept! read more

Chilis is Chilis. No matter which location I go to, I'm pretty sure what to expect. What sets this Chilis apart is their customer service- or lack thereof. This was the second time that I've been "helped" by the server, Grace. Both times being served by her were similar experiences. She didn't come over to our table until we'd been sitting there a while, wasn't attentive, and seemed liked she just didn't know what she was doing. Is it laziness? Is it lack of experience? I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it's not working. With a restaurant where the food can be sought out so many places, the staff is what makes it great. I'm very disappointed with the management and the service with this store. I've eaten in here multiple times and DoorDash often and the negligence is quite consistent at this location. This is the second time they have sent an order without checking to make sure all the items I paid for were included. I called the store twice and when I finally got to speak to speak to someone the manager was rude and said that the store is "very busy" and "sometimes items are forgotten for door dash orders". More than half of my order was missing and the food that I did receive was poorly put together. As a former Chili's employee I'm very disappointed. My family frequents this location, but after this afternoon NEVER AGAIN! I have contacted corporate but decided to bless Yelp with this review as well. My daughters and I decided to dine in at this location and was greeted with obvious disappointment by Jason. The booth he was supposed to have us seated at had left over food crumbs, residual from drinks, etc. I asked could he wipe the table off and from then he must've went on a rage mentally. My daughters decided to eat outside because it was a little loud; so I asked the manager on duty if we could sit outside and he said, yes. Well, that must've sent Jason over the edge because he came outside to where we were seated and THREW the menus at us. I spun around in my seat so fast and asked the manager standing there what Jason's problem was? The manager on duty assured me that he was going to handle the situation, but I'm not sure that was the case. My daughters and I then decided to leave. I'll be damned if I sit there and pay and allow someone to be as disrespectful as Jason was. I told another waitress to let the manager know we were leaving and why. I took my girls to the car and came back inside to make sure I had the correct name to report. When I asked the waitress for Jason's name, he looks me up and down as if I was the scum of the earth and scoffed. I proceeded to tell him to find another job because he's definitely in the wrong place. There is no way on Earth that I would step foot back at this location and I highly advise others to do the same. Some things you should not ever accept and that's disrespect. ordered door dash and it was horrific first I paid 80$ for my order and it was all jacked up no sauce on the chicken crisper, did not get the ranch I ordered, my kids meal didn't come with apple juice the triple dipper had one egg roll and two crispers and like I said they had no sauce. Called to speak to a manger and the manager Bonnie said that this was a door dash issue which was BS. What did they do Bonnie wash the sauce off the chicken and take the extra ranch and a tiny box of apple juice??? she then told me I could come back up and get my items so by then my food could be cold and un edible.... Nooooooo These people were not nice at all! Coming back from vacationing in Mrytle beach we decided to stop off at Chili's and grab a bite. We were all a bit eager to get food from the long drive and get back on the road. The people at this Chili's made it impossible. The service was slow, my friend was use to getting food combinations differently at our local chili's and instead of the waiter saying no or let me check, he kept getting the manager which came over but never said anything to us, he just stood & watched ( I guess being supportive- LOL). Seating sucked, the tables were so close that we were bumping into the people behind us and we could hear every word they were saying as if we all could have been sitting at the same table. Terrible, just terrible! The visit was pretty ackward, we were a party of 5 and we all felt the same way, that we weren't welcomed. We barely finished our food before asking for the check. The acting manager or owner, Sam, allows high schoolers (under 18) to nearly work 40 hours a week (our waiter told us last visit). Allowing his employees to make staffing decisions is unprofessional. As a business manager you should be able to navigate "bullies" in the workplace. After a few years without going , went to lunch and after almost done with the salad , there was huge mosquito .. long legs at bottom of plate and the insect was still moving his head towards the outside of the plate . I almost threw up! They retired the plate . I requested that they eliminate my plate from the ticket . I will NOT go there again . And by the way , the manager asked me to call next day to speak with the GM because she could not give me gift card or anything to help me come back . You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. I have Celiacs and an inability to eat meat due to AGS. I even have to take pills to eat cheese. I typically order the bottomless potato soup, w/o bacon, with a garden salad, minus the croutons, but was surprised today after I had drank half my margarita that this is no longer an option after 4pm. So, I refused to order something to just get garnish. The waitress advocated for us, after all, my husband was ordering a huge steak. The manager let me have a one time order of the bottomless soup and salad, but this still means I can't eat at your restaurant again, and won't. We have eaten at your establishment at least once a month for as long as our local Chili's has existed, but clearly discrimination against people with food allergies is the new Chilli's. And, no we will not be eating supper before 4pm. You were a go-to place when we traveled too, but this need to cut corners and the only options that work on your menu for my allergies, says it all. You only got a few stars because the waitress did her job and advocated for her customers.
