Great service, atmosphere and food! Be prepared to be treated like a local and welcomed when you order.

Five stars in every aspect. Great food, excellent staff, cheery vibes! There's even two pool tables for people to enjoy. Even though the restaurant was packed, we got our order in quickly and the food didn't take long to arrive either. Chef Salad - Highly recommend this if you're in the mood for a salad. The portion is HUGE, and they don't skimp out on the protein. The Netecke Whale - A solid, standard burger. You cannot go wrong with this one. Lucky Burger - I personally like this one more than The Netecke Whale, because it also has bacon, mushrooms, and onion straws (yum!). Nathan's Lucky Dog - If you're in the mood for a hotdog, then I'd suggest this one. The chili and coleslaw really hits the spot. Add a side and it'll fill you right up!

Chicken salad I have to perform surgery on! Smh

I ordered a burger wrap with ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Didn't know I'd have to open it up and ADD the ketchup I ASKED to have added on it. I had to remove the mushrooms I ASKED to not have added to the chicken salad. I also have to cut up the chicken for my salad as well. Crazy!

Not much to look at from the outside. You might even think, there is no way a place like this could be good BUT step on in and you might be surprised to see a room full of people dining, drinking and enjoying themselves. I am SO glad we checked the Yelp reviews and tried Lucky's Sport Shack. The reviews were spot on this place was amazing!!! We were greeted by Stacy. She was so sweet and helpful and just a joy. Lovers of fried mushrooms, we had to try them. They were delicious to say the least. But that was just the start of a great dining experience. Stacy was always smiling and always asking if we needed anything but then what's this?? Brittany the other server also came over and checked on us. No way!!! Fabulous service and great food. We were there on a Friday so the special was Seafood. Are you thinking what I was thinking?? They probably just serve fried Seafood!!! But Oh My Gosh, nope their seafood platter was available fried, grilled or blackened. We ordered fried and blackened. The food was brought to us by Darryl, the third server!!! Wow. What great teamwork. The food was great! It was fried catfish and it was definitely amazing. Blackened and fried we both enjoyed the meal. The shrimp was so good too. And the price - just right!! Wow. It was truly a special!! We ended the meal with their Tuxedo Bomb. Layers of chocolate mousse in a chocolate shell. It was a fabulous way to end the dining experience. We had an added bonus on this visit, live music!! We really enjoyed listening to the performer!! It was a fantastic dining experience. I'm not kidding, I suggested we return Saturday to try out other meals and enjoy the great service. So definitely if given an opportunity, we would return. If you go based on this review, I hope you have the same dining experience as we did.

My husband and I stopped for dinner while on a road trip and had an amazing experience! The vibe was chill, the staff were welcoming, the food was delicious, and they had a great beer selection! 10/10 would recommend especially for anyone stopping to charge their car while on a road trip like we were!

Stumbled into this place not expecting much from the exterior. Tuesday special Pot Roast with Mac and Cheese and mashed potatoes was killer! And for $12.99? Amazing food and service.

This is a cute little sports bar in a shopping center, plenty of parking. The menu is served daily and they also have lunch specials Tuesday through Friday. Food was delicious. The potato soup was absolutely yummy. The bartenders, wait staff, and kitchen staff were all very nice. It was busy both times we've been, and they made sure to smile and check on us even with the building packed. Hubby says to try their BLT because they do NOT scrimp on the bacon!!

From the parking lot looking in, it doesn't look like much. But once you step inside, it's extremely clean and very well organized. As soon as we walked in, the bartender told us we could have a seat anywhere, and she immediately came over to our table and got our drink order. The place was about 80% packed and she came over with 2 mins of us walking in - very impressed with that. She never once let more than a few mins go by without checking on us. For dinner, we both had a cheeseburger. I had the club cheeseburger and was very surprised with the quality of the food as well as the amount of food that they gave us. The burgers were great and the place was a huge surprise. If you're looking for a simple place to eat, dinner, possibly watch a game, I would highly suggest going to this place. TVs everywhere, service, and food. We're both great.

STILL 5 stars in my book. This is literally one of my favorite (almost daily) hangouts, even though I frequently forget to "check in" on Yelp. I love the staff, most of the customers are great, and the community of regulars is pretty good at encouraging the b-holes to move along somewhere else. Today's review is about their Corned Beef Rueben! Served on Marble Rye (the way it should be!) So what is Marble Rye you ask? It's a lovely swirl of Jewish style Rye bread, swirled with luscious dark Pumpernickel bread. It's just sooo yummy! But then when I (rarely) buy bread it's almost always pumpernickel. So this awesome sandwich starts with perfectly toasted marble rye bread, then it's topped with house made REAL shredded Corned beef. No sliced deli mystery meat on this sandwich. You know EXACTLY what you're get. Top that with melty swiss cheese, and tangy sauerkraut. Now, normally a Rueben is served with Thousand Island dressing (which can be a little sweet), but Luckys serves there's with a side of "Petal Sauce ". This is similar to a Thousand Island, but leave out the sweet pickle relish and replace that with a hit of horseradish! In a word, Petal Sauce is AWESOME!

We really enjoy coming here, and we come here a lot. Always a friendly staff, and we've never had a bad meal. Service is good. They also have an outdoor eating area in the front and back. They also have pool tables, juke box and lots of TVs. Give them a try!

Crinkle fries were a bit hit for this little one. Enjoyed the fries with ranch. Lone Star Brisket Sandwich - Smoked brisket, house-made pickles, and slaw. Brisket looked delicious but was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. The pickles, slaw, and BBQ sauce delivered the moisture and flavor. Smoked Half Chicken - Smaller chicken quarter but tender and moist. Still lacking flavor counting on the BBQ sauce. Had the mac-and-cheese and fries as a side. Mac was cheesy but again dry. Saint Louis Pork Ribs - Good portion but again on the flavor - heavily reliant on the sauce. Sweet tea was perfect and the pickles were delicious! Service wasn't the best; refills were hard to get. I think next time we will avoid a chain and find a hole-in-the-wall establishment.

The only downside about my born day is the close proximity to Valentine's day. Which can sometimes make the planning around the commercialized love day tricky... especially when it comes to restaurant reservations.... Womp womp. Backstreets Grill said they could accommodate a party of 8. They were clearly busy and with our party size we could understand. Nonetheless, we had a very loonnngggg wait, which was frustrating and deflating. We waited 4x the time the young ladies initially told us upon arrival. However, once we were finally seated things started to turn around slightly. I say slightly because we were seated on the enclosed patio, with a portable heater but several people were cold. Just to think they kept asking us and others if we wanted to sit outside. (It's February @ night). Now the food: Some of the dishes were more favorable than others and I must admit all of my personal choices were great. Appetizers: -Mussels - White Wine (My Order) -Fried Oysters (I tried) -Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna -Lump Crab Dip (I tried) -Tomato Parmesan Soup (My Order) -Side House & Caesar Salads (I tried) I personally had the Mussels, which were perfect, and the tomato parmesan soup and both made you want to lick the bowl. The broths were so good. I tried the fried oysters, they were also very good, but the presentation was a little messy. The Lump Crab Dip and the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna completely fell short and were not memorable at all and both of the side salads were sad. Entrées: -Cajun Chicken Pasta w/ Blackened Shrimp (My order) -Buffalo Chicken Pizza (I tried) -House-made Meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes & vegetables -Pork-chop w/ mashed potatoes & green beans -Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla w/ Fries -Ribeye w/ Truffle Parmesan Fries My sister and I both ordered the Cajun Chicken pasta, I added the blackened shrimp to my order, we were both extremely happy. The dish was not spicy but it was well balanced. The recipients of the Meatloaf, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Quesadilla were all also pleased with their dishes. The folks that ordered the ribeye and the two pork-chops were not impressed... the dishes were just ok. Our server Adrian, was pleasant, but you can tell he was very overwhelmed which sometimes didn't translate well. As the night went on we understood he was being pulled in multiple directions at once and he did good despite of it. Overall I enjoyed my celebration and experience @ Backstreets Grill. Just A Note: I notice that they can get busy so be ready to wait. Even smaller parties were forced to stretch their patience.

I got the chicken tenders and fries to eat, which were solid, but nothing otherworldly. I do think my guest liked her meal, although I'm not completely sure what it's called. As for the service and ambiance, California Dreaming is definitely the darkest restaurant I've ever been to, which I guess is either a pro or a con based on personal opinion. I presume that it would be a good spot for a date night, but maybe not the best spot for casual dining (which is obviously the point of a restaurant like California Dreaming). Our server was nice, relatively attentive, and I'd say that he did a good job overall. All-in-all, I debated giving the restaurant either three (3) or four (4) stars, but I ultimately went with four (4). It was a unique experience, but I won't necessarily be rushing back.
