You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. I have Celiacs and an inability to eat meat due to AGS. I even have to take pills to eat cheese. I typically order the bottomless potato soup, w/o bacon, with a garden salad, minus the croutons, but was surprised today after I had drank half my margarita that this is no longer an option after 4pm. So, I refused to order something to just get garnish. The waitress advocated for us, after all, my husband was ordering a huge steak. The manager let me have a one time order of the bottomless soup and salad, but this still means I can't eat at your restaurant again, and won't. We have eaten at your establishment at least once a month for as long as our local Chili's has existed, but clearly discrimination against people with food allergies is the new Chilli's. And, no we will not be eating supper before 4pm. You were a go-to place when we traveled too, but this need to cut corners and the only options that work on your menu for my allergies, says it all. You only got a few stars because the waitress did her job and advocated for her customers. We appreciated that, because I was going to watch my husband eat and get something to eat at Tropical Smoothie on the way home. read more

I've given this location many chances but we're finally throwing in the towel. We usually do take out orders and it really stinks to get home and realize that the order is missing something or just completely wrong. Out of 5 times getting food to go, we had one time that everything was correct. 4 other times there was a mistake of some kind ranging from a side missing to the complete wrong order. For example, the most recent time I ordered "the kids corn dog meal" to which the person on the phone replied "what side do you want with the kid's meal?" and i said "french fries". When we got home with the order, they decided that I said "corn on the cob" in stead of "kids corn dog". Yeah, they kind of rhyme, but not quite the same. Anyway, I'm sure the dining in experience is much better, but I would not recommend getting food to go from here. But if you do, just make sure you check your order before you leave. read more

There are two picture backdrops for ops nice touch. I like that if dine-in not much wait for seating. Service can be hit or miss based on the server, ours has been hit and miss. Basing my review on the fish baskets as I haven't ordered the boil bag. We like that get two-four fish filets lightly breaded w a side. My side has been waffle fries and then white rice last time. I remember the fries were too salty for my taste and the rice was not cooked through IMO. The cocktail sauce they have is prepackaged, to me it tastes like sweet ketchup just fyi for the business owner. It would be added value to customer if perhaps with the baskets they could include 1 or 2 hush puppies along with the choice of side. We have had the corn here which is fine as they will season it various levels of heat. I think this restaurant is a decent choice for small or large parties, the side issues can be easily corrected.

I do enjoy coming here. I had some issues on my first visit with staff. I couldn't get anyone to…read moreanswer the phone when I called, so I just went in person and I couldn't get anyone to seat me or even acknowledge me. However, my next 2 visits were fine. The food is good and there are usually open seats. The Cornedbeef and Cabbage was wonderful. This can also be a good place to come watch a game and have a beer. There are plenty of TVs around facing all directions. I plan on going back.

I'll start with once you walk in you have tv everywhere not a seat in site you can't see a tv with all the games on I was in heaven. I love sports so I got to watch baseball basketball and more basketball! It's a man cave plus! I will go there just for the tv but to the food everyday they have a special so it's a spot you should check out. When I come back in town I will check it again. They also have a huge party room if you want to have a party that is the spot and its private very nice spot to check out.
