My family and I often go to Chili's. We like the hamburgers there though we have tried many things on their menu, such as their fajitas, which are quite good. The restaurant has a good vibe and it's just simply fun. Chilis can get quite busy on the weekends but management works hard to keep things moving. We have always had good servers and never had too wait long for our food to come out. I must say their potato soup is delicious. Sam the general manager is great and always there to keep things running smoothly. There's one problem they don't have corn on the cob anymore which is a big disappointment. I definitely will be back. read more

Came for the drinks and mozzies and neither disappoint! 10/10 on the mozzarella sticks. They were so good and stringy. The whole family enjoyed them. The drinks never miss in all of chilis years lol. Our waitress was nice. We sat on the outside patio area because the weather was nice. I will say, I didn't like the outside patio table. I was super small we kept having to shuffle our items around. But overall the food and service were good. read more

The food was great. The problem was the bar. We chose a high top in the bar area. There were drunk loud people at the bar cussing and slamming down tequila shots. Our waitress kept going behind the bar and was encouraging their raucous behavior. I remember when you could only have 2 margaritas because of the liability. Now at Chili's you can get trashed and yell so loud other patrons like me were jumping at the noise. Do better Chili's this is a family restaurant. read more

At 7:05 this evening, while picking up to go food, I saw a server carrying a thing of fries eat one heading to the prep table. A second later leaves the table without the thing of fries. Guess he was hungry. read more

I tried the Big QP. I got it with the 3 for me meal. I opted for the side salad with citrus balsamic dressing and an unsweetened tea. The burger was huge. It was cooked well with seasoned fries on the side. All for $10.99. Beats Mickey D's Quarter pounder meal hands down. The service was great. The waitress was ever attentive. The ambiance was nice. It is a tex mex grill so the chili was present. It has 2 TVs per section if you like to watch sports center while dining. I was impressed for the price the amount of food. read more

The food was awful. Those cheese sticks are like oily cheese bricks! Our wait was so long that we had to get our food to go.

Family came for dinner- ordered a 3 for me burger meal to go. waited 45 extra mins and received nothing but the burger. asked abt fries- waited again. came home without the chips /salad and drink- not typical experience from our past visits there. read more

Great atmosphere and the service was awesome. I would recommend. The burger is amazing.

After several years, my wife and I decided to visit our local Chili's restaurant and both of us were very pleasantly surprised. We met our first Waverly who did a stellar job this evening taking care of us. She was friendly as well as helpful regarding our menu choices. I tried the Smash Burger and my wife had the steak. All items were perfectly prepared and very tasty. We both agree that we will return to this location another time in the future. Thanks Waverly for the excellent service! read more

Exelente, una atencion estraurdinaria, rapidez, etc. Adta ahora para mi a sido el lugar donde la atencion y el servicio hasido lo mejor.

This is my favorite Chilis location in the Columbia area by far! We came on a Tuesday afternoon and were seated right away. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere was lively. The waitstaff are attentive and nice - making sure our drinks were always filled. We got the triple dipper with Nashville hot mozzarella (SO good), chipotle honey mozzarella, and big mouth bites. The appetizer is around $17, a bit pricey for mozzarella sticks and mini sliders but it's typical for eating out. We also got the chipotle honey chicken crispers combo with mac and cheese and fries. The sides were alright but the tenders were delicious. The chipotle honey sauce is perfectly sweet. I'd come back every week if not for the outrageous calorie count. read more

This waa my first time eating here and the food was ok. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, but barely got any chicken. I had more tortillas and cheese. The waitress waa good as she checked on us frequently. Maybe I'll give it another try and go on a not so busy day. read more

Chili's is my go to place. Sam is a great manager and he makes sure he welcomed all he can speak to. He pitches in when real busy and works himself to help in any way he can. The food is excellent and I have never had anything but good service. Never disappointed Friendly atmosphere! The molten cake is go die for! read more

Ordered medium burger. Got well done Burger. Left 1/2 of the meat and ate the bun and tomato. Ordered crispy fries. Got cold inside soggy fries. Ate one fry only. At least this time, worst burger place in Columbia, SC. Won't return. read more

The fajita's are pretty good; Tex mex bowl is very good; BBQ (3) is pretty good. After a few visits we were considered regulars. Got to know the bartenders and wait staff. Great customer service. Treated like home town visitors. read more

For 4:15pm, this place was PACKED on Saturday! We waited 20 minutes for a table, but we didn't mind! They had a nice bench out front. Our waiter was great! Super friendly & gave good recommendations! We ended up getting the Triple Dipper & the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers Combo to split between the two of us. The Big Mouth Bites were delicious, Southwestern Eggrolls were fun, & the Fried Mozzarella had the BEST cheese-pull! Honestly, all the food was worth the hype I had been seeing on Tiktok. For as busy as the place was, we didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. We left full & happy! If we're in the area again, we'd probably stop back for dinner! read more

REALLY GOOD FOOD, WAITED for 100000000 HOURS worth the wait though, tv was playing basketball

We both add the nachos and Coke. The best part of the meal was the soda. The nachos were well overcooked actually burnt on the bottom and not much flavor pretty bland. The service was not so great. We had a hard time getting refills for soda. My husband was trying to get some extra salsa to spice up the nachos, but the waiter never came back Until he was done. The restaurant was clean. You could hear the staff joking around and playing around in the kitchen and then around the bar overall we were turned off by the blandness and quality of the food and the poor service read more

I really like the Triple Dipper, especially the mozzarella sticks! Their flavored lemonades are very good. I love the blackberry lemonade. The booths are also very comfortable and spacious. read more

We order from here every few months or so. I will say that this is one of the best take out places to eat from in Lexington! I appreciate the accuracy and the food being hot and ready to serve. We had this a few days ago. No complaints. read more

First of all, I must say that the service was awesome! I ordered the ribeye surf and turf. Mashed potatoes were okay, broccoli was very good and steak was good. Shrimp was overcooked and chewy with this godawful sauce on. I think it was supposed to be garlic but it tasted VERY salty and a little spicy (?) Got a regular margarita which was good. So, all in all a good meal (Except for the rubber shrimp) read more

This was the Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Haven't been here in over a year I know why. Worst services ever sit there for 10 Minutes no one took drink order. This is NOT the same restaurant from back in the day! Let me start by saying: I didn't like them. My young adult children came home (uber) drunk as skunks from margarita deals being offered. They went back the next day because they couldn't remember what they'd eaten. Triple Dippers all around! Let's get into it... Honey ChipotYAY! Perfect amount of sweet against a delicate tang and a little nip of heat...slather that sauce on everything from chicken to cheese! Speaking of cheese...Who on earth decided to make a cheese stick a cheese rectangle? Chef's kiss! Chicken Crispers!!! Lightly breaded, but fried to an extreme crunch, while maintaining the natural integrity of the bird! So perfect, I wanted to be a chicken! I have visited this Ginny Lane location, hoping to catch them slipping, but they do not disappoint! I dined in and the service was impeccable! My server was respectful, friendly and funny! Love, love, love Chili's! Please be advised...nobody told me to say this...go read my other reviews read more

The food was great, the wait wasn't too bad. Always enjoy. My family loves the mozzarella bricks

Hubby and I were in Columbia for a Gamecocks basketball game. Hotel snack food was cutting it, so we decided to head to Chili's . I joined the waitlist through Yelp and it said 45-60 mins. Geesh! That's a long wait time for Chili's, but it was worth the wait. The app keeps you updated with your place in line and luckily for us, a few people left the waitlist . Upon arrival, we were seated and the nice waiter came over quickly to get our drink and food orders. The place was busy and somewhat chaotic, but the staff handled it very well. Our food came out hot and rather fast judging by the crowd. Our waiter was very attentive to our table and brought out refills without us asking. That's a big plus for me. Next time we are in Columbia, we will drive that extra 15mins to dine again at this Chili's. Keep up the great job management and staff! read more

I LOVE CHILI's everything is so good I love the triple dipper. Every time I go they always have good service

2 weeks ago I placed a delivery order. A side item and a dip was missing, so I called the restaurant. The manager said I could come to the restaurant to pick them up or he could refund the items to my card. Since downtown Lexington is complete insanity, I opted for the refund. Still no refund. Extra crappy since I spent over $60. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the burgers were pretty good. All in all everything is overpriced and not worth it at all. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This place is overwhelmed. Food was mediocre, burned, and a long wait. Location was crowded, perhaps because it's next to the Interstate. Double charged for the gratuity by the kiosk machine at the table. Never again. Crowded, loud, on the verge of dirty. Comparatively expensive versus competing restaurants in the area. read more
